Chapter 3 3. Sex Scandal

It seemed Andrea didn't want to miss this opportunity to ensure Michael could never marry Jessica. She deliberately created a scandal between herself and Michael, using Jessica as the instrument. She also wanted to show Jessica that she could have Michael - Jessica's own fiancé.

A scandal!!! This sex scandal between her and Michael would become a ticking time bomb that could explode at any moment.

Michael now fully understood the current situation. "Get out of this room! If even one photo or news report gets out, I'll make your lives hell!" Michael issued a stern warning to the reporters.

The atmosphere became so quiet that only Jessica's crying could be heard.

"Andrea, how could you do this to me? I know you hate me, so you seduced my fiancé to hurt me. You're truly evil!" Tears continued to stream down Jessica's beautiful face. She looked genuinely heartbroken.

Michael heard Jessica's words clearly and immediately turned his head to coldly stare at the woman beside him.

Apparently this woman had deliberately drugged him to hurt Jessica, she had targeted him from the beginning. He hated being used like this. And she dared to drug him!

He had never been intimate with Jessica, never even been affectionate with her. Yet Andrea had the audacity to trap him into having sex with her.

Michael didn't remember much about what happened last night, but he knew for certain that he had indeed had sex with that woman.

"Andrea! How could you do such a cursed thing?" James couldn't contain his anger, having been influenced by Jessica's words.

"And who are you? Why are you interfering in my business?" The woman coldly stated that she had no relationship whatsoever with James or Jessica.

"But..."

"Michael, you wouldn't betray me, would you? Andrea must have drugged you." Jessica directed her gaze at Michael.

The extremely handsome and powerful man - Jessica had long dreamed of becoming queen of the Smith family. She would never let that position slip from her grasp.

"Don't accuse me carelessly! Do you think any man would admit to cheating? If you're so sure I drugged him, you can have him tested right now!" Andrea challenged Jessica calmly. After all, no one could prove Michael had been drugged, since she had used the newest drug that wasn't even available on the black market yet.

Andrea's social connections over the years had introduced her to many brilliant people with crazy ideas. So she obtained this thanks to her extensive network.

She considered it fortunate that she could protect herself and get much help from underground figures.

A murderous aura was visible in Michael's eyes. He felt used and called a traitor. If this damn woman hadn't drugged him, would he have possibly touched her? He was convinced she had made thorough preparations.

"Jessica, Uncle, leave this room! I'll explain to you later," Michael said with an emotionless, flat and cold expression.

Jessica and James were actually still dissatisfied but they didn't dare oppose Michael.

Michael's arrogant and dominant tone left them no room to argue. So with annoyed expressions, they finally left.

Michael immediately picked up his clothes and put them on one by one. He grabbed his phone from his pocket and said, "Destroy Van Houten Jewelry!"

Andrea was no naive and innocent woman, she wouldn't have come unprepared.

"Mr. Michael, coincidentally I have video evidence showing I didn't force you, in fact, the opposite happened. If you want to destroy my company, then I can destroy you by spreading that scandalous video!" Her words were very calm, her facial expression unchanged.

Michael ended his phone call and shifted his gaze to Andrea who was putting on an innocent face.

"Are you threatening me?"

"Try touching my company, and you'll find out whether I'm threatening you or not."

"You really dared to trap me!"

"Again, you're accusing me! You were the one who forced me to have sex. I can even prove it. I could actually sue you for this. How could you think I trapped you by giving you an aphrodisiac?"

"Stop your nonsense! If you hadn't drugged me, I would never have had sex with you!" Michael roared angrily.

"Mr. Michael, if you're really sure I drugged you, you need to prove it in black and white."

The man's gaze at that moment was as sharp as a knife - if looks could kill, Andrea would already be dead.

"I will definitely prove it, and you'll see what I do after I get the evidence!"

With the evidence in hand, he could destroy Andrea's company, even if the video spread online. He didn't care - with his evidence, that video would mean nothing.

"Fine, I'll wait! If you can't prove it, then I'll hold you accountable." Andrea replied in a relaxed tone.

She wasn't the least bit afraid of the man's threats. No one could obtain the drug she had used. It was an invention of her close friend, and no one in any underground circle could get their hands on it.

The man roughly threw his hand down and immediately left Andrea, his anger boiling inside him.

He immediately contacted his assistant to go to the hospital and conduct a thorough examination. He needed to get evidence quickly and finish off that woman as soon as possible.

Michael angrily threw down his medical examination results. Impossible! How could there be no traces of drugs in his system?

"Are you sure these results aren't wrong?" Michael asked his assistant.

"I already asked the hospital to repeat the tests, but the results are the same! No drug content was detected in your examination, sir!" The assistant replied cautiously.

He knew very well that his boss was currently suppressing his anger. He couldn't make the slightest mistake to avoid setting off the time bomb in front of him.

Michael punched his desk hard. What kind of drug had that woman used that it couldn't be detected in his body?

Then how could he prove his innocence? Michael had never been in such a position before. That woman had truly come fully prepared.

"Contact Max immediately!! Ask him about this kind of drug!" Michael's rough tone made his assistant immediately do what his boss wanted. Max was a man involved in the underground world.

"Nothing! As of now, there's still no drug like that. If it existed, it would be in my hands by now." Max's answer didn't satisfy Michael.

"What happened? Did someone drug you?"

"Yes, but when I got tested, the drug wasn't detected."

"Wow, that's an amazing drug! But unfortunately, nothing like that exists in the underground yet. The woman who did that to you must be tired of living. Do you need me to kill her?"

"No need! I can handle that damn woman myself."

Max pitied any woman who dealt with Michael, because the end result was certain death.

"Find out about this, maybe this drug is newly developed!" Michael was still trying to get information about the drug. Maybe it was truly new in underground circles?

"Okay! I'll order my people to investigate immediately. I'll inform you as soon as I get any news!"

Michael immediately ended the call. The anger in the man's eyes grew even fiercer.
