Chapter 5 Accomplished Mission

"What!!! Please save my grandpa," Yuri said as she heard Eren's statement. Please l I am begging you, if you can save my grandpa, the Huo family will be indebted to you.

"Don't worry, l will save your grandpa, Eren said somewhat emotionally." Seeing her little face filled with tears, Eren decided to save the grandpa because he could save him, not because of a reward.

As Eren knelt beside Grandpa Huo, he flicked his hands and beautiful slim silver needles appeared in his hands.

Just as the crowd saw it, they began to murmur and doubt his abilities.

Crowd 1: Young lady, are you sure you want him to treat your grandpa, l suggest you wait for the medical team. He may be a quack doctor.

Crowd 2: Exactly he may complicate issues, he looks too young to know traditional medicine.

As such voices sprang up, Yuri began to waver in her decisions. Finally, she gazed at Eren with cold eyes she began

"l believe you can save my grandpa, but if you are found to be the cause of my grandpa's death, you will bear serious consequences, do you accept these conditions, if you don't, you're free to back out now".

Eren merely answered by drilling the needles beside Grandpa's heart, his movements were so fast that only affirmations could be seen.

As he removed the needles after sticking them in, black blood oozed out with them, after about 3 minutes, Grandpa Hou woke up and started vomiting black blood, he puked blood until he puked our red fresh blood. Only then was he relaxed.

"Grandpa, you are awake, how are you feeling? Is anywhere hurting you? The ambulance is coming soon, don't worry. Yuri said as she hugged her grandpa."

"WOW, he did save the man, who was that idiot who called him a fraud, come out

Now," a hot-tempered middle-aged lady said as she stared at the crowd, she completely forgot that she was among the people badmouthing Eren just a while ago, similar situations occurred amidst the crowd.

The ambulance finally arrived amidst the quarreling crowd. A team of beautiful nurses escorted a middle-aged man with a goatee as he ran toward Grandpa Hu.

As he examined Grandpa Hu, his face changed from worry to confusion to shock, then finally happiness.

Noticing the ever-changing countenance of the doctor, Yuri asked "Doctor, l hope all is well, my grandpa has no issues, does he?" The young lady asked in curiosity.

"Young lady, who was the person who treated your grandpa," Doctor Smith asked as he grabbed Yuri's hands excitedly.

"Eh, that's him, " Yuri pointed to Eren, who was licking an ice cream cone he got from the system. It was watermelon flavored and so sweet it melted in his mouth.

As Eren was savoring the taste of his delightful ice cream, a somewhat bewildered but excited voice rang out, interrupting him from his daydream.

"Hello, are you the person who treated old master Huo," Doctor Smith asked Eren.

"Why, l don't look like the person you were expecting," Eren asked as he detected the disbelief in the man's eyes.

"Well, yes," Doctor Smith replied honestly, he was kind of expecting an old man dressed in hemo clothes with an otherworldly air surrounding him.

Seeing Eren's confident and youthful face, Doctor Smith blushed at his previous conjuncture.

"Miracle doctor, if you don't mind me asking, how did you cure the old master without heart surgery?

Old Master has accumulated numerous injuries and toxins over the years as military personnel, and now he is old, the toxins are all biting back at him, he has undergone 3 heart surgeries, but the problem continues to reoccur, truthfully if he had undergone another surgery the chances of survival will be almost 0.

We have been keeping him on medications and his body is too weak to digest any more hard-hitting drugs.

His case has been a major concern for all of us in the medical sector, doctor Smith confessed.

At first, Eren didn't want to give listening ears to the doctor because he was enjoying his Ice cream and wanted nothing to disturb him.

"Young man, can you shed more light on how you did it?"

Eren beamed and felt slightly happy, after all, since the doctor knows Grandpa Huo's medical history, he will know his identity, which, coincidentally, is part of Eren's mission.

"Well, l can't explain it here because l used a secret technique and a medicine my teacher made called a heart-fixing tonic."

Eren couldn't explain the knowledge he got from the system because it was 2 generations into the future and Doctor Smith will not understand, so he fabricated an unknown master and a drug that he didn't even know existed.

"Well, can l see your teacher, "Doctor Smith asked excitedly.

"Nope, he roams around the world and hates fame, l don't even know where he is." Eren replied with some untrue story that he made up on the spot.

"Well, l see, then young man, if you do meet him, please contact me, Royale hospital will always be open for you to visit," Doctor Smith said as he handed over his business card to Eren.

"Thanks, l am Eren, you are Mr. Smith Rogers, dean of the Royale Hospital, one of the best hospitals in America," Eren introduced himself as he glanced at the card showing Doctor Smith's information.

"Well, Eren, l will be expecting you." Doctor Smith said kindly as he motioned for the nurses to escort the weak old grandpa Huo to the van as they departed.

Thanks and l am so for doubting you, a slightly embarrassed voice drifted over and Eren saw Yuri apologizing with her head down, she looked cute and silly, and he couldn't help but pat her soft head.

"It's okay, l don't blame you, on the contrary, you were cool when you challenged me," Eren said as he stroked her beautiful hair.

"Thanks so much, Yuri said as she blushed furiously, well, here is my number, l hope you save it, and give me yours too in case of any emergency."

"Okay."Eren said as he gave her his number, which she took and ran off like a cat that got its tail stepped on.
