Chapter 3 The new house keeper

It's over a week and faith hasn't resume to the house and the whole place has turned upside down, everywhere was so unkept, empty plate littered the floor, tim can't even do any of the cleaning himself, all he does was to wake up, go to the restaurants to eat, go to work and come back, it down on Tim that faith isn't coming back, he contacts the recruiter agency to get him a new house keeper, he doesn't grant interview he just want them to give him a housekeeper , they told him someone will be resuming the next day .

Lisa first day as the new housekeeper began with loads of activity. She arrived at the Williams House early, she was happy and anxious as she doesn't know what the era hold for her.

She met Tim at the garage, "good morning sir" she greeted my name is Lisa, I am your new housekeeper, Tim still buried his face in his MacBook, go inside and do your job, he said coldly.

As she stepped into the house, she was welcomed by different mess and unpleasant odour.

She took a deep breath, and began working on the disorder. She started by sorting through the pillows ,paperwork and snack pack that littered the floor.

She was busy working when Tim enter the house and headed straight to his room, he back some minutes after being wired by hunger to tell her to fix him something to eat.

"Hey, Lisa, you're really during a great work here, this housekeeper thing was it inherited? he asked.

Lisa was shocked,she has no idea of how rude Tim can be.

No sir, but thanks for the compliments, what can I do for you please.

Fix me something to eat, grilled chicken and salad to be precised.

Lisa headed to the kitchen.

Tim couldn't get over Lisa's beauty, her glowing flawless skin keeps flashing back in his head, he said "no this girl is beneath me .

Lisa was still in shock of Tim character and words, she was lost in thoughts but she came up with a determinations. "I'm not afraid of a challenge, he is going to get the best of me... I need this job to take care of my mum and set up my cosmetics business.

As the days passed, Lisa proved to be a force to be stopped, She created a cleaning schedule, organized the kitchen and reset the whole house, Tim found himself impressed by her strength and hardworking spirit, but also a bit annoyed that she didn't seem to be intimidated by his handsome look or his wealth.

It was a Friday night and as usual tim went to the club, he was so drunk while coming back he ran into a car and they both crashed, he was rushed to the hospital by the good Samaritan around the spot, the other driver was careful enough which makes the accident less fatal, he survived a minor injury on his head and arm, his car was towed to the workshop for repair and he was discharged the next day.

lisa was dusting the living room, when Tim was ushered in by his friend John.

John was Tim childhood friend, he was out of the country for a business trip and has just arrived,he planned to surprise tim but the surprise was ruined when he received a calls from Tim that he had an accident, John has to rushed down to the hospital.

"What happened sir, are you okay, lisa asked.

He survived an accident John said.

"OMG sorry sir, so sorry about that, Sir

"Get me water, i need to take my medications.

Lisa flashed to the kitchen.

Tim healing was fast,he bounced back on his feet the next day.

Lisa! He called, he went downstairs to search for Lisa,she was no where to be found, "where is the girl, I'm starving.

He went to the kitchen there was no food, he tried to call her, her phone rang on the couch.

He fumed, there was no car for him to move around, he called John to help him get something to feed on.

An hour later Lisa came in, where have you been, you left the house without notice.

"I'm so sorry sir" there was no fruits,I went to get you some and other things too.

John intervene,he told Tim to calm down.

You can go,he told Lisa

Guy, you have to chill, take things easy sometimes,I don't like the way you yell at this babe.

"Who is babe...she is a slave and should be treated like one, Tim opposed.

Lisa realized Tim was a great task.

Tim hasn't received his salary and after paying for the workshop to fix his car he was stranded, there was no foodstuffs in the cabinet, lisa had been adding her personal money to the little cash Tim gave her.

Tim reached out to his dad to request for some money but he turned down the req.

He order for a ride,and left the house.

Mrs Kate heard the door open and came to check who the person was, she was so happy to saw Tim.

"Ohh my baby is here, she stretch out her arms and Tim gave her a tight hug.

"How are you doing, why are so lean, you haven't been feeding well, do you? Mrs Kate asked

"How will I feed well when I'm broke, I don't have money to run my house, my domestic staff is there for me to pay, my car is at the workshop,I called dad to help me with some money,he refused.

Mrs Kate gave a pity look, don't worry son, you are here now, I will give you some money,

"You won't dare, Mr Henry cut in, walking down from the staircase.

Good evening dad, Tim greeted

Good evening young man, how may I help you.

Dad, I came to plead with you to give me some money, I'm so stranded and I can't even feed myself,my car is at the workshop, daddy please.

"No, you will have money when you get your salary.
