"Oh really?

What is my fiancee doing here?". He asked when coming in while Leonard opened the restaurant door.

Alice looked down and couldn't look straight into his eyes.

"Your fiancee? Charles interrupted but Derek cut him off.

"I'm not talking to you, Mr man. I'm referring to my fiancee". Derek shouted at him and this attract the attention of other people in the restaurant.

"She is not in the condition to talk to you. Can we leave, Alice?". Charles asked but Derek laughed out hard.

He stopped laughing and swipe off the little drop of tears that is visible in her face due to laughter.

"You dare not leave, Alice! He instructed.

Alice finally looked up.

"I'm not married to you yet. So, I have the chance to go anywhere".

"Not until now.

If your parents haven't offered you to me.

I would have looked away. But now, I'm no longer looking away.

You are my wife to be and my wife to be shouldn't be seen around".

"Is this how you treat the women in your house. Because to me, you lack courtesy and doesn't have the manners to address a lady. You.... (Charles was interrupted by a slap from Derek. He want to retaliate back but Leonard stopped him by punching him in his face).

"When a rich man is talking, poor people should keep quiet.

You don't have the right to interfere into my matters in the first instance. So, step away". Derek instructed while Leonard helped in dragging Charles out.

Alice was shocked and she couldn't close her mouth due to what she experienced.

Derek dragged her back to the restaurant and pushed her on one seat.

"What can I offer you sir? A waiter asked and Derek looked around.

"In the first place,

I want everyone out of this restaurant ". He instructed while the waiter pleaded with their customers to leave.

It only remained Derek, Alice and Leonard in the restaurant.

"I dont patronise local restaurant like this but because of you, I have to.

I've been on your tail since yesterday. So, don't try to play smart on me.

Once you belong to me, you don't have anywhere to run to.

I don't joke with my things.

What would you like to eat?". He asked her while Alice looked away.

"I'm talking to you, lady".

"I'm not interested in anything and I'm tired of this life. I might end it in split seconds!. Alice angrily said.

"You're not chanced to end your life.

What am I even saying?

You're not allowed to die until my debt is cleared.

I will give your parents a call now, you won't stay in your house again.

You will start living with me now". He said and brought out his phone.

He dialled Alice father number and informed him about the decision of taking her.

"I'm no longer waiting till my wedding night.

She will start staying in my place and we will have our wedding the following week". He said after dropping the call and Alice couldn't help it than to cry.

Derek ignored her mood and instruct Leonard to accompany her out of the restaurant.

He paid for what he ate and left afterwards.

Alice is seated at the back of the car while Derek sat beside her.

Leonard drive them back home and Alice is totally lost in thought.

"You can come outside ma". Leonard said while Alice hissed at him.

Alice was lead into the sitting room and Derek instruct Leonard to call on his two wives to meet them in the sitting room.

Annabelle walked down from the stairs while Rapunzel also walked into the sitting room.

Annabelle was dressed in a blue long robe with her hair packed into a bun. She looked beautiful and dazzling in her robe while Rapunzel was dressed in a short gown.

She is not beautiful like Annabelle.

"Welcome back, husband.

You came quite early today". Annabelle said approaching Derek while Rapunzel rushed to hug him..

"Thats enough.

I'm here early because of the lady that I brought home. You can both have your seat". He instructed and they both sat down.

"Her name is Alice and I'm getting married to her in few days. So, Annabelle. I want you to accept her as the first wife of this house.

I respect and cherish you alot. Alice is now in your hand. And as for you Rapunzel, I want you to do the same thing".

"Excuse me ,Derek.

Are we having this conversation.

You kept me as your mistress all these while and wanted to do a proper wedding with this thing.

I've had enough of your rudeness and the way you treated me in this house.

I'm not taking this! Rapunzel Said and walked out of their presence. Derek chuckled and looked away.

Pains were written over Annabelle face but she tried to compose herself.

She forced out a smile and held Alice hand.

"Fiona! She called out and a young looking lady rushed out.

"Yes ma'am".

"Take our new guest into her room and give her whatever she want.

"Yes, ma'am". She responded and lead Alice to her room. Alice dragged her feets along.

Charles got back home after the incident in the restaurant and looked disturbed.

He tried contacting Alice contact but it's not reachable.

His grandmother noticed his mood and asked of what happened but he did not want to bother the old woman.

He went to his room and slammed the door behind.

Derek pulled off his clothes and it remained his singlet with a boxer.

He walked into the bathroom and shower.

After showering, he walked into the bedroom.

Annabelle is seated on the bed with a sad face.

"Can I have some moment with you, love?".

"Don't dare refer to me as that. You knew deep within you that you did not love me. You knew!

"What is all of this about?

Is this my first time of bringing a lady home? Derek asked moving closer to Annabelle while she moved back and sat on the Chair in front of her dressing mirror.

"You did not respect me, Derek.

You didn't.

I've been lenient and patient with you all these while. I guessed you've taken by patience as being a fool". Annabelle said with a bittered heart.

"This shouldn't be a surprise to you.

Afterall, you've been coping well with Rapunzel".

"I'm tired of this madness, Derek.

If not for the fact that my dad is behind all of my stay in your house. I would have gone.

He forced me into marrying you and now you're disrespecting me in this marriage".

"I can't explain any more better to you.

I need my wife this night ". Derek said but Annabelle snubbed him.

He tried to move closer to her but she avoided her. She wanted to leave but Derek grabbed her hand back. She gasped and someone knocked on the door.

"Who is that?". Derek asked in a cold tone.

"It's me, Fiona.

Jack needs her mother". She responded and Derek opened the door while Fiona came in with the little baby.

He dropped him with Anabelle and left immediately.

"Your son has always make it the habit to disturb me anytime that I'm with you.

His older brothers didn't disturb me that way before".

"My son is still a baby. He is just five months old and his older brothers are quite matured. He need my attention". Annabelle explained.

"You've ruined my mood". Derek said and left the room. He slammed the door behind.

Annabelle attended to her child before laying him down.

She stood up and walked towards the standing mirror.

She glanced at her body for a while and broke down into tears.

She sobbed hard and crashed on the floor.

Derek walked over to Alice room and pushes the door opened.

Alice stood up from the floor she sat on.

Her eyes were swollen from tears.

"Why were you crying?".

"I wanted to go home". She responded.

"You will go home after our marriage.

You will only visit them. From them, you will be back here". He responded.

"And to remind you, I'm going to introduce you to the rest of the staff tomorrow ".

Alice looked away while he left for his personal room.

He opened the door and someone is already on his bed.
