Prologue

Tigra's life was planned out for her even before she was born. Her husband chosen to bring her family great power, and she had to do everything they told her to do or be a prisoner within these walls for the rest of her existence. Since she's a vampire that could be an exceptionally long time. So now she needs to decide to follow her family or her heart. One thing's for sure nothing will ever be the same again.

She doesn't want this life she is forced to live. She wants something more. What she doesn't know. There has to be more than this? Why does her family hate her so much? Why is she forced to live like this?

Why can't she find her mate, and be freed? Maybe there was no one out there for her. Maybe she should just beg for them to kill her. Surely that would be better than this. She needed to break lose and be free but that just seemed impossible. Will she even make it out of this alive and find her way back to her mate?
