Chapter 3 The meeting 1

It was around 10:30 PM when we arrived at the valley. I left everyone to settle in and went to my office to send an email to the alliance Alpha, so they have my new pack address. Bruce my wolf was restless.

The only time he was like this was when we had to part with Skylar. What is it Bruce, why are you so restless? "Mate" I miss her too, buddy.

"No!" Your dumb ass mate is nearby. Go find her, Bruce growled. "Oh you could have just said that". Why am i stuck with a human like you? Bruce growled. Because I am a perfect match to keep you in check.

I took off into the forest following Skylar scent. To an upstairs and downstairs house four houses down from Alpha, Jamie King packs home. It is going to be about three months now.

Since the council gave the law for two Alphas to share land and work together to defend the there pack from the rouge attack. I went behind a tree and shifted back to my human form.

I was about to walk up to the house, when I saw her. Skylar is standing in the living room talking to Alpha Jamie's son, Axel.

Bruce started to howl in my head, mate," don't want us anymore because we took so long to find her. Calm down Bruce, you don't know that for sure.

Then why is she hugging the pup? He could be her friend, you don't know. Let's go home. We can visit her tomorrow and find out if she is in a relationship or not.

Returning to my office, I can't get the image of Skylar with another man around. She is supposed to be in my arms, not another man.

I decided to finish up my work before going to bed to get some rest since I had a meeting with Alpha Jamie early in the morning.

Not to mention the talk I wanted to have with Skylar. When we met, I was not even sure I was ready for it.

Does she even remember me?

The next morning, I woke up. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth, take a shower, and then I went downstairs to prepare my breakfast. I decided to go out with a jam and bread. When I finished that, I went back to my room to change my outfit, so I could go and meet alpha Jamie in a while. I realized that everyone in Alpha Jamie pack was out and about around the territory. Playing and having fun. With smiles on their faces, you can see that they're still tense. The adults look alert like they're ready for action at any minute, some of them looking into the woods and some of them won't keep their eyes off the children. But could I blame them now if it wasn't for those damn Rogue. Each day, women and children go missing from packs all around the world.Sorry alpha a pup, says running into my legs. Sometimes I wish I could still be as carefree as these pups running and playing without a care in the world. All they have to worry about is that if they get hurt, their parents are there to catch them. But I can't bring myself to be as careful. The Rouge are supposed to be lone wolf and loan lone wolf doesn't do packs I know but we have to leave this discussion for another time let's wait until after the meeting with alpha Jamie.
