Chapter 4 OMEGA- THE LONE WOLF VOW TO RECLAIM REVANNA (.1) CONT'D.

When it was time for revenge, Omega accompanied the hunter-wolf to their old pack, and from there, they would go to examine the hollow pack, which is the pack they were planning to attack. When they got to their old pack, Omega did not find anything to identify the pack. The shattered bones have dried up and are buried under the ground, trees have grown taller and the roots have become bigger. He could not recognize their pack even though the landmarks seemed invisible.

They left for the hollow pack, where Remus and his pack mates inhabit, to investigate and acquire information about their territory and how they would attack them.

When they got to the pack, they didn't get closer to their territory because they were afraid of being attacked by the wolves in the hollow pack. They knew that they would be killed if they were attacked. They stood a distance and took a long stare at the cave in the pack. They hid between trees and sometimes beneath falling timbers. When they were done observing the pack, Omega told the hunter-wolf how powerful the hollow pack was and how they often attacked rival packs and defeated them.

The hunter-wolf was not interested in hearing what Omega was saying because he didn't want to be stuck in fear. While they were going, Omega decided to take the hunter-wolf around the enchanted Forest. He showed him the direction he took when he ran away from the war scene and told him the things he encountered. He also showed him the cave he hid when he was lonely in the forest and how far he would go just to hunt for small prey to eat. He went further to narrate how he battled with unseen creatures and cruel voices. The hunter-wolf was surprised and asked Omega how he survived in the forest alone. To him, it was barely possible to survive in such a deep forest alone. But for Omega it was a normal thing.

When they got back to the pack, they gave the alpha the information he needed. They stated that the attack would be a raid. They told him that the battle would be fast and strategically focused on capturing Ravenna. They told him that they would attack them over time if the first mission wasn't successful.

The alpha of the Hunter-wolf's pack had decided to conjoin with a neighboring pack. These two packs have been close to each other and do assist each other in a fight. These two packs will make a total of ten wolves against five wolves in the hollow pack. This would make them defeat the wolves in the hollow pack.

When it was time for them to set out for the battle, They had all gathered as usual in a circle. The alpha of the hunter-wolf's pack gave them instructions and told them what to do. The hunter-wolf was told to stay in the pack to hunt for food they would eat when they came back from the battle.

The hunter-wolf was not happy because he wanted to go with his friend Omega. He angrily went back to the burrow. While they were going for the battle, Omega led the way to the hollow pack. He was protected by two wolves, who guided him.

When they got into the woodland, close to the wolfsbane where Remus and his pack mates lived. They stood quietly, glancing quickly and repeatedly at every angle while their golden eyes tried to detect the location of the wolves and any unusual movement. Omega turned to face them and quickly used his claws to demonstrate, trying to tell them to keep quiet while he moved a bit further to confirm the location of the wolves in the Hollow pack. As he moved further, he told the other wolves to gradually follow him.

When they got to a point where the frequent silent steps of the unseen wolves were heard, they stopped, their strength increased, and their senses intensified. They were ready to attack.

Elias quickly alerted Remus and Morgana. They ran out quickly from the burrow and went in different directions. They knew they were about to be attacked. Remus went toward the woodland, Elias went in the direction their enemies took, and Morgana hid between ancient trees close to the direction Elias took.

What the hail are you looking for? Elias screamed in annoyance. What are you guys up to this time? Omega replied immediately in a low but demanding voice "We have come to rescue Revanna, the queen, whom you took into your arms after you and your pack mates defeated us in a fight some full moons ago.

Elias replied immediately, "You're a fool! Do you think there is a rat burrow where you will invade and kill little rats? Revanna has come to stay and will never leave the pack. Go to hail and burn to ashes! Elias screamed.

Omega got annoyed and slowly walked away, moving back between the wolves.

He commanded them to attack Elias. As soon as Remus and Morgana had commanding voice, they ran out and attacked them immediately. Elias was attacked by two invading wolves and was bitten severely on the neck. He sustained more injuries because he was the first to be attacked. Remus rushed Omega, but the other wolves obstructed him and attacked him immediately. The fight was tough and wasn't as fast as the hunter-wolf's pack strategized. Remus was not injured because he knew he was stronger than most of the wolves, but he couldn't kill any because they attacked him in a group.

Morgana, during the time he hid between the two trees, had targeted one of the wolves and bit its arms off. The one-armed wolf fell to the ground and bled to death. This made the other wolves angry, but they couldn't continue the fight because they were all tired and had sustained injuries. They quickly ran away from the scene. Morgana was ready to run after them, but Remus told him to stay back. He commanded Elias to run back to the burrow to check if Revanna was safe. Elias left immediately. Remus and Morgana followed him after a while. They stood for some minutes looking at the wolf running for their lives. Remus was very surprised how a dozen wolves couldn't defeat them. He thought for a while, shook his head, and told Morgana to follow him home. They left.

When they got home, Remus engaged his pack mates in a brief meeting, advising them to always be alert and ready to fight and attack. They told them that Revanna could never be reclaimed by any wolf or group of wolves. So long as he is still the alpha of the pack. He reassured them that he would fight with the last drop of his blood to ensure that the pack was protected and was in order.
