It has been a week since Vida has been avoiding Leonard, she avoids him every single chance she gets. Who won't? She almost died in his hand.

She got up from her bed, all dressed for school. Looking beautiful as always in her uniform.

She came downstairs for breakfast when she came across with Leonard. She swears, she thought the ground will swallow her with the way he was looking at her. Like he really was going to kill her, his eyes so cold.

" What are you doing? Won't you seat for breakfast?" Mrs Dwayne asked Vida while she turns around like an idiot.

" If you take a seat, I will make your life a living hell." Leonard warned when she pulled out a chair.

" But young master, she is late for school, and she need to have breakfast before she goes" Mrs Dwayne insisted.

" I can't have breakfast with her, she disgusts me" Leonard uttered coldly.

" Leonard Cohen" Mrs Cohen scolded.

Vida could feel tears prickling her eyes, that is the first time someone will say that to her.

She has been bullied in school, but none ever says she disgusted them. "It is ok, ma. I'll just go without having breakfast"

"But..."

" I will get going" Vida announced and ran out of the house.

Leonard chuckled, satisfied when she left.

" How could you say that to your sister?" His mother asked.

" I don't acknowledge her as my sister, and I will never"

" When did you become like this?" Mrs Cohen asked, disappointed.

" I was always like this, but am sure you never noticed. Am done with breakfast" He spoke.

" Sit, I still have something to tell you"

" What?"

" Here" Mrs Cohen said and gave him a document. "I want you to choose between these school, you are in your final year. I can't let you be going around without doing anything"

" So you want to send me to school?"

" Yes"

" Am not interested, in no time I will be handling father's company, so it will be better if I start now" He rejected and put the document down.

" Well, I am. If you want to handle your father company, then you have to graduate. I can't watch my son not educated"

Leonard laughed at his mom's statement.

" Your son? Yes, let's say you gave birth to me, but I never considered you as my mom"

Those words sliced deep through Mrs Cohen's heart, it felt like a dagger was stabbed to her heart.

"I will ignore what you just said"

" Which school is Vida going?" He asked which caught everyone's attention including the maids with them.

" Why?"

" Won't it be good if I go to the same school as my sister. I badly want to get to know her now"

Mrs Cohen smiled, not aware of her son's true intention.

" Fine, let's do that. Am so happy you made that choice" She stated happily.

Leonard smirked "Am also happy, I made that choice"

" I will contact the principal tomorrow"

" No, do it now. I am craving to go to school, so let me start today"

It surprises everyone except for Mrs Dwayne. She could tell what he was planning, and she felt bad for little Vida.

" If that's what you wish, I will do that right now"

ROYAL PRESTIGIOUS ACADEMY

Vida was shown seated at the side of the window in her class, at the back.

She was depressed at Leonard words, but not angry at him. Him finding her disgusted makes her sad, it breaks her heart hearing that comes from him. And because of him, she didn't even have breakfast.

" What is going on with Holy mother today" Some group of girls walked to where Vida was seated.

" Please girls, am not in the mood today" She pleaded.

" Come on, don't say that. You are making me feel bad with that, don't you know you are the reason I come to school every time, to bully you" Laura the prettiest and the nasty one, also the leader said while the rest laughed.

She held Vida's chin "Seeing you everyday gives me joy, is that not so?" She asked her gang.

" Yes" Another girl named Kimberley answered.

The remaining two, Sasha and Alexandra laughed manically.

" Remember this, you are a slave for the LASK" Sasha uttered and Laura let go of Vida chin.

" See you" They waved and went back to their seat. Vida buried her head on the locker, crying.

Laura, Alexandra, Sasha and Kimberley popularly known as the LASK girls. They were known as the queen, and the bitch of the school, especially Laura.

She hates anything that is more beautiful better than her.

" Attention everyone" A teacher said as he entered with a student behind his back.

" I will like to announce to you, that we have a new student in our class" The teacher said while the whole class yelled apart from Vida whose head was buried on the desk.

" Wow, who is this handsome guy? Is he a Greek God? He must not be from this planet?"

Some student murmured.

Vida raised her head up to look at the new student, and to her surprise. It is her brother, her eyes widened.

She was almost drooling, he looks different and what other classified as hot.

He is dripping wet, Vida didn't know where the thought came from, but she imagined her brother touching her.

" God" She yelled while the whole class stared at her.

" What is it, Miss Cohen?" The teacher asked.

" Nothing" She answered, and some student laughed at her.

Leonard smirked, he is never going to give her a rest of mind.

" Please, introduce yourself"

" I am Leonard Cohen, that is all you need to know"

" Cohen??" Laura asked and looked at Vida.

" Are you related to Vida?"

" Yes, she is my adopted sister" Leonard answered while everyone gasped.

Vida covered her face embarrassed, no one knew she was adopted until now.

" Master Cohen, why don't you go take a seat beside Laura there" The teacher said while Laura smiled.

" No, I found a seat" Leonard declined making Laura frown. He walked to Vida and sat beside her.

" I hope we get along, sis" He pulled his chair closer to her. "I wasn't joking, when I said I will make life hard for you. We've just started, and you can look forward to it"
