Chrystal's POV

I was really happy that evening. I went back home with a huge smile on my face and of course there's no way there won't be any questions.

I got to the parlour and jumped on the couch.

"Oh my God Chrystal! What's the reason behind that smile?" Christine asked and raised her brows.

"Oh Christine! I have found someone who can help me with finding a job" I said and Christine screamed.

"Really?!"

"That's great" Prisca said while slicing some veggies for Dinner.

"Who's the person?" Amelia asked bluntly.

"You could at least ask nicely" I retorted.

"Oh.. I'm trying my best" Amelia half yelled.

"You guys fight a lot!" Jerome exclaimed.

"But Chrystal, She's right. Who's the person?" Christine asked.

I tried to think of a description but I couldn't. I don't know his name either.

"Well, I don't know his name" I said and Amelia chuckled.

"Interesting" She added and I glared hard at her.

"Ok fine! Do you have his number?" Christine asked but I nodded negatively.

"His home address?" Ivan asked.

"I don't have any of these information.... yet!" I said.

"I think the person is a ghost" Amelia said I laughed.

"One more word from you" I dared with anger.

"No no.... Chrystal look at me"

"Let's not deal with this violently.. okay?. Do you know where to meet this guy?" Christine asked.

"Yes I do" I replied.

"Great!"

"So when do we meet him?" she asked and pushed my head.

"We?" I asked.

"Ok fine. When will YOU meet him?" She said putting more emphasis on the *you* .

"Tomorrow...Same place, same time" I said and I smiled.

" Ok!" she replied.

"C'mon let's go upstairs... I have a lot of things to tell you. You know today was my first" Christine said and led me to the room.

WALTER'S MANSION

Royce's POV

I alighted from my car . I just got home. I walked straight into the mansion and was on my way to my room when my mom stopped me.

"Royce!" she called and I breathed out.

"Mom!" I called with a smile.. pretending to be happy.

I took a couple of steps towards her and stopped.

"Where are you coming from?" She asked with a straight face.

"Emmm... well... I went on a stroll" I told her and I arched her brows.

"Royce is there something you're not telling me?" She asked and I froze.

"Leave my son alone!" Dad thundered. I turned and he was coming come the stairs.

"He's also my son" Mom retorted.

"C'mon let him go. He's not a child anymore" Dad said and patted my back.

Mom looked at us with anger in her eyes and also jealousy too. haha!

"I just wanted to say that , your sister is coming soon" Mom said and left.

Whaaat??!!.

Ruby is returning from London!... Such good news.. haha!

I and dad hugged each other and I ran up to my room is excitement. Words can not describe how happy I am.

I feel like a lost part of the house is returning. I really miss Ruby a lot. She left to pursue her dreams of becoming a model.

I got to my room and remembered Chrystal's problem. I made a couple of calls and finally got her a good one.

Christine's POV

I left for the office in a hurry, time flew like the wind and I got there in no time.

"Good morning!" Sarah greeted as we met each other in the office.

"You're quite early today" She said and I smiled.

"Well yes, I have to do a lot of work before Sir arrives" I said.

"Oh so it's because of sir.. huh?" She said and raised her brows playfully.

"Don't blush too much" She said but I couldn't help it. I covered my face with my palms.

"Wow. Just carry on like this, I'm sure that one day he will notice you" She said and I laughed.

"Oh Sarah!" I exclaimed.

"Well I have to start now.. see you" I said and bided her a good bye.

I got to the office and I had done a lot of work yesterday so there wasn't much to do.

The door flung open and Sir walked in.

"Good morning Sir" I greeted and he waved.. Oh My! he is on a phone call.

"Yeah yeah.. Get it done for me" He said over the phone.

"I said I need that job for someone urgently. Whoever is in that position right now... fire or sack that person. I need that position vacant" He said over the phone with seriousness.

Huh?!.. Fire or sack?? Is this person really important to him and he has to claim someone else's source of income.

"I called yesterday to finalize everything and I want it done before this evening" He said and I gasped.

He ended the call and I felt really bad for whosoever is getting fired.

"Sir" I called. He looked away from whatever he was doing.

"Well sir.. I just wanted to say that" I feel really nervous right now... I wanna advice my own boss.

"Well the... well the person you're going to fire also has a family.. Why do you want to take away that person's source of income?" I asked in the mildest tone I think I've ever used.

"Hmm.. I understand your point" He said

"So maybe I should just give the person your job" He said and I shrieked.

He laughed and shaked his head.

"Don't worry. I'm not taking anyone's job away. This is actually a promotion for that person. He's going to a better place" He explained and I began to fall for his personality more.

"I would never take food off someone's table" He added and I smiled " Thank you sir"

I continued working.

Later in the day an announcement was made about staff day. I was really excited. I'll tell Chrystal about it today, I'm sure she'll be very excited about it too.

The invitation cards were shared among staff and it was taking place in a garden not too far from the office tho.

I and Sarah talked about everything from the office and to the bus.

Chrystal's POV

I left the house quickly and got to the fountain. I didn't meet him there so I waited. The night was fast approaching and I grew impatient.

"Hey" He greeted with a smile but I frowned at him.

"What?" He asked.

"What took you so long?" I asked.

"Sorry" He apologized.

"Oh no, don't apologize. You're getting me a job. Don't make me feel guilty" I squeaked and he laughed.

He handed me two cards... oh!, an invitation card.

"What should I do with this?" I asked.

"Well I've watched you and I see that you understand a lot about colors and fashion.. right?"

"Yeah! Right" I said with a smile.

"Well there's an event coming up in that very place and I want the place to sparkle" He said.

"So you're in charge of the arrangements" He said and I looked at him in disbelief.

"Wait! What?.. Me? in charge?" I asked surprised.

"Oh My God!!" I exclaimed

He laughed " Yeah....Make the party a one to remember" He said and I nodded.

"But... But why would you do this for me?" I asked and he hummed.

"Well I'm getting attached" He replied and stood up.

I stood up as well ...."You're on your way?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yeah... Check the second card" He said and left.

"See you some day!" I shouted and he waved.

Oh what a handsome and caring guy.. Oh my God!!

His name!!!

"Excuse me!! Excuse me!" I called and chased after him.

"Yeah?" He turned

"Well... What's your name?" I asked and he chuckled.

"Roy is my name" He answered..

"Oh ok... Thank you!!"

I said and he zoomed off.

I checked the cards and I saw that the other was a letter to resume work at an event management company..

I leaped in excitement and ran home ... I have to tell them the good news.
