Chapter 2 A POSSESSION REVEALED

BACK AT HOME:

Abby kept pacing To and Fro as she wait for her husband's arrival.

She was practically breastfeeding her daughter as she walk to and fro.

Suddenly the heavy rain began falling and she tightly shut her eye.

She prayed to The heavens to bring back her little boy and husband safe.

She knew they went against the rule of their kingdom.

But she's ready to accept whatever punishment that befalls them if only her husband and son is brought back safely.

Lost in her thinking,she heard a knock on their door and she immediately rushed and flung it open.

Standing outside was her husband drenched with their unconscious son.

He was breathing heavily like someone that ran a marathon... of course he did run a Marathon.

"Oh! Thank heavens " she uttered as she guide her husband inside.

"We're done for Abby... We're in a God damn mess!" Vincent lamented as he gently lay his son down.

"What hap...."

The words went back in her mouth on seeing her son hair colour.

Her brows furrowed in utter confusion.

She immediately took her breast in and lay her daughter in her cradle, before going back to her little boy .

"Micheal..." she flinched at the hotness eminating from his body.

She immediately turn to her husband.

"He's burning up Vincent!" She said with a worried tone .

But her husband just had this regret plastered on his face.

He should have avoided the forest like they said.

Now see what he brought upon his innocent son.

"Vincent!" Abby called snapping him out of his trance.

"My son is burning up and you're just quiet Vincent". Abby yelled at her husband almost close to tears.

"Abby " Vincent sniffed out

"We need a physician.. my boys life is in danger "

"Abby we can't... this isn't something a physician can cure "

"I don't understand "

"Micheal is possessed Abby"

Vincent break the shell and Abby jaw dropped.

Her eye suddenly widened

"Don't tell me....

"Yes... it is!... Lui kang spirit have possessed our son Michael "

"Oh no!" Abby uttered.. her mouth shaking.

"It's all my fault.. I shouldn't have left him under the shade "

"Abby!" Vincent grabbed his wife.

"I'm not a good mother... I was so careless.. I ....

"Abby.. it's not your fault.. it is mine!. I'm sorry I ... I didn't think much about the circumstances "

"No!" Abby immediately shook her head.

Multiple tears began rolling down her eye.

Vincent Hugged his wife as they both cried.

They both regret their Action and wish their was a turn around.

Suddenly, A hefty knock came at their door startling the crying couples.

"I will check who's there" Vincent said as he disengage the hug.

As he left to the door, Abby turned to her little boy in tears.

"I'm so sorry Mich... I'm so sorry My boy". She apologised as she sniffed terribly.

Her heart aches by just looking at her unconscious son.

Vincent opened the door and came face to face with the Place guards.

He's heart skipped a beat at their presence.

" We just want to confirm something! " one of the guard said and Vincent swallowed in fear.

"Con... confirm what?" He stuttered.

"Your presence!" The head guard uttered and left their doorpost to that of his neighbor.

They knocked at the door and of course confirmed his neighbour presence.

No doubts,they were actually sent by the king.

Since after the mysterious lightning and thunder storm that came out from the eastern forest.

They were doing home counting and anyone that fails to be around will be regarded as the culprit.

The culprit that dare enter a forbidden forest after being warned.

And luckily for Vincent, he came back right in time.

Vincent heaved a breath before gently closing his door.

It was still raining heavily outside.

As he made his way back to their room.

He could see his son,Awake and been cuddle by his mother.

"Mother!" Micheal called as he snuggled more and more closer to her bossom. He sharply inhaled his mother's scent . "Mother ... Cold" He stuttered whilst shivering.

Abby sniffed as she covered herself up with a blanket.

Most especially her son.

She Stare at her husband who stood watching with vision clouded in tears.

"He's awake.... Vincent " Abby said And Vincent simply nod his head.

He's gaze not leaving his son already white hair.

"How is he?"

"He's okay... just cold from the rain "Abby stuttered and kissed her son on his hair. "He's okay now Vincent... he recognised me.... he"

"Abby!" Vincent cut her words as he walk up to them and squat before them.

He's hand gently placed on Michaels hair. "It still doesn't change the fact that he's possessed Abby!"

"No....Vincent please don't say that " Abby said hoarsely. "Our son is okay". She said again,her tone sounding desperate. Fresh tears suddenly falling from her cheek.

Vincent merely shook his head still patting his sons white hair. "Micheal!" He called the little boy who had his eye tightly shut.

Micheal On hearing his name from his father's lips snapped his eye open. "Father" he answered and Vincent staggered back in shock.

"W...What Happened?"Abby questioned with a trembling lips.

"He's iris Abby... it's no longer bottle brown... " Vincent muttered and Abby gasp.

The both gazing at the ocean blue eye newly possessed by their son.

"It's no doubt... We have lost our son Abby"

"No!... Vincent please we didn't "

"ABBY!!!" Vincent yelled at her something he haven't done before. "A Fucking Monster Have possessed Our Boy" Vincent uttered and began crying.

His son is gone

His only son is gone

He have loose his only son To Lui Kang!
