Chapter 3 It was Mason

Bob, who was preparing for the cold plate, sighed deliberately. "Suri, you're so lucky. If you weren't on duty today, you wouldn't have had such a good opportunity."

　　"Suri, did you transfer the money this month?"

　　"Not yet. Tomorrow."

　　"Then hurry up. The others are a little anxious. Besides, give me one thousand more this month. Jerry will bring his girlfriend back next month. I want to buy a new air conditioner."

　　Suri said slowly, "I... I'll take a rest tomorrow." she deliberately stressed the two words' rest '. She only had one day off in a week, and she had to remit money tomorrow. She didn't want to see Mason.

　　There was a moment of silence. "You must be tired. Have a good rest tomorrow. I'll go to see you the day after tomorrow. That's it. Bye."

　　Mason hung up the phone decisively. Suri could tell that he was unhappy.

　　She lay down on the bed and wrapped herself in the quilt.

　　No matter how much she disliked and didn't want to get along with Mason, she couldn't refuse this job. She needed money too much.

　　She put the bank card under the pillow again and held the pillow tightly. She was too tired today and soon fell asleep.

　　Two days later, when she went to work, another vice chef, Tony, also came.
