Lyra led them through the forest, navigating through the dense underbrush with ease. Akira followed closely behind, her senses on high alert as she scanned their surroundings. The wolf king walked beside her, his eyes fixed intently on Lyra. Akira could sense his wariness, his uncertainty about Lyra's true intentions. As they walked, the trees grew closer together, forming a dense canopy that blocked out most of the sunlight. Akira felt a sense of unease creeping over her, as if they were being herded towards some unknown destination.
Suddenly, Lyra stopped in front of a massive oak tree, its trunk twisted and gnarled with age. She reached out and touched the trunk, and a hidden door swung open, revealing a narrow tunnel. "Welcome to our hidden den," Lyra said, her eyes gleaming with a fierce light. Akira hesitated, unsure of what to expect. But the wolf king's presence beside her gave her courage, and she followed Lyra into the tunnel. The tunnel was narrow and winding, forcing Akira to duck and weave to avoid hitting her head. But as they walked, the air grew warmer and more humid, filled with the scent of damp earth and growing plants. Finally, they emerged into a large underground chamber, the ceiling lost in darkness. The room was filled with a soft, ethereal light, and Akira saw that the walls were lined with glowing crystals. Lyra smiled, her eyes gleaming with pride. "This is our sanctuary," she said. "Here, we can speak freely, without fear of being overheard." The wolf king's eyes narrowed, his expression skeptical. "What do you plan to tell us, Lyra?" he growled. Lyra's smile faltered, and she looked at Akira with a serious expression. "I will tell you everything I know about the prophecy," she said. "And about your role in it, Akira." Akira felt a surge of anticipation, and she leaned forward, eager to hear more. But as Lyra began to speak, Akira realized that she was not the only one listening. There were others in the shadows, watching and waiting. And Akira wondered if she had just walked into a trap.
