Chapter 1 Hello mind if I join you for lunch

Rose pov;

Hi am rose you may be wondering who I am, but I am a tall, beautiful girl with a round-shaped face with a pair of green eyes matched with auburn long curly hair which I automatically got from my mom yes it usually gives me a hard time while styling, but I love it that way.

"Rose, Rose, will you get down here this minute? "You know you haven't had your breakfast, and you are going to be late any minute from now" screamed my mum from the kitchen.

"Argh HHH mum, I am coming in just a minute"I answered. After spending a whole hell of a lot of time finally getting my hair done, I looked at myself in the mirror and muttered "perfect." I looked at myself in the mirror and I saw a dazzling beauty who had always wondered what college was going to look like and finally got admission into the St. Patrick high school, which has always been my dream, I breathed in and out "now let's go see what the world out there has in stock for us".

" Look at my girl, you are finally ready" exclaimed Rebecca, my mom.

"Yes mom I am," I replied excitedly.

"Rose, I want you to be a good girl and I want you to know if you have a change of choice in the school you can____"

"Mom, here you come again with ur idea of your choice of school,"I said.

"I love school and don't worry, I won't have a change of heart at school not now or ever u know I love you mom," I replied as I casually put a peck on her cheek. I grabbed a sandwich from the dining room and made my way towards the door. "I love you too, darling, and don't do anything stupid," she shouted after me.

"Oh come on mum, you know I won't "I shouted as I hurried out to catch a bus, so I wouldn't get late.

Jason pov

" Hey watch it " I shouted at a girl who bumped into me and appeared to be looking for something.

"Do you need help?" I asked as I looked at the young girl who apparently looked lost.

"Am sorry I got lost on the way, I am heading for the headmistress's office,"she replied.

"Oh, I can help you follow me," I replied. She offered a little smile in appreciation.

"So I suspect you are the new student who got transferred?"I asked as I looked at her. She nodded her head in confirmation.

"By the way, your school looks big and beautiful," she said.

I chuckled as I replied to her. "Yes it is, welcome to St. Patrick High School, where everything gets normal only when you learn about them," I said to her as I pointed to the headmistress's office directly in front of us. She looked confused at first but still managed to mutter a "thank you." I wanted to ask for her name but decided against it. I made my way to the class where my friends were waiting for me.

David POV;

"What is your excuse this time around, Jason?" I asked as I eyed the guy who has been my brother and friend to me for over a decade now.

"Well, you got to explain yourself, brownie" Skyler added as well. Jason scoffed before he answered"Okay, okay, I bumped into a girl, and she seemed to need my help.

"The new girl?" Damon, who had been silent all the while, asked.

"Yes, and how did you know"Jason asked him suspiciously. "Well, I overheard Mrs Jrey saying something about a new girl who had been admitted to the school," he answered. "Hmm, why can't I seem to believe all that?" Skyler asked, trying to gain more information from him.

" No you do," Damon countered.

"Alright, it's enough. ""We all know Damon is getting information even before it's out and, besides, that isn't the reason why we are here," I said before it turned to a heated conversation between them. " And you Jason let today be the last day you ever come late to our meetings" which he reluctantly nodded to.

At lunch;

Rose pov;

After a long day trying to settle in and sort out things, I decided to go for lunch at the school restaurant. I was having my lunch when I heard a female voice." Hey, can I join you for lunch?" I looked back, and I saw a cute petite-looking girl wearing a glass, offering her a smile. I nodded in response. "Am Rose". I said.

"Am Stella, now I assume you are the new student who got transferred from another school "she said, looking directly at me.

"Yes and how did you know" I replied, "Isn't it obvious, and we rarely admit transfers from other schools" we were still talking when we heard a commotion just at the entrance of the restaurant. "What is happening?" I asked her. "Ohh here comes a member of the night creatures" I looked at her confused "night creatures?" "Yes they don't usually come to the school restaurant, I wonder what he is doing here today, don't worry you will soon get used to it". She said as she sips her drink. I was silently thinking in my mind who this person was when I suddenly heard "Hello mind if I join you for lunch". I looked behind and was shocked by what I saw.
