Chapter 3 From Breakup to Make Out

It had been nearly 2 years since Jill had left Thornsberry to live her life. After several attempts to contact Jack, she stopped calling. During her time living in Sumerville, Jack worked with his dad on the farm and hung out with his friends to keep himself occupied in the evenings. Every day Jack went straight to the pub to have a few beers with his buddies, and he would be intoxicated until the sun came up. But one morning Jill finally called Jack again, but he was out cold and never heard his phone ring.

She was returning to Thornsberry in a few more months, and she wanted to tell him the good news before she came home. It was late afternoon when Jack finally woke up and realized he had missed several calls from his dad, his friends, and a few from Jill. He immediately assumed that Jill was calling to give him bad news. But just as before, he didn't even bother to return her call or leave a message.

Jack had plenty of time to call Jill but he chose not to. He showered then went to the kitchen to make himself some coffee, before getting dressed to hang out. When the house phone rang, Jack was scared to answer it, so he let it go straight to the voicemail.

"Hey, Jack. This is Jill. I need to talk to you. I left you several messages on your phone to call me back, but I figured I'd leave one on the house phone just in case your phone was off. Please call me as soon as you get a minute. Talk to you soon, I hope." (Beep!)

Jack was glad he didn't answer the phone, then he erased the message so his mom wouldn't listen to it. As he was driving, Jack wondered if Jill was calling to tell him she wasn't returning to Thornsberry or to break up with him so she could date other men. He stopped by the pub to grab a burger and fries, and to help clear his mind. Jack was thinking hard about Jill and why she was calling. He wondered if she had already decided to leave him for another man.

The frustration and the hurt he felt, he could no longer hide but even in his pain, he knew he still loved Jill. His eyes filled with tears because his heart felt so much sadness. After he paid for the food and was walking to his car, his cell phone rang again; it was Jill. Again, he avoided answering the phone, laying his head on the steering wheel.

"Damn it...how could she do this to me!" Jack shouted aloud. I can't take it. She can go ahead and choose to be with him."

Jack didn't mean what he said and would never say that to Jill. He knew he needed to talk to her, so he would know what was happening with her. Jill became more irritated because she couldn't get in touch with Jack. However, she was still excited about telling him her good news, about moving back home to Thornsberry. But Jill didn't realize Jack was preparing to break up with her and to go his own way. He was impatiently waiting for Jill to return home, dreading having to end their relationship. Jack would always call his best friend, Chuck, whenever he felt confused or stressed. He drove over to Chuck's house. Unfortunately, Chuck wasn't available, because he had left to go out of town with the science club, he was a member of.

Heading back home, Jack was distracted as he drove down the street. A family was moving in and a very pretty young lady caught his eye. With a wide grin, Jack slowed down his car and waved to the family as he was passing by to go home. Jack caught a glimpse of the young woman who appeared to be in her early 20s and she was a beautiful sight to see. Her parents were homely-looking people but seemed very friendly. And there was a teenage boy, much like the other video game-playing teen boys in the neighborhood. Jack noticed the young lady scantily dressed and how her nipples were piercing through her cropped t-shirt, with a denim cap, worn backward. She wore cut-off denim shorts almost showing the rim of her butt cheeks and Jack soon forgot about the hurt he was feeling. He drove to the house and quickly ran upstairs to his room, searching for his binoculars, so his lustful thoughts could resume. He could see the young lady bending over picking up boxes to carry into the house.

Jack was aroused watching the young lady and thinking about asking her to go on a date. He drove back down the street to welcome her and her family into the neighborhood. He wanted to be the first one she met before any of the other guys could have a chance to meet her. Jack remembered his relationship with Jill, making sure he didn't create another problem for himself. When Jack pulled into their driveway, the young lady walked towards his car, smiling and waving at Jack as her breasts bounced up and down.

"Hi, my name is Cindy and we just moved here!" she shouted as she got closer. "Your music is kind of loud!"

"Oh, I'm sorry," Jack said after he turned the music down. "My name is Jack. I was coming over to welcome you and your family to Thornsberry, our small but friendly town."

Cindy smiled, then rolled her eyes. "I'll be the judge of the friendliness, but glad to meet you anyway."

"Well with a beautiful smile like that, you're the highlight of my day," Jack replied.

Jack was sweating and feeling nervous the closer she got to his car. He could see her nipples through the sheerness of the T-shirt she had on. The curve of her breasts hung out the shirt when Cindy put her hands above her eyes to shield out the sun.

"So, what do you guys do for fun in Thornsberry?" she asked Jack.

Jack was too busy looking at her breasts as she tossed back her hair. Her breasts were like two full melons bouncing around every time she moved.

"Maybe we can hang out at the pub and I can show you around," Jack said. "And I can introduce you to some of my friends since you're new here."

"Yeah, maybe we can all hang out." said the young man. He stepped between Jack and Cindy.

"You are such a jerk!" said Cindy pushing him out of the way."

"That's my annoying teenage brother, Perry, but he won't be tagging along!"

"What's up? My name is Jack," he replied, extending his hand."

Perry shook hands with Jack and walked to the truck to get more boxes. Cindy saw Jack staring at her breast so she raised her arms higher.

"I would rather hang out with you, maybe later I can come by your place," she suggested. Jack swallowed hard watching as Cindy's nipples were almost exposed.

"I stay with my folks, but they're on vacation. It's OK if you want to come by," he said, feeling himself get hard, wiping away the beads of sweat rolling down his nose.

"OK. How about later tonight I come by your place to hang out with you? We'll have fun and I'll bring something to drink and smoke." she said with a wink.

Jack was lost for words but nodded in agreement, then he remembered the situation with him and Jill. Jack thought maybe Cindy would be the diversion he needed to take his mind off the sadness he felt in his heart, about the breakup, which he was assuming because it never really happened. Cindy took the washcloth tucked in her shorts, leaned into the car, and wiped the sweat from Jack's face. He smiled and could now see Cindy's breast fall from the t-shirt, giving him a full-eye view and an erection. Jack let his hands fall into his lap, but Cindy had caught a glimpse of his bump.

"Wow. Very impressive!" she said smiling. Maybe we can entertain each other later tonight."

She kissed her finger and touched it to Jack's lips. She picked up the box on the ground to take it into the house. Jack watched her walk away before he backed out of the driveway. When Jack returned home, he had forgotten about his phone until it started ringing again. It was Jill, and again he wouldn't answer the phone. Now he was going to be hanging out with Cindy, he didn't want to be distracted by his feelings for Jill.
