Chapter 3 Dinner

I finally got to Lagos after all mom's attempts to make sure I school in Abuja.

We got into several fights because of this issue but she finally gave in.

I know Lagos is going to be awesome and I'm going to live my life to the fullest during my stay here I said to myself as I looked outside the window.

The city looks beautiful (nothing ever looks ugly to me anyways )

So far I can say I liked the environment it was busy but beautiful the city looked amazing and I was already imaging what the night view will look like.

I turned to my side and I placed my hand on Ella's hand she turned at looked at me with those cute eyes.

I liked the surprise I said to her .

It was my idea Anita said from the front seat and I said thanks mom.

"You're welcome baby" she replied with a smile on her face.

The car finally came to a halt in front of a magnificent building.

The building somehow looked identical to my house back in Abuja.

The walls were painted with pink , white and ash colours.

It had a water fountain in the center the water flows and slashes onto the carpet grass continuously .

It was a three storey building with another bungalow by the side.

Without being told I knew this was another vacation house........

Myra's mom and Anita both have the habit of bringing their children together on holidays actually only during December to a vacation house.

They all stay there and enjoy the family time together.

They play games,make gardens and do many other interesting stuff when they are on vacations.

The family continued like that untill Alex and Matt travel to the US leaving only the ladies behind.

But still they didn't forget their tradition(because it now a tradition),they continued to gather during Decembers , they some times travel out of the country .

So this is our new vacation house? Ella asked

yep do you like it? Anita asked?

I love it both Ella and Myra exclaimed .

I told you they will like it Sandra said to her bestie .

The four women entered the building and Ella and Myra were both wowed by the sight of the inside view of the house.

The interior design was magnificent,the walls were painted with black and white paint , the black and gold curtains were a perfect match for the black and white walls . The gold chandelier in the middle of the living room made it glow with elegance.

It's beautiful! Ella exclaimed .

Let's go check out the rooms Myra said and they both ran up stairs to check out the rooms.

Be careful girls Sandra called out and they just kept running as if they didn't hear her .

Sandra and Anita sat down in the living room and after a few minutes Sandra said. Are you sure this is going to work?

Anita looked at her ,smiled and said

"You know you worry too much Sandra ,trust me our plan is going to work,one way or the other.

I hope so Sandra said nervously.

Myra and Ella kept opening the rooms one by one making a choice was really not easy for them because when they open the doors and get in they'll say this one's mine no it's mine and they'll also end up fighting over the room next doors.

They finally made their choices Ella's room was painted black with pink bed sheets and ash curtains.

While Myra's room was all pink . Starting from the walls ,to the bedsheets,to the curtains,the nightstand,every single thing was pink that's why Ella keeps calling her "my baby" because according to her the color pink was for babies .

Myra looked at the room one more time and she fell onto the bed she looked around and she had this incredible feeling like ........

She felt like she was home back in Abuja.

She looked around again and said this is my new home .

She walked up to the balcony and looked at the city ,she was on the third floor so the view was quite beautiful.

And then she said this is my city and I'm going to make the most of my time here .

Myra took her bath and changed into a black long gown with short sleeves and,a pair of gold heels,and a black handbag.

She came downstairs and everyone was already waiting for her.

"you look awesome baby" Ella complimented.

You look great too, Myra replied.

They all stepped out and entered two separate cars .

Myra and Ella took a White Mercedes Benz.

While Sandra and Anita took a silver Bentley continental GT .

Soon they all arrived at the restaurant they pulled over ,and went in .

They got in and sat down Myra took her time to study the environment.

The restaurant was beautiful.

The tables were all made of glass, the lights were beautiful, they were red, black, and white lights.

Also the chandelier in the middle of the restaurant gave it a special kind of glow.

They were all looking at the menu, while other people dinning in the restaurant kept looking at them .

From the moment they walked in people dinning in the restaurant kept looking at the four beautiful women that just walked in.

Especially Myra, they always draws attention without even trying.

They finally placed their orders and in a few minutes the food was served.

The waiter whose name was Ammie (so her badge says) kept smiling at Myra.

Myra kept smiling back as she was used to this already.

They all ordered rice,but different kinds of rice by the way Anita ordered fried rice and turkey,so did Sandra.

While the younger ones ordered jollof rice.

They all ate and merried,they were cracking jokes, laughing, and also making plans for school.

They finished eating and Sandra payed the bills since it was her treat.
