"I'm sorry."I apologized, "I gotta go."I told him as I was about to leave.
"Hey, hey, hey, you're probably seeing things, or maybe you are drunk." He stood in my way.
"I'm not the one who's drunk, you are," I told him.
"I know, but I know you're seeing things, that's why you should sit down and finish the rest of this tequila."
"You're wasted," I said with a bit of disgust.
"Thank you for the compliment, boy, but you're going nowhere without me."He said patting me on my shoulders.
"There's no way I'm gonna let you come with me," I stated clearly.
"You're really an ass hole," He said, and I made him sit.
"Don't drive like this, I'll be back," I assured him.

I left the bar, now in the middle of the road, my eyes darted in every direction in search of her...I didn't find her, I couldn't see her anymore.
I sighed. Maybe I was hallucinating.
I turned to go in, then I saw her reflection on one of the windows at the bar...
I turned and found her leaning against a pole.
She stole a glance at me and started off almost immediately.
I hurried after her.
"Sarah! Wait !"I called out to her, hoping she would stop and maybe give me a chance to explain everything to her.
But she continued, her steps were unusually swift.
I found myself running towards her, and then she started running too, strangely fast, she ran far into the foggy woods, I followed her, it was like a race, she had never been so fast her whole life.
"Sarah stop!" But she wouldn't listen to me; she jumped over fallen dead trees, running fast without looking back.
Where was she going to? I wondered.
Then, finally, she stopped in front of an old abandoned building.
I stopped right there behind her.
"Sarah?" I called.
"Why did you follow me?" She asked icily, without looking back at me.
"I was worried, I thought you were out of town, I didn't expect to see you." I told her, "In the woods."I added.
"I don't want you close to me. Don't you get that?" She said in a soft tone of voice.
"I understand that you hate me now, but all I want to do is nothing but to explain to you...I want to tell you how it had happened, how I tried to protect her from me." I searched for words in my head, something to say to her.
" It looks like we both would be having stories to tell." I heard her say as she turned to face me.
"What?" I stepped forward and pulled a rope that lay there on the ground with my feet; then something struck my right thigh. It was all a trap. I growled as the pain was too much to bear.
I pulled out the arrow from my thigh, but the pain lingered still; my right thigh became numb all of a sudden, and I realized that it was paralyzed. I tried supporting myself with my other leg, but another arrow came, striking my left thigh from behind.
I fell to the ground, almost helpless.
I groaned in tears.
"Don't worry, the poison only lasts for three hours. Three hours is enough time for me to do what I had come to do." She smirked.
"What are you gonna do? Kill me?" I asked through clenched teeth.
"No."She said. I looked up at her face, her lips curved into something that looked like a smile.
Her smile disappeared all of a sudden, as she turned, facing the abandoned building.
"But I'm gonna have you watch her die." She said and started off into the building.
Thoughts raced through my head. It couldn't be...
