Chapter 2 The Meeting

"Hi, I'm Renee, I'm your waitress for the night. Would you like to start with drinks?"

"No. I want her as our waitress," Lucas stated in a gruff tone while pointing at Sam. He did not even bother to look at her.

"Ok, I'll go and get her for you," Renee replied with a dumbfounded look and a hurt look on her face.

Sam's POV

I see Renee walking towards us, looking like she is about to cry. Renee never cries, she is a tough-as-nails kind of girl. I wonder what they said that upset her. "They want you as their waitress tonight Sam," Renee told me as she gets to

the bar.

"Me? Why? I'm bartending tonight, not waiting tables."

"I don't know Sam, but they requested you and the hottie was hateful. I wasn't about to argue with him."

"Ok, I'll go," I reply.

I get to the table where the hateful hottie and his friends are at and his grin gets even bigger. I just wanted to smack him for being mean to Renee. "Hi, I'm

Sam, how can I help you gentlemen tonight?" I give my biggest smile that I could muster up and talked as sweet as can be to them.

"I want a Rusty Nail and a Naga Chili Vodka," the hottie replied. Geez, is he trying to kill himself, I wondered. The rest of the guys placed their drink orders as well.

They all also ordered some food. Hottie ordered a Cowboy Bubble Bath Chili Bowl.

I now know that he is defiantly trying to kill himself. I took their orders and told them that I would be back with their drinks and I walked away. I placed their orders and came back five minutes later with their drinks.

"Thank you gorgeous," the hottie said to me.

"You're welcome."

"Luc."

"I'm sorry?"

"Luc, Sam. My name is Luc."

"How do you know my name?"

"Because, you told me when you first walked up to take our order," he replied.

"Oh. I must have forgotten. Sorry." I can't believe that I forgot that I had told him my name already. He had me so flustered. My skin was heating up, just standing next to him. His grin kept getting bigger and bigger. He ran his fingers along the backside of my right knee, up my leg, I was wearing shorts. My leg twitched under his touch and I let out a small groan. I bit my left lower lip in frustration, as I tried walking away. He grabbed my ass and groped it, I just stood there frozen before, I

realized what he was doing. I reached up to his hand and removed it, before walking away.
