Chapter 8 Press You Down

Faye also knew that the next day was impossible. Looking at the fallen leaves outside the window, she thought of her son who was still at home and immediately changed to smile. "How about one year?"

Seeing her staring at him expectantly, Matthew frowned unhappily. It seemed she didn't like him as much as he thought. He snorted and continued to drive.

Soon, the marriage certificate was issued. Holding it in her hand, Faye was a little scared. How could she get married so suddenly without any reason? But thinking that she could leave with her son a year later and get a large commission, she could endure.

Noticing the changing expressions on Faye's face, Matthew squinted his eyes meaningfully. He believed she was planning on something again.

Feeling the gaze of the man next to her, she looked up at him.

Matthew was standing there with a serious face, and there was no emotion in his cold eyes at all. Faye suddenly wanted to make fun of him.

She rolled her eyes and approached him with a big smile on her face. He looked at her in confusion and wondered what she was going to do.

"Matthew, we're married now. Why don't you give your darling wife a bear hug?" Her voice sounded so sweet and soft, and the staff in the office looked at the two with a snicker.

Matthew's face darkened. This woman was always challenging his bottom line.

He was not in the mood to argue with her, so he ignored, turned around, and walked to the parking lot.

"Such an unromantic guy!" Faye muttered and followed him. There were other many ways to deal with him after they got home later. Thinking of the scene after they got home, she snickered in the car.

Knowing she was giggling, Matthew felt a little helpless and continued to drive. How come he could meet such a woman?

Shortly the two returned to the Lu's mansion. As soon as they entered, Faye saw her son rushing over to them.

"Mom, why did you come back so late? Tom is missing you so much." Hearing her son's soft voice, Faye's heart melted. She gently picked up Tom.

She asked him in a low voice, "Tom, did you behave well at home today? Did you eat well?" She kissed the baby's delicate face.

Matthew had never seen her so gentle before. He stared blankly at the scene in front of him.

When Edward went downstairs, he "Matthew's family" was so sweet and warm. He nodded with big satisfaction.

"Have you got the marriage certificate?" Hearing the old man's question, Matthew and Faye raised their heads and rushed up to him.

When Faye was about to answer, she heard the answer from Matthew, who was beside her. "Yes, we have, Grandpa."

Looking at the family of three in front of him, [Edward finally felt relieved. He didn't need to worry about this little bastard anymore.

"From now on, you should be good to Faye and the baby, okay? If I know you bully them, I'll break your legs."

Giving a cunning look at the man who was listening to Grandpa beside her, Faye whispered, "today..."

"Grandpa, don't worry. Of course I will treat them very well in the future." Faye's words were interrupted before she could finish her sentence. Matthew gave her a glance full with warnings.

"I will treat Mommy well to when I grow up." Tom made his promise in a soft voice, holding his mother tightly with his arms. Edward looked at him and laughed happily.

In a few days, everyone in the North Jin City knew that the master of the Lu family was getting married. Matthew had planned to hold the wedding ceremony in a low-key way, but he didn't expect that Edward had resolutely disagreed and said that the Lu family would give a grand wedding to Faye.

"Ting... Ting..." The phone rang. Looking at the caller's name on the screen, Matthew felt a headache but had to pick it up.

"Hello, Richard. What can I do for you?"

"Matthew! You are getting married with Faye?!" the man on the other end of the line roared.

The moment when he took Faye back home, he knew that this day would come sooner or later. If he had a choice, he would never get in touch with a woman whom his buddy liked.

"Yes, I am." After waiting for a while, Richard got these two words as the answer, which made him even angrier.

"Matthew, I don't care whom you would marry. We have been friends for so many years, but you don't even want to tell me in advance." Then he hung up the phone.

Faye, who was about to go downstairs, happened to see this scene and gloated. When Matthew looked up, he saw her with a snicker of bad wishes on her face. An inexplicable anger rose. He strode towards her immediately.

Seeing the man approaching her with a gloomy face, she kept stepping back in fear. Suddenly, she felt that her world was overturned.

When she came to her senses, she was thrown on the bed by him. She looked at him in horror and tried to cover her body with her crossed arms. "What are you doing? We didn't agree we would..."

The man directly pressed on her with his body and interrupted what she was about to say. The distance between the two was too close. Faye instinctively moved to the side, but she was pressed again by the man and couldn't make it.

Enjoying the woman's frightening look, Matthew gently touched her fair face and slowly said, "you were so bold just now, weren't you? Now you look so scared."

Faye looked away and had something on her mind. Everyone knew that Matthew was a man of self-discipline. She didn't believe that he would do anything to her.

She turned around so suddenly that he didn't react. Matthew was pressed under the woman right away. Looking at the woman sitting on his body with a snicker on her face, his eyes were full of anger.

"Get off from me!" he said coldly.

The woman on his body looked at him with a smile as if she hadn't heard the man's angry roar at all. Matthew suddenly had a bad feeling.

Slowly she clamped her legs on his waist and pinched his face. Looking at the man's reddish face ravaged by her, she smiled with satisfaction.

Matthew didn't expect that this shameless woman dared to pinch him on his face. He felt the pains on his face from time to time.

"Bang... Bang..." There was a knock on the door, and the two of them were a little flustered. Matthew pushed the woman away, gave her a ferocious look, and stood up to open the door.

"Mommy, Mommy!" Tom was calling. Faye got up and ran to her son with a hug.

"Tom, why aren't you asleep?" Asked Faye gently.

Tom pretended to think for a long time and held her arm, "I want to sleep with Mommy, okay?"

Looking at the intimate mother and son, Matthew slammed the door and left. If it weren't for the sake of the child, he wouldn't have let this woman go tonight.

Faye felt a little tired after a long day today. She soon fell asleep with Tom in her arms.
