Leonardo rolled his eyes at his sister and I was curious and wanted to know."Really?"I asked and raised my eyebrows while looking at Leornado who looked out the window.

"Yes, he talks about you both getting ma–

That's when Leorando snapped at her, threatening her that he would send her pictures of her as a child to a dude named Mike. Who I assumed was her crush. I decided not to press further because I felt tired. I yawned and opened the window so that I could get some fresh air.

I wanted to explore New York City and, most importantly explore it with Amelia. I wanted to take her shopping and to be there with her when she made the baby. I don't think I'll go back to Italy anytime soon, especially since my monster of a father is back there probably sending out his men to come kill me. If I had a genie, I would have asked it to grant me a wish and that wish was to grant me a kind and loving father.

That's all I ever wanted and a mother of course. My mother left me here to suffer with this crappy father, I am cursed...

I didn't even know when I fell asleep, I woke up when I felt like I was being lifted from my seat. I peeked at the person carrying me, it was Leornado. I didn't want to fall in love with him so I jumped out of his hands and gave him a soft push. "I can walk for myself, thanks"

His hair still had traces of cake in it, which made me tempted to reach out and remove it.

"Suite yourself" He responded rather rudely and walked away.

He really is an asshat. I don't even know this house and where I should go. Elena came next to me and stared at her brother walking away in the distance, she hooked her hands in mine and led me to the stairs.

"So what do you like to do?"She asked as we walked slowly on the stairs.

"Shopping, watching action movies, killing, and a lot more"

She looked at me flabbergasted.

"Killing" She repeated trying to process the words that came out from my mouth.

"Yes, I thought you already knew that"

"I don't do this stuff anymore, our dad forbid us from killing, he said we needed to be kept safe away from danger."She mumbled.

To be honest, I felt slightly jealous when those words left her lips, I wish my father would have protected me. He didn't care if I suddenly died on one of those missions, he only cared if the mission was complete. He probably wished that I would die every time he sent me on a mission.

I grew up not caring either, eventually, I enjoyed killing, and these people weren't innocent anyway.

" I saw you at the Gyenocologist's office," I said curiously as we entered a bedroom.

I looked at the bedroom in awe, it looked so pretty in the color grey. Perfect, my second favorite color, it had small white lamps on a small table near the bed, a large king-size bed which had grey and white covers, there were also pictures hung over the bed which matched the theme of the bedroom. The grey fluffy mat that went all under the bed, and the grey long curtains hid the sunlight from the room.

I breathed in the air from the room, it reminded me of the rain. The rain held both good and bad memories in my life. The rain which I ran in on my way home from high school with my ex-best friend Ruthamya, we ran and ran until we got some shelter in a breadshop.

Ruthamya was the one who I trusted the most back then, I told her everything about my life until she thought I was hitting on her filthy boyfriend Randolf and betrayed me. She told everyone the reason why I came to school with bruises. "She's a killer"

The rain also reminded me of the beatings I got from my father. He hit me with a bat repeatedly whenever I failed to kill the target with one shot to the head, it's not like I can command them to stop running so I can aim at their head. He claims that a Mafia boss should always have good aims.

"Ginevra" sang Elena trying to gain my attention.

"Sorry," I muttered.

"Uhuh, well like I was saying, I came to hear about my results from my ovary scan when I saw them forcing you to go to the office, and I overheard them talking about getting you stitched so I called Leornado" She stated.

I nodded.

After talking for a little while, we decided that I needed clothes so we needed to go shopping for new clothes.

I took a shower when she left the room. The water was warm, just the way I loved it. I bathed myself gently with an unscented dove bar soap although I rathered the shower with a nice scented body wash instead. I ensured to remove all the scents of food that I got stained with.

Instead of the short shower, I said I was gonna take it. I ended up staying more than half an hour in there, overthinking about what Elena said before. I wanted to know about what Leornado could have said about me, part of me wanted him to say good things about me.

"Like Ginevra is so beautiful or I'm in love with her "

I shoved the thoughts at the back of my mind and got out of the shower. There were clothes placed on the bed, all in black, perfect.

I quickly got dressed already knowing that I wasted a lot of time. It was a black crop top with stars and black jeans, with black sandals.

Soon after while I was sitting Elena came back flexing a black card. "I convinced Leornado to give me his card for us to shop for new clothes and stuff."

"Then let's go spend it" I smirked.

I wanted to get on Leornado's last nerve today.

We walked near him hand in hand and grinned at him, he glared at us already knowing that something was fishy.

"Do you know how to drive?" she asked as she pulled up next to a red supra car.

I grinned at her and grabbed the keys from her hand and sat in the front seat.

"Buckle up, passenger princess," I said to which she responded with a giggle.

I speed off with the car.

"By the way, where's the mall?" I asked.

"The other way"

I gave Elena a side eye stopped driving and waited for the cars to rush past me so I could reverse.

"You could have told me that before," I said annoyed, and rolled my eyes.

" I thought you knew where you were going" she responded and avoided eye contact with me.

I looked at her in disbelief and shook my head. We went back to the house and I got out of the car.

I gave her the keys so that she could drive instead. I sat in the seat grumpy and folded my arms annoyed.

"Now you're the passenger's princess" she grinned.

I ignored her and stared out the window. She drove quickly which got me out of my sour mood and she started playing some songs that I didn't know.

I was happy when we reached the mall. Elena dragged me into the crowds of people and we entered the Apple store. I looked around, looking at the most expensive iPhones, I'm usually more of a Samsung kind of girl but I wanted to spend a lot of money from Leornado's card to get him angry.

"This one looks good" I smirked as I stared at the blood-red iPhone fourteen. I paid for the phone along with Elena's new iPad and we walked off giggling. She had the same motive as me, she wanted to get on Leornado's last end of his nerves.

I added Amelia's phone number when we got into a restaurant. I called her before eating my food. "Ginevra, is this you?"She screeched which made me almost go deaf.

"I'm in America"

"Really, where exactly?"

I gasped as I saw Amelia entering the restaurant with her phone in her ear. We both caused a dramatic scene but we didn't care. Amelia basically ran at me and jumped into my arms. If it weren't for the fact I'm a gym freak, I wouldn't be able to carry her weight along with her baby weight.

She squealed and we hugged.

"What are you doing here" She asked confused but happy at the same time.

" Leonardo saved me," I said feeling slightly embarrassed that I was saved by my enemy. To the point that I don't even think I should put him into that category.

"You mean hot smoking Leornado the one who stared at you creepily at the club?"She asked shocked.

"Ew, don't talk about this in front of me, he's my brother," Elena said acting like she wanted to puke.

Amelia got frightened as she didn't notice Elena who ate her hamburger in silence.

"And you are?" she asked confused.

"Elena, Leornado's hot smoking sister"

"Oh but I don't see the resemblance"

Elena scowled and she looked at Amelia in a rude manner.
