Chapter 5 Sexual Advances

Abigail started hearing noises from upstairs "Is that not Mr Charles voice I'm hearing" she ran upstairs to find out why he was calling out for help

Mr Charles had just stepped his bare feet on a broken glass. His feet was covered with blood, Abigail rushed towards him "Sir what happened" "what glass is this" "how did it break" "how did this get here"

Unfortunately for Abigail it was the glass frame she broke few days back, Mr Charles recognized the glass frame and he was furious.

"Who broke Leonard's favorite glass frame of his divorced wife and his it here" Abigail was short of words and at the same time very scared "Should I just confide in my boss best friend and confess to him that I broke it or I should just tell him I have no idea how it broke and got there" she kept pondering over what to do.

She went on her knees to confess "Sir pls the glass frame fell down from my hand while I was cleaning up the living room and it broke immediately. I had putted it here to show me Leonard that night but he got home really late and it skipped my mind to Inform him about it ever since that day

"Sir pls I'm very sorry sir pls don't report this to my boss, I don't want to lose my job sir"

He gave her a wicked smile, this could be my chance to get her. I could use this to blackmail her and get her to have sex with me before her boss gets back from work [Mr Charles thought to himself] Then he faced Abigail and shouted at her.

Firstly, go and get a broom and sweep this mess, mop off the blood stains on the tiles and you will come into my bedroom to rent to my leg injury, you know very well that u caused this leg injury upon me it's only fair that u come massage the leg for me and treat the wound" and if u refuse we can just wait till ur boss comes back from work and I will make sure to spill all of this to him and I'm sure u don't want that for urself, u definitely don't want to lose ur job right? Abigail replied "yes sir"

So just do as u are told immediately [Mr Charles left for his room to wait for her]

She cleaned up the whole mess and went to Mr Charles' room.

She knocked on his door twice and he replied from inside "Come inside"

She got in and she met him half dressed,half naked she was really very uncomfortable seeing him in such manner

"Go bring hot water and towel to massage the leg for me and also ome ointment to apply on the injury" says mr Charles

She rushed out and in a few minutes she was back and she got to it.

Mr Leonard laid down on his back on his bed,while Abigail applied the ointment and massaged his legs for him. After she finished, as she was about leaving she called her back.

"Abigail, come back here,where do you think you are going?"

He dragged her towards himself,pushed her on his bed forcefully "I'm not done with you yet and you're leaving"

Abigail screamed "Sir pls don't do this" "what are u trying to do" "What u are about to do is called "RAPE" sir and u can go to jail for it sir pls don't do this"

While Mr Charles was trying really hard to put off her clothes and underwear suddenly they heard some banging on the main door in the big living room.

Then Abigail took that chance to run off and escape mr Charles grip

She ran out of his room as fast as she could,she came downstairs to check who was banging the door so loud.

She opened the door and BOOM! It was Mr Leonard.

"Where have you been? What were you doing inside? Didn't you hear me banging the door so loud? Or have you slept off again???

Sir sir sir before she could even utter any other word, A very hard resounding slap landed on her face.

"Will you start talking or I should give u another slap so u can come to your right senses"

Abigail started talking immediately "I'm very sorry sir I was cooking in the kitchen, I didn't hear the car horn,I didn't even hear the door banging till just now sir I'm very sorry sir"

"Sorry for yourself,the next time this will repeat itself again, that's the day u will pack your load and leave my house. Do you understand me clearly??"

"Yes sir" she replied

She took his briefcase and followed him

Mr Charles was already dressed up and coming downstairs already when he met them on the staircase

"What's wrong man? Why're you home so early? Did you forget any file or document at home or what's wrong? Charles asked him

"Yes I forgot the file for that Contract I told you about, I got to the office and I couldn't find it and I don't even have the soft copy on my system so I had to come back home to get it.

"And what are you waiting for Abigail? Ok, you want to listen to our conversation ? Take that briefcase to my room now and leave this place right away" Mr Leonard shouted at her.

She dropped the suitcase and rushed back downstairs into her room. She was so shocked "Did he just slap me for just opening the gate late" "Have I offended him in any way or why was he being cruel to me just now?" Whatever happens God pls don't let his friend Inform him about the broken glass frame or else I will be in more serious trouble.

Mr Leonard picked up the necessary documents and left back for work and Abigail locked up herself inside her room,that was her only solution to avoid Mr Charles sexual advances. She decided to remain indoors till the kids came back from school.

Will Mr Charles inform his best friend (Mr Leonard ,Abigail's boss)about the broken glass frame of his favorite picture of his ex wife?

Will Mr Leonard ever forgive her or will he fire her?

Did Mr Charles keep on with the sexual advances towards Abigail???
