"Xander"

Today is my 20th birthday and my alpha king coronation ceremony.

I am going to be the next alpha king.

My dad, Alpha Jackson, wants to step down from the throne and hand me the title of alpha king.

He wants an early retirement so he can spend time with my mom, Queen Luna Ariana, have a second honeymoon, and tour the world.

My father thinks I am ready to take the title and rule the werewolf kingdom after I have been gone for 4 years to the Alpha Training Academy.

I shifted for the first time at the age of sixteen and met my wolf, Xavier. He is a big black wolf with dark eyes, an alpha wolf, fierce, dangerous, and intimidating.

My dad decided at that time to send me to the training academy.

I was under hard and very strict training to develop my fighting skills in my human and wolf forms and also to learn how to control the magic powers I got from my mother's side.

I am a hybrid Alpha.

After four years of training, I became the strongest and fastest alpha; no one could beat my abilities.

I came back with the hope of finding a suitable mate and Luna to rule with me the werewolf kingdom and the largest werewolf pack.

But the moon goddess has another plan for me, and she mated me with the pack nerd and punching bag.

Gina Stone!!

She's the adoptive daughter of the royal beta John.

They found her at the age of 4, lost in the forest. They brought her back to the kingdom with my dad's approval.

The moon goddess must be kidding!

She made a grave mistake!

I didn't get the chance to reject her because she's been hiding from me since our last encounter in my room.

"I can't accept her; she's no match for us. We need a girl like Eva; she has alpha blood, and she will be a good Luna."

I blocked him out of my mind;

He's a stubborn ass wolf, but I love him.

Tonight I will find her, reject her, break the mate bond, and get over this so I can continue with my life.

Today is Prince Coronation's Day and his birthday.

I will leave after the ceremony begins; I will reject him and go on my way.

As usual, I will be serving drinks and food for the guests.

I wore my maid's uniform, and I went to the royal kitchen.

Everyone arrived; the elders and alphas of packs all over the world with their families and pack members; even all the mystical creatures were present: vampires, dragons, and witches, to congratulate the new werewolf king.

I looked at my adoptive family.

They were all dressed.

My adoptive sister Sally is wearing a sultry dress, trying to impress the prince, and my adoptive brother dressed in black suit and

has a boring look on his face.

My dad and mom are very excited; they are showing off their daughter to Alphas so they can pick her as a chosen mate.

I scoffed!

They are so desperate.

They ignored me as usual when I served them drinks. Only my little sister came to me and gave me a big, warm hug. I will miss her when I leave.

The royal guard announced the arrival of the royal family,and there it is, in its glorious appearance.

My heart skipped a beat.

He looked gorgeous in his royal attire, and all eyes were on him-lustful looks from the females and respect and envy from the males.

He will never be mine; he won't ever accept me as his mate and protect me against any harm. He always looked at me with disgust in his eyes.

I needed to protect my shattered heart and reject him first.

The coronation ceremony began with the elder holding the crown in his hand. Xander sat beside the former king. He cut his finger and mixed his blood with his dad's.

"Do you, Alexander Jackson Black, vow to treat your people fairly with justice and kindness?"

Do you swear to protect the werewolf clan with your life from any outside danger?

"Do you promise to keep the kingdom safe and sound?"

"Yes, I do."

"Now I pronounce you Alpha Alexander Black, the new alpha king and the alpha of the Red Moon Pack."

He put the crown on his head, and the whole palace roared with hard applause.

Now he's the king, and he's now more powerful.

When it's close to midnight, it's the time to celebrate his Birthday.

The Omegas brought a huge birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to him. He blows out the candle, and everyone wishes him a happy birthday.

I feel extremely exhausted after serving and catering.

I started to feel weird things happening to my body.

I am suddenly feeling very hot, sweating, and having a tingling sensation on my ladies' part.

What's happening to me?

I need cold water to wash my face. So I left for the bathroom in the maid's quarters.

When I got there, I splashed my face with cold water and looked at myself in the mirror.

My face was crimson red.

I don't know what's happening to me!

Did I catch the flu? I washed my face and fixed myself.

When I was about to leave the room, I was pushed against the wall by Xander, who locked the door behind me.

"You little rat you have been hiding from, you did that on purpose hah?

Are you trying to make yourself important by ignoring me?

News flash for you darling!

His words cut me deep down and hurt my heart and soul, but I won't show him how much his words hurt.

"Don't think highly of yourself; I don't want you either; I don't want a cruel-hearted beast as a mate.

So "I, Gina Stone, reject you, Alpha King Alexander Jackson Black, as my mate and alpha."

"I, Alpha King Alexander Black of the Red Moon Pack, reject your rejection, Gina Stone."

"Who the hell do you think you are? You dare to reject me first, your alpha king?"

He roared, and I was frightened by his scary demeanour. He looked at me with angry red eyes.

"You piece of sh*t, you dare challenge me."

I abruptly moaned in pain and fell on the ground, trembling and clenching my thighs together.

"What the fuck is happening to you?

"Is this part of your sick games? " he yelled

"Nooo!!!!" I moaned in pain.

What is happening to me right now? I am in pain and horny at the same time.
