Chapter 5 Jade and Nile

"Mum, Dad?" I called walking to my parents who were all seated on the bare floor with a smiling look on their faces and the worst is that Jade and Nile were seated on the floor too. I went and sat beside my dad

"What's going on?" I said to my dad

"Sweetheart your best friend Jade came and was waiting for you when your Nile came he said he's your friend too, your mom convinced them to stay over for dinner she made your favorite fish soup"

I sighed inwardly and looked at Jade and Nile, I can feel the tension between the both of them

"Dad, mom I think Jade and Nile would not like to have dinner, I'll see them off" I said nervously and stood up immediately gesturing for Jade and Nile to stand up

"Huh?" Mom gasp in confusion

"Who said I don't want to eat? I love aunties food, right aunty?" Jade winked at my mom

"Of course, darling Jade likes my food, have you forgotten?"

"Then I'm staying, I want to enjoy auntys food" Nile smiled, adjusting more, I sighed and slumped down in disappointment. What's going on between these two.

Two hours later.

I laid on the bed covered in my blanket, I still cannot get what happened today out of my mind, what is Jade doing, why is he messing up my head, this minute he's my best friend the next minute he's confusing me, he didn't talk to me in school today but he came to my house I don't understand him anymore.

Tomorrow is my birthday, I'm finally turning 18. Will I find my mate tomorrow? What if I don't? Is he someone I know? Or maybe we've never met before, I can't help but be so nervous, if I finally find my mate will crush on Jade stop? I just hope it does, I'm tired of getting hurt and crying myself to sleep everyday.

I think I should wait till tomorrow. I turned off my bedside lamp and slept off.

The sweet smell of freshly baked strawberry cake covered my nose, my eyes flung open immediately and they went straight to the wall clock hanging in the wall

"Mom....!" I yelled and sprang up from the bed. How in the world did I sleep till 2 PM? I was so stressed out yesterday that I slept for so long. I rushed downstairs on barefoot and that's when I saw my mum setting the table with the cake in the middle, my father was coming with the jar of juice when he saw me

"My princess" He called and halted on his steps

"Good morning Daddy"

"Happy birthday my princess" He smiled not taking his eyes off me, he dropped the jar of juice on the table and came to me, he began to Pat my hair nicely

"My little baby is finally 18, am the luckiest dad ever"

"Come on honey it's her birthday don't get her emotional" My mum said to my dad and she pulled me into a warm hug,

"Happy birthday honey, you finally grown up"

"Thank you mom"

"Come let's cut your cake"

My parents sang me a birthday song as we finally cut the cake, were about to start eating when I got a call from Zack to come outside

"Mum, dad I need to see my friends outside I'm coming"

"Sure, sure, go dear" Mom.smiled and I nodded and left. I got outside and met Zack leaning on a black SUV

"Happy birthday princess" He said smiling so much

"Zack" I smiled and walked to him

"I'm here to take you"

"To where?"

"That's a secret" He winked and opened the car door

I looked at my dress and turn to stare at Zack,

"In this dress?"

"Don't worry princess we will take care of it"

"Hmm" I nodded and got into the car and that's when I saw that Dell and Dante are inside the car too.

"Dell?"

"Happy birthday princess" He smiled at me, Dante pulled my face and showered it with kisses

"Enough you fool" Zack pulled him away from me making me laugh so hard while Dell shook his head like he's tired of Dante

"Happy birthday princess" Dante blew me kisses,

"Thanks guys but I don't know where you guys are taking me to yet"

"Calm down princess, be patient" Zack said and ignited the car and drove off.

The drive was so long but after a long drive we got to one of the biggest hotels that I've ever seen in my entire life,

"Guys what's going on, where are we?" I asked as we came down from the car with Zack holding my right hand while Dante held me on the left

"Calm down princess, and lets us do the work"

"Don't you guys think my dressing does not suit here?"

"Nobody will say shit to you else they want to die" Dell muttered

"Easy bro, your silence fears me the most" Dante shivered

"Welcome young masters" The guards at the entrance all bow to them as we walk into the hotel, the place was so cozy that I began to feel cold immediately. We got upstairs and standing before a room with a huge glass door, Dell inserted his card and the door opened revealing a young pretty lady,

"Young master" The lady greeted with a bow

"You know what to do" Zack said to her and she nodded,

"Princess we will be waiting downstairs" They smiled at me and left,

"What's going on?" I muttered to myself as the lady walked me to a bathroom, it was a huge bathroom that has other four ladies in there

"They will help you take your bath"

"Huh?" I gasped in shock looking at the lady

"No..no...no....ma I can do it on my own"

"I'm sorry ma but I'm only following the young masters orders"

"But......"

"Please ma, I don't want to get fired"

I sighed and slowly took off my clothes, they started with massaging my body and then scrubbing it.

One hour later I finally got out of the bathtub and they gave me a robe which I wore, and was taken back to the room where they started by drying my hair and glamming my face with makeup. Right now I look so different from how I used to look I could barely recognize myself in the mirror

They brought the most pretty dress that I've ever seen in my entire life, it was fully designed with Timmy diamonds, they wore it on me and it hugged my body perfectly bringing out all my curves, they help me wore my heels and packed my hair in a ponytail, with a diamond necklace on my neck which has a small Heart on it

"You look so beautiful" The lady said to me

"Thank you" I said with a smile, she held my hand and we left the room immediately I climbed down the first stairs my nose was filled with the most intoxicating scent I've ever smelled in my entire life. The smell was so addicting that I had to let go the lady's hand immediately as I began to rush down the stairs on my own and the more I go down the stairs the more the scent gets stronger,

I was now close to the last stairs and halted on my step, the whole place was looking so beautiful and dazzling that I was taken aback, standing there are my four best friends including Jade, and they were all looking stunning,

The scent is now so strong that I could no longer resist it, taking slow step down the stairs they all turned staring at me with their mouth wide open,

I climbed the last stairs and stood in shock, could it be that my mate is among my friends, then who is it?

I slowly began to walk to them one after the other, I went to Zack and sniff him, the scent was not coming from him, I smiled at him as I moved over to Dante

"Princess?" Wanted called in smiles as I sniff him, and again it was not him

"You're so handsome" I smiled at him and walk over to Dell, I slowly sniff him and sighed when I didn't hear the scent from him, I smiled at him and the only person remaining was now Jade,

His gaze were focussed on me, as I began to take slow and steady stride toward him the smell begins to gets stronger,

Why does it has to be Jade,

Should I be happy or sad,

If he knows all these while that I'm hisate then why didn't he say it to me,

I finally got to him and sniff him, I slowly raised my head and look at him

"Mate" Amily my wolf jumped happily

"Amy?" I heard my name, and turned to see Nile standing a little distance from me, just immediately another sweet and addicting scent sent my head on fire, the scent was so strong that I cannot resist it,

I began to walk to Nile, and the next minute I was standing before him, I slowly sniff him and It was from him,

I was so confused that I staggered on my step and was about to fall when Nile held me by the waist, and helped me up.

I turned to look at the guys in confusion .

"Amy, are you okay?" Dell asked

"What's going on Amy?" Dante asked

"Amy?" Zack called

"Why am I mated to two?" I asked in confusion

"Two? You mean your mate is here?" Zack asked with wide eyes

"Mates..." I muttered

"Who are they?" Dell asked

I slowly looked at Jade and Nile

"Amy say something" Dante urged

I sighed

"It's Jade and Nile"
