Chapter 4 A Demon's Secret

Everyone was present in the school dining room.

Sienna, Jessica, and Skye were sitting together, while other students sat far away from them, not daring to sit any closer.

Luna entered the dining room, served herself, and headed towards an empty seat not far from Sienna and her friends. Sienna put her leg in the way, causing Luna to drop her food.

Jadon used his powers to catch the food before it hit the ground.

Angrily, Luna turned to Sienna, who stood up and hit Luna on the head. "Don't look at me that way," Sienna said, continuing to hit her.

Muna and Phoebe were just coming out of their room when Muna felt a hand on her head. Confused, Muna and Phoebe argued about who had hit her.

As Muna headed towards the dining room, Phoebe went to get their food. Sienna pointed at Muna, who turned around, confused.

Muna walked over to them and was told to kneel by Sienna and Skye. Confused, Muna questioned why but was met with anger from Sienna. Jadon intervened, calling Sienna a demon and telling her not to touch Muna.

Sienna questioned Jadon's interference, and the tension in the room grew.

"Today, I have never interfered in anything you do because you didn't get in my way. But now you seem to be crossing your line," Jadon said as he held Muna's hand.

Sienna pulled out her swords in anger.

Luna kicked the swords from her hand. "Who are you to mess with me? Have we met before?" Luna asked.

"Because I have been trying to figure that out so that I can know the punishment to give you, but I couldn't," Luna said.

"You are digging your own grave," Skye said.

Muna removed Jadon's hands from hers and took a chair.

She took her seat and put all her attention on both Sienna and Luna.

"What are you doing?" Jadon asked.

"I love to watch something like this. Can you go away?" Muna said.

Blue entered with his cold and handsome face.

Everywhere became noisy with murmuring.

Blue ignored them as usual and took his seat beside Henry.

"What took you so long?" Henry asked.

"Dealing with something," Blue replied.

"Did you guys fight again? Because the weather changed some minutes ago," Henry asked.

"Whenever the weather changes, does that imply that we are fighting?" Blue asked, eating his food.

"Everyone knows that, so there is nothing to hide," Henry said.

He stopped talking when he saw Blue's attention on other things.

He was not focusing on his food but on something else.

"What are you looking at?" Henry asked and turned back.

He was amazed to see Blue staring at Muna.

"Did you know each other? Why is she smiling at you? I have never seen you close to anyone not to talk of females," Henry asked.

Muna continued looking at Blue, smiling sheepishly at him.

Blue stood after giving her a disgusting look.

"Where are you going?" Henry asked.

"I lost my appetite; I'm going to my room," Blue said and walked out.

Muna stood up from her chair and ran after him.

Henry also walked out and caught up with Muna.

"You must be a new student," Henry said as he blocked Muna from going further.

"Yes!" Muna said.

"I see, that is why you don't know the people you are supposed to be relating to," Henry said.

"Leave my way; I'm not planning to make friends with you either. You don't need to tell me not to relate with you," Muna said.

"You are one of those dumb people; you will suffer with this attitude," Henry said.

"Hey! What is all this? Why will you block my way and still be saying nonsense about me? Let me go before I do something bad to you," Muna said in a threatened voice.

"Not as if you can do anything," Henry said.

He had noticed that she hadn't discovered her power.

"Why are you following him?" Henry asked.

"Who?" Muna asked.

"Who were you tailing?" Henry asked.

"You mean that ugly guy?" Muna asked and started laughing.

"Ugly?" Henry asked, not believing his ears.

"I wish Blue was here to hear this," Henry muttered.

"Yes! I wasn't running after him for anything; instead, I wanted to help him from getting embarrassed," Muna said.

"What are you saying?" Henry asked.

"I wanted to tell him to zip up his trousers," Muna said.

"What?" Henry shouted.

"Do you have a hearing problem?" Muna asked.

"Go and tell him since you are his friends and I didn't see anything," Muna said and left.

Blue looked at his trousers and realized he didn't zip up indeed.

"Thank goodness he was putting on underwear," Blue said and zipped it up, feeling embarrassed and angry at the same time.

Muna went back to the dining room as she wanted to enter. She came across Finn and his friends.

Finn was standing at the door where Muna would pass.

"Excuse me!" Muna said, but Finn pretended not to hear.

"Can you leave the way?" Muna asked.

"Were you talking to me?" Finn asked and turned over.

"Were you deaf before?" Muna asked in anger.

All the students around there covered their mouths. Everyone knew Finn, so they dared not mess with him.

"Seriously?" Finn asked.

"Don't make it worse," Muna said.

"What if I did?" Finn asked and pushed her out of the way.

Muna hit her butt on the ground, and all of them started laughing except Luna, Phoebe, and Jadon.

"Why do I feel hurt when she hits her buttocks? Who is she? Was she the one all along?" Luna thought, staring at Muna.

Everyone was still laughing when they saw Blue standing behind Muna.

Unexpectedly, he stretched his hand forward for Muna.

Muna stared at his hand before she raised her head to look at him.

"Stop staring at me; it is not as if I can see your face," Blue said.

"What is happening?" Jessica asked.

"Can someone pinch me?" Skye said.

"Is that Blue? Why is he helping her?" Annie said to Scar.

"I don't know, this has never happened, and don't you think there is something strange about Luna?" Scar asked.

"Do you mean our new roommate?" Annie asked.

"Yes!" Scar said.

"Everyone is strange here because everyone believes we are not normal," Annie said.

After Blue and Muna were tired of staring at each other, she finally placed her hand on his.

Blue pulled her up and took his eyes off her.

"Did you get injured again?" Jadon said behind them.

"Demon," Muna said.

"Let's go," Jadon said, taking her left hand while Blue was holding her right hand.

"Let go of her," Jadon said to Blue.
