Chapter 2 growing feelings i didnt know i had

we set down at the table and i introduce Raya to all my friends so she knows all their names

*Raya you have alot of courage to stand up to Travis, he is a real pig but he wont stop* Kacee says

*he wont be bothering her anymore!* i shout but it almost comes out as a growl

i dont know whats going on and why i am so posessive, this is not who i am

we all finish eating and everyone takes well to Raya

the rest of the day goes by well and with out any issue it is now the end of the day and Raya and i are gathering our stuff to head to my truck so i can take her home

once we get out to my truck Travis and all his friends are waiting at my truck for us i walk Raya to my passenger door and i open my truck door but travis slams my door shut and grabs Raya

i grab Travis off of Raya and i punch Travis

*Raya get in my truck and take the keys lock my truck and dont get out for anyone* i say as i pass her my Keys

i am fighting travis and all his friends there is like 10 males all together

i take 1 at a time and sometimes 2 at a time but i just keep pushing threw i know i have to keep Raya safe and out of harms way

i keep pushing taking hit after hit but also returning hit for hit

i know i have taken alot of good hits but i know i have given even harder hits

finally Travis and his friends have had enough and they take off

i catch my breath and then i head for my truck and Raya opens the passenger door getting out and helping me into the passenger side

well i guess she is driving

*where is your house? i will be taking you home and helping you to relax if thats okay with you* she says

*that will be fine at least i know you will be safe i have a more than big enough house* i say

i direct her towards my house once we arrive she pulls my truck into the garage and she parks it before i can even get out she is running around to open my door

*here let me help you out* she says

i let her help me out of my truck even tho i feel alright but i am not one to argue with a female because they are always right and i know that if i dont comply it will only make her go into defense mode and protective mode

we head into my house and head into my room where we set onto my bed and we start to do our work we have got in Class today

*why dont you let me help you get your Assignments done* she says

*well how about we work on them together and get them done together?* i ask

*okay* she says with a warm bright smile

*i will order pizza* i say and i look up the near by pizza place and give them a call

i order multiple pizzas want to make sure all of us are fed in my home i get 2 peperonni pizzas 2 meat lovers 2 buffalo chicken 1 cheese and 1 veggy 1 supreme pizza

they told me it will take 20 mins and the total will be 43.50 so i pull out a $50 figured that would leave the delivery person a good tip

we finish up our school work just in time for pizza to come

a very giggly Raya grabs the money and skips to the door to get the pizza i meet her by the door to help her carry the pizza

she is a very happy bubbly person

*thank you* she says as she hands him the money and then grabs the pizza she refuses to let me help her

the delivery guy seems to be very happy with the tip he recieved but i figured it would be nice to leave a nice tip

we set the pizza on the island in my kitchen i grab out plates for us all and place them by the pizza Raya and i both grab a couple pieces and we head into my room

we spend the next bit of time joking and talking

before we know it the time has flown by and its already 10pm

we turn on a movie and i feel so drawn to her i gently pull her into my arms and hold her

she snuggles her self into me more and i feel so complete this girl is honestly driving me wild i have never felt so drawn to anyone before in my life

*Drew have you ever heard of a fated mate?* she asks

i wont lie i am a bit confused i have never heard those terms before

*no i have not* i say

*well a fated mate is when your drawn to one and they are drawn to you* she says

*oh well is that why i am so drawn to you?* i ask

she nods her head

*alpha king?* i ask

*yes a Alpha King as in your a warewolf and your the king of all our king, you have been in hiding to keep you safe but now it seems that you have been found, we must do all we can to keep you hidden for now and safe because i know that no good will come until you get all your gifts* she says

i am lost and confused i have no idea as to what she is talking about

warewolves are mythical creatures, or so i thought if Raya is being honest then that explains why i feel so posessive i have learned alot about wares over the years and i know they will die to protect their mate

this is all to much to take in and handle at once

*i was forced to come to this school my dad wants you for his own selfish desires and i wont allow that to happen he has promised to sell me to another Alpha that wants me as their mate but i dont want any of that i only want you my fated mate, we dont have long to figure it all out* she says sadly

*what will i tell my friends* i ask

*your friends are wares just as you and i, they have been sent here to keep you safe and to keep your identity a secret until your powers or gifts are fully in and you can turn into a ware Drew i am so sorry i didnt tell you sooner but i had to keep my self a secret as well until the right time because now we are both in danger* she says and i cant help but be confused and a bit upset

my whole life has been a lie and i dont know what to do or believe anymore i just lay and thing and attempt to process it all but i guess Raya had other ideas as she leans up to kiss me my whole body responds to her touch its like fireworks racing threw my body it feels so magical

i kiss her back gently holding her face to mine

*finally glad to meet you Drew, my name is Omar i am your wolf* omar says inside my head

*Raya i can hear a voice named omar inside my head and i am unsure what us going on* i say

*that must be your wolf finally coming to the surface since your wolf has finally made his self known it will be time to shift into him soon we will have to figure it out and get it all set up but you will need protection so your friends will need to be informed of this all to because once your shifting it will take awhile and you will not be able to protect your self as you will be in to much pain* she says
