Yes, Vivian Swain had come back this time to settle the score with her family. However, she had only learned about her grandma's quest to find her grandson in the Benton family a few days ago, so she hadn't conducted a comprehensive investigation on the Bentons.

Now that she had conveniently married into the family, she had to make sure she knew her enemies well. Therefore, as soon as she finished her call with her grandma, she immediately dialed another number.

"Send me all the data on the Benton family in Amorita, spanning three generations, within an hour. Email it to me. That's all. Bye." She hung up.

When Jean entered with another person, they found Vivian doodling with color pens, her fingers and clothes covered in colorful ink. The drawings were childlike, not even up to kindergarten standard.

Feeling that she had played her part sufficiently, Vivian put away the color pens, and pointing curiously at the scholarly man wearing glasses next to Jean, she asked, "Jean, who is this man with glasses?"

In fact, she had seen this man in the Benton family's information just a few minutes ago. His name was Brevard Herrera. He was Ethan Benton's good friend and personal doctor. Ever since Ethan became vegetative after his car accident, Brevard had been taking care of him. Jean had mentioned that she was not responsible for the second floor as there was someone specifically in charge. It seemed this 'specific person' must be Brevard, who likely knew the truth that Ethan was not actually vegetative.

"This is Dr. Herrera," Jean explained to Vivian, "He is in charge of taking care of our young master. Now that you're sharing a room with him, there are many things you need to be aware of, and Dr. Herrera will guide you. Let him take you upstairs now.""

Despite his gentle and handsome appearance, Brevard's eyes were sharp, and Vivian didn't like the way he was scrutinizing her. He seemed skeptical of her act of playing dumb, his gaze behind the glasses always probing.

"No, I don't want to go with this man with glasses." Vivian shrank back into a corner, her doe-like eyes filled with fear, "His glasses are scary when he looks at me. I don't want to go with him. Jean, protect me."

Jean was at a loss whether to laugh or cry. She looked at Brevard as if to say, "I told you, she's a simpleton."

"Mrs. Benton, what do you see here?" In the end, Jean had to pull out a candy to coax Vivian. She found that as long as she was offered something tasty, Vivian would obediently follow instructions, just like a child.

For some reason, Brevard suddenly tossed a candy at Vivian's feet.

Vivian knew this was a test. She had been eyeing the candy for a while before finally picking it up. It was the first piece.

The second piece was thrown towards the TV cabinet.

The third piece ended up in the corner of the room.

The fourth piece was in the trash bin.

Brevard was repeatedly tossing the candies away, and Vivian was dutifully retrieving them each time, even seeming happy about it.

Vivian, currently digging in the trash bin for candy, couldn't help but chuckle.

It seemed that in Ethan's eyes, she had already become a pitiful little simpleton. If that was the case, she didn't mind playing up the image a bit.

After finding the candy, she immediately rushed towards Ethan, not caring that he had just come out of the shower, and hugged him tightly.

"Mr. Handsome, protect Vivian. This guy with glasses is so mean. He threw away all the candy that Jean gave me. The candy is mine, mine! Mr. Handsome, hit him!"

Ethan was barely clothed, wearing only a towel.

"Okay, but you have to hit him! Beat him to death!"
