I was being measured time and again like a doll when I heard a pretty cutie voice.

"Lily," Nevaeh yelled as she ran towards me and hugged me.

I picked her up and sat her down on my lap.

"Did you miss me much?" I asked Nevaeh.

"What do you think? Would I have insisted on coming if I didn't?" Nevaeh said sarcastically.
