Chapter 9 Feel Awkward (Part Two)

Seeing the weird smile on her face, Celia said lightly, "There are too many documents. I'll move them one by one."

Joana nodded and smiled happily.

At about 10 o'clock, Hogan entered the office. He was busy with business in the morning and didn't come to the company until now.

"Here you are, Mr. Hogan."

Joana said softly, glancing at his desk and couldn't help smiling.

As soon as he arrived at his desk, his face darkened before he sat down. "What's going on?"

"Who put the documents on my desk? Don't they know that they can't put these things here?"

Having expected his reaction, Joana waved her hands and pretended to be innocent. "I didn't do it, Mr. Hogan. This is done by the new comer, Miss Celia."

While they were talking, Celia came in with some documents in her arms, followed by Kenny Xue, who was holding a large pile of documents and sweating.

When Celia was about to put down the documents, Kenny Xue put down the things in his hands and stepped forward to help her. "Let me help you, let me do it. You can have a rest."

Seeing this, Hogan got angry and shouted, "What are you doing?"

As soon as he finished his words, he was shocked by the sharpness of his words. Let alone others in the office.

Kenny Xue's heart skipped a beat. He lowered his head and thought, 'I was too careless just now. I was so focused on helping the beautiful women around me that I ignored Mr. Hogan and kept talking in front of him.'

Joana covered her mouth and smiled. She knew best that Hogan always cared about the clean and tidy office environment and didn't like to put anything unrelated to work on the desk.

There were so many documents piled up on his desk today. Celia was going to suffer this time.

Celia's shoulder trembled. She raised her head and looked at Hogan with an unreasonable eyesight, as if she was looking at an alien. 'Is he the gunpowder?' She thought.

He always lost his temper, and he was so easy to be angry.

Weren't reciting and copying the task he asked for?

She just did what he asked her to do. What did she do wrong and irritate him?

"I have done what you asked me to do. What else do you want?"

"When did I ask you to put the documents on my desk? Do you treat my desk as a storage station?"

Hogan glanced at Kenny Xue with his sharp eyes, as if a chill almost froze.

What were the two of them doing just now? Why they were so close?

She had only been in the company for two days, but she had hooked up with a man and asked someone to help her! What a shame!

But why did he get angry because they were so close!

"Get out!" The more he thought about it, the angrier he became. He roared.

"Yes, sir."

"Yes, sir!" Joana and Kenny Xue said in unison.

Without saying anything, Celia turned around and left.

"You stay!" Hogan said in an irresistible tone.

Celia turned around and looked at him in disbelief.

It was incredible, wasn't it?

Seeing the confusion in her eyes, Hogan smiled bitterly in his heart. Even he himself felt confused.

Everyone thought that he was so angry because Celia messed up his desk. Only he knew that the reason why he was angry just now was that he saw her get too close to another man!

This was the reason why he was angry now. He was actually affected by her!

Looking at her cold and stubborn face, he was speechless for a moment.

He felt a surge of anger filling his chest. He was so depressed and flustered that he said, "Do you need others to help you move a document? You have to complete your task by yourself!"

Celia was speechless.

She was sure that his purpose was to torture her, so no matter how she complained unfair, it was meaningless.

Actually, Hogan felt sorry for her when he saw her passing by the office door again and again with heavy documents in her hands, but he pretended to be indifferent.

In fact, he didn't want her to be so tired. He just didn't want to see that man help her and get so close to her.

As long as she begged for mercy, he would immediately send someone else to do such a hard work.

Joana stood beside them, watching her happily and sighing.

It was too cruel for Mr. Hogan to torture a girl like this.

However, every time Celia passed by the door, she was gratified to see that Hogan was concentrating on reading a business magazine with an indifferent expression on his face.

She suddenly realized that she didn't hate Celia so much now.

After work, Hogan asked Celia to stay.

There were only the two of them in the office.

"Why? Is it just because I put the documents on your desk? Just because those documents affect your sight, you come to make trouble for me again!"

Celia complained and felt sad.

"You haven't told me before that the documents can't be placed here! Even if I refused the Yin Group's invitation and hurt your self-esteem, how long do you want to torture me and then you will feel better?"

She couldn't bear him anymore. In order to go to school and come here, she had given up the time to do part-time job but stayed here.

She didn't care about being scolded every day, but she could bear to work and recite.

She wondered whether her mom was getting better today and whether she would worry about her.
