Chapter 4 The new director

Mrs kate intervene , honey please , don't do this , he has bills to pay, he has domestic staff to cater for and he still have to hop on uber to get to work , Mr Henry said " he is not a baby but a grown up adults who need to take responsibility of his actions, he walked away . " mom I think dad hates me ,

" no he didn't hate you, he loves you and he want the best for you and I also want the best for you son .

" okay mum, good night, I will see you some other time.

he called John to meet him at their usual spots .

" what happened my guy, why are you looking like this, john asked , "is it not my dad I don't think that man is my father , I don't know how a billionaire, that couldn't even spent half of his money before he dies stop his only son from flexing , why is it so hard for him to let me enjoy my life and spend the money , Tim bursted.

Guy, this is a challenge for you and I want you to take it with your full chest, shook his ego , you have to let him know that you can be responsible , John said.

Tim asked how, John advice him to stay calm and get closer to his Father and follow his instructions to win his heart .

Tim got a call from the workshop that his car was ready, oh my baby is ready he was happy.

They both left the club for Tim house.

The Monday weather was cool and bright, Tim wole up early , He dressed up smartly in his new designers suit, his shoe was sparkling , he stood in front a mirror feeling himself, he walked down the step in an exciting mood.

" Good morning sir" Lisa greeted, your breakfast is ready.

I'm not eating that shit I don't want to be late for work.

He banged the door and drove off.

Tim strolled into the office expecting to see his father the MD and have a father to son conversation with him, he knew Mr Henry would be happy to hear the new update about him, he can't wait to tell him, he is ready to change and fix their broken relationship.

To his greatest surprise he saw a strange lady at the company, she was heading to his former office, the lady was Emily .

Emily was a good looking, elegance, charming, intelligent, strategic and disciplined young lady with a ravish beautiful face.

He wanted to know more about the lady so he went to meet the secretary, "who is that lady" ,

"she's the new director sir ,

Is this some kind of jokes,

" no sir she's the new director, his facial expression changed, he went straight into his father office, he was fully ready to confront him.

Unfortunately for him, he was not on seat, since the MD/ CEO was not on seat the next person to see in the company was the new director ,Emily .

He realized his father was sitting strong on his case .

"good morning tim she said in a cool , firm but polite voice, I am the new director, your father has decided for a new change in leadership.

Tim face turned red in anger.

"You can't be serious this is my father's company and I should be in charge.

"Your father wants positive results tim.

Let's be honest, your leadership style has not really made any effective change and I'm here to make things turn around.

Tim was furious he felt his pride was wounded , fine but Mark my words, I am not going to make it easier for you, I will make your life miserable for you to live, you gold digger .

"That sounds more like a threat but it was interesting to hear, you know, I was not expecting any special treatment from you ,I came here fully prepared.

I have heard a lot about you , and you have to work under Strict inspections and make sure you contribute positively to your department .

I am not satisfied with your report so it's either you take your work serious or you'll be on job hunt in no time, Mr Williams told me there is a proposal on your salary , which is a day off work cost you half Percentages of your salary so get to work.

He was perplexed, he felt like resetting her brain with a slap but he calm down because of his plan, he struggled out of her office.

Team eyes narrowed, he felt beaten, for now he has to swallow his pride so hard and work under emily since he had no other choice.

He promised to find his way in to his father's heart and regain his position to show Emily who was really in charge.

He promised to fire Emily immediately he get back his position.

He reluctantly turn to leave the office, but he could not help but noticed but noticed the way Emily's eye sparkled, he shook his head and focused on his anger instead, he wasn't going to let himself be distracted by his new director's beauty.

But as he started working under Emily he realized she was more than just the pretty face, she was energetic intelligent strong and disciplined, she has a natural leadership ability that commands respects.

Tim still find himself struggling to keep up with her pace, for the very first time in his life he felt like he was intimidated and actually learning something new, he dawn on him that his live is about to take a turn.
