My boy you have grown bigger and taller how are the family and you doing Meg's dad asked excited to see Jace and how big he has grown and yeah how matured he is looking Cuz it been almost very long that they had last seen each other this is so Cuz Meg's dad was found of travelling he travels very much mostly Cuz of his work at about early last year he was posted some countries far away from home but he usually come home to see Meg and Mathilda but this time around he took longer than usual and even Jace had travelled for a very long time so he and Meg's dad haven't met in a long time it was his return that made he and Meg thought they were met for each other as they dated for 3months and, but it didn't work out as Meg thought the relationship was getting the best of their friendship which is very precious to them both so Meg thought it was a great idea for them to break up at then Jace hasn't realized his undying love for Meg. Dad am ready for our usual event Meg said with a big smile on her face as she was ready for a father and daughter weekend. Sweetheart, am busy ok maybe we would do something else later together ok, her dad said paying attention to what he was typing on his laptop. Oh, okay em... am so ... sorry for disturbing she said looking sad as she was about to leave but her dad was so busy on his laptop that he didn't notice her sad face but he knew that the tune of her voice meant that she was sad. Sweetheart Mr. Renold called out to stop her from going. yes, dad she said softly as she turned back. Come have seat he said as she sat down where he had tapped on. Look dear am sorry am not able to go jogging with but we would but do fencing later today this evening, and that I promise, ok? he said with a smile of assurance then Meg nodded in acceptance. But you can go jogging with Jace and tomorrow it would be me and you and him Meg's dad said smiling as Meg joined the cute smile and then takes her leave.

Meggy! Jace called out with a smile where Mr. Renold Jace asked trying to spot him or he is he too fat to jog he said jokingly. That is funny but no he has not become too fat for jogging he said he was busy that he would be joining us tomorrow Meg said happily. Oh, ok Jace said as they both started jogging. Hey let me race you Jace said. fine no probs Meg replied. Are you sure you would be up to the challenge? Jace asked in a challenging voice. What are you trying to imply that have become chunky like you she said laughing? Haha funny and am not chunky ok am fit and flexible Jace said feeling a bit defeated by her words. Let see that with a race. loser is declared chunky winner is declared fitted and flexible Meg said joyfully not scared whether she may lose or not. Fine then on 3 Jace said. sure, meg replied. 1. Jace counted 2. meg counted after him and together they both said 3 and they hit the race. well, fortunately for them both, they both reached the finish line at the same time. so that means we are both declared fitted and flexible Jace said panting heavily. yeah, sure but I must say I ran almost faster than you Meg added. I would argue right now but am to stressed to do that Jace said still trying to catch his breath yeah same here am also tired let get some chilled bottle water at the nearby shop there Meg said as both of them walk further to reach the place. After buying the bottle water, they both decided to walk back home.

Jay, you still Haven't told me the name of your super crush Meg said. Super crush? Jace ask not getting what she was saying. Wow, you have become old overnight, don't you remember the girl you talking about that you couldn't stop praising super awesome cute this and that remember, Meg said trying to make Jace understanding what she was trying saying. Jace asked jokingly. ahhh ....... stop asking that Meg said as she hit him on his shoulder giving a childish grumpy look waiting for "sorry". can't I joke with you again he said jokingly again then Meg's phone made a beep sound meaning she had a text message. On reading it, she puts on a big smile on her face then, Jace asked Meggy why the sudden smile. Well, Lucas says he is free he asks if we could meet up Meg said with a smile as she was replying to Lucas's message forgetting that her and Jace were actually walking home together. Hey look who is lost in her own dream world Jace said dramatically. Oh, stop it Jay meg said blushingly. Maybe I can finally meet your Lucas Jace said trying to hide his jealousy. Oh, jay it only me and him today but I would talk to him to spear time so has he can meet you and am very sure he would like you she said with a big smile. maybe one day we would go on a double date Meg added. Yeah, sure Jace said not sounding as excited like earlier.

Dad! am back Meg said trying to look for her dad to tell him that she was going on a date so that he could meet Lucas when he comes home to pick her up. Meg! your dad is not home he went out for some important work he says he would be back shortly for the plans you guys have made for today Meg's mom said sweetly. Ok mom Meg replied not so happy but she knew her dad promised her and he won't break his promise so she kept her mind rest assured. Sis! meg called out Lucas is coming here we are going on a date Meg said with joy. Really? her sis said then asked her what are you going to wear. Hmm ... I think something simple would do Meg said trying to pick a simple outfit to wear. Look sis what do you think about this Meg asked holding a shoulder off short black flare gown decorated with white stripes. well .... you know it a date so it not so cute Mathilda said trying not to hurt Meg's feelings. Ok fine what about this? Meg said holding another pair of outfits. Hmmm .... Mathilda said shaking her head in disagreement. After some couple of cloth rejection, Meg and Mathilda finally found the perfect outfit.

There was a sound from the door bell and Meg's mom went on to check who it was and saw Lucas who said he was here to pick Meg that there were going out for a lunch date together. Meg's mom welcomes him in and asked him to have a sit and offered him some chilled drink which he didn't accept then, she went on to call Meg to let her know that Lucas was here for her. wow dear you look cute Meg's mom complimented Meg who was looking decked up in a black high waisted wide leg pants with a white flare crop top worn with white canvas with her natural hair straightened and let down. Thanks mom Meg said in a blushing manner.

Wow! you are looking nice Lucas complimented as he held her hand and they both walked out and entered his car which was parked outside right in front of Meg's house. So, where are we going Meg asked Lucas breaking the silence in the car. Yeah, we are going to a restaurant to have lunch it a fancy place a friend of mine suggested the place to me Lucas said casually. Oh, ok Meg said. when we were chatting this morning where did you say you where Lucas asked. Oh, yeah, I was out for jogging with Jay Meg replied in a casual manner. His not that guy that you said, you both had dated and broke up as it didn't work out Lucas said. yes, and he is also my best friend right from childhood Meg said with a smile.

On reaching the restaurant they both had ordered what they would like to eat and drink. Meg have noticed you have been on your phone since when we were in the car and same here hope you know it a date so it supposed to be just you and I Lucas said looking directly at Meg. Oh, am so sorry about that, I was chatting with Jay and as I have been elected as the new dance captain, we are looking for new dancers so auditions are going on and the manager had sent some dance videos for me to elect those who I think are capable Meg said as she dropped her phone. So, you said you and Jay were chatting why? Lucas asked not sounding to excited to hear that Jay and her were chatting especially when he was on a date with her. Oh, he was just asking how the date was going Meg said. look Meg this is time for just me and you nothing else ok, Lucas said in an understandable manner holding her hands. ok Meg said in agreement and dropped her phone in a small cute cross body bag.
