Chapter 5 OMEGA- THE LONE WOLF VOWS TO RECLAIM REVANNA (PT.2)

Omega's first rescue mission was inconclusive. The screams of revenge still echoed in his head. The mission had failed, and he had failed with it. Omega tightened his grip on the worn strap of his gear, staring at the map spread before him. This time he has re-strategized his mission map. His team had fortified themselves and were ready to attack the rivals. Revanna must be rescued, whether by hook or crook. There would be no second failure. This time, he would bring her home-or die trying.

His hands rolled over his head as he signaled his team to move. There was no room for hesitation this time. The enemy knew they were coming. The rescue had to be swift, silent, and flawless. Omega and his team moved along to the hollow pack with them. They were hyper-aware of their surroundings, using their keen senses to detect threats.

They moved in formation, led by the alpha and the strongest warrior. They communicated with subtle growls, whines, and sometimes body language, moving quietly through the forest and avoiding unnecessary noise. Their paws allowed them to navigate rough terrain with minimal sound. They exchanged growls and short barks as they prepared themselves mentally.

When they got to the pack, the strongest warrior and the alpha of the omega's pack positioned themselves to guide the other wolves while making a howling sound to alert their enemies.

Elias and Morgana were already aware that their enemies were close. They quickly alerted Remus and Lenora. Remus rushed immediately, growling in anger and screaming. He quickly signaled Elias and Morgana to attack them. Elias raised his hackles to become bigger. He snarled and bared his teeth and attacked them. He grabbed one of the rival wolf's throats and bit it mercilessly while using his leg to bring him down. He took down the wolf and killed it. Remus had already killed two of the wolves with his power smoker powder. Morgana blocked their escape route and made sure no wolf escaped the war scene.

The battle became tough. The rival wolves became more aggressive, abandoning their intimidation tactics. Snarls turned into pain as injuries worsened. Remus and Elias had taken down eight wolves, and three were left: the alpha, Omega, and the hunter-wolf.

The hunter-wolf was very weak and decided to run from the war scene. Morgana, who had already blocked their escape route, grabbed his fur and dragged him closer. He bit his arms off and his neck region, crippled him to the ground, and killed him. Omega heard the sound of a dying wolf from a distance. He knew it was the hunter-wolf. He screamed in pain, shouting his name with a broken voice, and moved in annoyance.

The alpha of the omega's pack quickly ran after him. He ran furiously towards Morgana and jumped over him, pulled him to the ground, and bit his neck off. Remus and Elias dashes into the scene. He Pulled the alpha off Morgana's body and dragged his fur.

He pinned him down with his upper hand and set his trap on his two arms, dragged and broke them. He blew off the smoker powder on his hands and blinded the remaining wolves. The smoker powder blinded the wolves making it easier for Elias and Remus to attack and kill them.

The fight was tough, but Remus and his pack mates defeated them. Before they matched back to the pack, they stood close to the fallen body of Morgana in moments of silence and moved away with his body.

Even though they lost Morgana, they were happy they defeated their enemies. The unsuccessful re-abduction of Revanna was another reason for their happiness. The death of Morgana left the pack in deep sorrow and grieving moments, and the pack felt the vacuum created by the death of Morgana.
