" What about the dark ones mummy ?" The dark ones as the little girl refers to it is the umbryss, a place of darkness and immense dark magic !

" What About them my little sunshine ?"

" They also lost a queen " yes they did , but under different circumstances as it is

The past (umbryss)

" I need this child Selene ! Why must you be so useless?" Lucifer's voice booms across the chambers sending everything flying

" I-im tryinggg" Selene pushes in pain again with assistance from the midwives , the midwives looked at her with pity but none dared to Chastise the king

" you have to push my queen !" The queens face contoured in pain ! She wishes for it to be over , she wasn't stupid in believing she would survive this ! She was carrying a child of immense dark magic , she knew her end

" If she can't push cut the child out of her ! " Lucifer scoffed as he say cross legged across the bed

" My King w-e c-ant she will die " the head of the midwives Ursula finally voiced our her complaints

" Then let her die ! She would have served her purpose !" He stared at Selene with eyes void of emotions and she stared back , her eyes reflecting the hate she could not speak .

Noticing Ursula's hesitance the queen grabbed her hands " it's okay Ursula , you have done well , we both knew this is how it would end ! We can't both make it out of this chambers "

" N-no my queen , p-please !" Tears fell down the midwifes face in sadness

" It's okay ! I leave her in your hands , take care of her like she is yours " .

" Her ?!WHAT DO YOU MEAN HER ?" Lucifer jumped up from where he was sitted . A sadistic laughter tore through the queens throat !

" Did I tell you it was a boy my king ?" She chuckled " forgive me then ! I guess the idea of death makes me forget things !"

"YOU VILE WITCH !" he fell down to his knees in both agony and anger

" She's coming my king ! Nothing like you imagined! You may mold her as you like but when you stare at her you will see me , no matter how hard you break her , she will never be like you ! She may become good at the end of it all or worse than you , When Light bears a name and Darkness takes form,

when two stars fall in love across the divide,

the balance shall bleed,

and either the world will end in fire...

or begin again in flame. The prophecy never lies ! " Her eyes flutter closed as Ursula makes a cut on her abdomen ! The child was born without sound. She opened her eyes, dark and endless, as if the night had been poured into them drop by drop. She stared straight into her father's gaze.

"Nyx," Selene whispered. "Daughter of shadow."

Lucifer stepped forward, his voice low and sad . "No... Vhoralith. Her true name, older than breath itself."

Umbryss did not rejoice-but it listened, as the eyes of their queen closed to rest and she takes in her last breath !

" N-no" Ursula falls to the bedside of the queen hands filled with blood , sheets soaked like a slaughter house and wept !
