Chapter 5 Let off steam

Lisa hasn't shown any expression on her face, but she was secretly overjoyed. Even though Robert is unable to marry Sophia, he will definitively try to sleep with her. If Sophia is against to it, then he will hold a grudge against her. Either way Sophia will be at a loss.

But she highly doubts that Sophia will be able to escape from this arrangement. After all she is not that smart. And looking at her cheap dress, Lisa is sure that Sophia is poor. So, she is just helping her out from her misery.

Kathy went to the washroom, So Sophia stayed on her own. Not knowing what to do she sat in a corner observing her surroundings.

She turned her head when she noticed that someone was approaching her only to see Lisa and Robert Carter. She may not be in this city, but she knows every businessman. All she knows is Robert's name, his properties and influence, but she doesn't know much about his character and personal affairs. He had nothing to do with her father's company, so she didn't pay a lot of attention to him.

She didn't know why Lisa is approaching her now, but it's certainly not for good.

Lisa approached her with a smile and said "Sophie, I want to introduce someone special to you" she glanced at Robert and said

"Sophie, this is Mr. Robert Carter, one of the well known businessmen and Mr. Carter this is Sophia, my best friend"

Sophia watched the middle aged man in front of her. From the moment he arrived here, he kept looking at her neck and chest with lustful eyes. She wants to pull his eyes out for looking at her like that. She immediately guessed his motive as much as she wanted to leave, she doesn't want to offend big shot as soon as she came to this city, she already had enough on her plate.

With a polite smile on her face, she greeted him "Mr. Carter, nice to meet you"

But Robert took her hand and kissed her before saying "Sophie, the pleasure is mine"

It took everything in her to not to gag at his kiss and smile.

"Mr. Robert, you seem to be familiar with Sophia considering that you are calling her Sophie" said Mia. She has been searching for Sophia to let her anger out and finally found here flirting with Robert. In her opinion, Sophia only deserves this kind of man.

"Of course not, but if Sophie is willing, I want to know more about her" said Robert.

They are talking like Sophia is not there. What they had taken her for? Did they really think she will let them play with her like however they want to? It's impossible!!

When Kathy came, she witnessed this scene without wasting a minute, she said to them, "My apologizes Mr. Robert, but I am really hungry and we're going to eat something"

Sophia is relieved when she heard Kathy's voice, but that only short lived because the next minute Lisa said "that's good. We'll get some food too. Let's go together"

Mia really wants to rip Sophia apart. She was just wearing some low cost dress, but still got a lot of attention.

When they pass by a waiter Mia immediately took a glass of wine from him and ready to pour on Sophia. But the action didn't go unnoticed by Sophia. She swiftly moved away. As a result of sudden movement, she stumbled a little. Taking the opportunity, Robert quickly snaked his arm around her waist to stabilize her. When she noticed that his hand moving upwards, she quickly dodged his hand and said "Thank you Mr. Robert".

She can't shake off the disgust she feels from the touch even though she has a the layer of clothing.

Due to Sophia's sudden escape, Robert lower region of pants is covered with wine. Since, he is the one besides Sophia.

Mia immediately apologized "Sorry Mr. Robert my hand is slippery"

But Robert is not angry at all, because of this he had a chance to touch the Sophia's slender waist. The heat from her body still burning his hand.

He waved his hand and said "It's okay, I will go to washroom and clean it up"

Sophia stared coldly at his back as he entered into the elevator and observed the entire hall. There aren't any surveillance cameras.

She mingled with the crowd and stepped into the elevator, pressing the floor number which is same as Robert. She just got off the lift and there is a sudden blackout.

It is impossible to have a power cut in this kind of hotel but here it is. But, she didn't give a much thought to it. Now, her only target is to beat the hell out of Robert. She planned to switch off the lights, but lucky for her, there is a complete blackout.

She lit up her portable torch light, and turned off all the switches she came across for safety precautions. What if the power suddenly comes back?

She is not sure why he came to this floor for the washroom. ' May be he didn't like the crowded one's ' she thought to herself. She noticed the men's washroom and stayed there, at the entrance for him.

When she heard footsteps from inside, she became alert. He is walking using the mobile flashlight, due to the mobile lighting she confirmed his identity.

Without delay, she took out his mobile from his hand and threw it away. Before he can process what's happening, she kicked him from behind, he landed on the floor and she stepped on his left hand with her 8cm heel. When she is angry she have to let off the steam or else she will go crazy. She gave him one more kick and he groaned cursing "bitch, I will kill you"

She just rolled her eyes.

Satisfied with her kicks, she decided to go to the hall. When she is about to step forward, he grabbed the hem of her gown to pull her downwards, there is a tearing sound of cloth. She turned around and once again kicked him and immediately ran away.

She took different turns in that floor and randomly chose a room to check her damaged dress. To her surprise the room is unlocked. 'Today is really my lucky day' she mused.

After entering the room, she took out her dress and turned on the flashlight. Surely. There is a small slit to dress on her back. She cursed him for ruining such a good dress. She pulled out her hair pin which holding her side bun out to knit the slit. As it is a lace dress it is easy to put the ends of pin in the holes from inside of the dress.

It formed a beautiful knit. Suddenly, she heard a scream. But it's not Kathy's voice so, it's none of her business.

But one can tell that the dress is damaged if they see the knit. She let her hair loose. Since her hair is long, bulky and naturally wavy, it is beautiful and perfectly covers the knit. She wants to see her new look, but there is no power. She doesn't t know where the mirror is. With a sigh, she decided to go to the hall. She doesn't want to make Kathy worry again.

But what she didn't know is that her every move is being watched by a man since she came into the room.
