I let out a soft sigh, and stand up from the grass as the realization of the fact that she has decides to flee before I wake up, hits me. But she can't run too far or run away from me. She is already mine, and I will look for her and claim her after I'm done with my purpose of visiting this pack.

I snatch my clothes from the grass, dress up, and storm out of the woods, my men follow behind me.

Getting to the guest room, and meeting up with Mr. Gravus, his wife, and his daughter, a big smile spreads on my face. He is my father's old-time friend, and I always respect him whenever he requests my attention. However, this is the first time I'm meeting up with his family.

"Alpha Arkon! Thank you for honoring my invitation," Mr. Gravus rises from his position, with his head bowed in respect. He introduces his wife and daughter to me, and I order him to take his seat as I sit in front of them.

"So tell me, Mr. Gravus, why did you request my presence in your pack? You know as the Alpha of the Rogues, I'm only required to leave my pack for something very important."

He clears his throat into his fist, "I will head straight to the point because you are a busy man. I'm here to request two things from you, and I hope my request gets granted," he fixes his gaze at me.

My head nods as my ears straighten, waiting for his request.

"My younger daughter over here, Camilla," he points at her. "Informs me about her feelings for you, after the very first time she saw you at the event I attended at your pack, alongside her. She says her only desire right now is to be your Luna. She went as far as turning down the proposal of the Alpha who wanted her for your sake," Mr. Gravus pushes forward on the couch as he continues....

"I understand this is a little too much, but please I would love it if you consider her as one of the she-wolves waiting in line for you to pick them as your Luna. She can be your first choice. I promise you she is strong and commanding, even as a Gamma Wolf."

I whiff in amusement over his request. Such a lovely father. This is the first time he has ever requested anything from my household after he saved my father's life from that fire. His daughter looks beautiful, but I do not want her, not even when I've met my mate.

I push my head backward, crossing my right leg over the left, "Mr. Gravus, I understand your...."

"Please, Alpha! Don't give me any response right now. I would appreciate it if you give my request a proper thought before giving me a response," he stretches forth his hand toward his wife. She pulls an invite from her handbag, and hands it over to him.

He stands up, giving the invitation card to me, "This is an invitation to the wedding of my older daughter, Vynessa. She is getting married to the Alpha of our pack in a week's time, and I will wish for you to attend. Thank you for your time, Alpha. We wish to take our leave," and with that, they all walk out of my room.

I hold the invite in my hand, my lips curve into a faint smile. It's funny how that old Alpha of their pack still wants the taste of young blood. Fucking bastard.

I don't think I can attend this unimportant wedding because I have a lot on my desk, and the most important is finding my mate.

Standing up from the sofa, I request the presence of my warriors. When they arrive, we all step out to go look for my runaway fated mate.
