Chapter 3 A Fateful Encounter

Who are you?" Muna and Luna thought at the same time, smirking at the corners of their lips.

"Get going. I think it will rain soon," Mrs. Ava said to Luna.

"It won't," Muna and Luna said in unison, and the sky returned to normal.

"Bye, mom," Muna said and walked towards the gate.

Mrs. Stevens and Mrs. Ava drove off.

"Star Demon Institution," Luna said, taking a step in.

Muna and Phoebe took the other gate, and the other students came out to check who they were.

"We have newcomers," Skye said to Jessica.

"Yes! Sienna will be happy; another maid has arrived," Jessica said with a smirk.

Luna and Muna were still in front of the gate, though they were on different sides, both contemplating whether to enter or not.

"Won't you enter? I'm weak already. I don't have any food in me," Phoebe said.

"Okay! Let's do it," Muna said and entered.

Luna also entered, and everywhere became cold at the same time it was hot.

"Fire and ice," Mr. James said, the head of Star Demon High School.

"What do you mean?" the other teachers asked.

"They are here," he said, standing up.

Other teachers also did the same; they all walked out to see what was going on outside.

Luna, Muna, and Phoebe came out from different sides; they all stopped walking when they saw all the students standing in front of them.

Blue was looking at everything from the tree he was sitting on.

"Who are they?" the students murmured.

"Why is she wearing a mask?" one of the students said.

"She must be really ugly," Sienna said as she walked closer to the other students with her friends.

Mr. James stepped to the front and looked at both Luna and Muna before he started talking.

"They are the ones," Mr. James thought.

"Welcome to Star Demon Institution. I hope you enjoy your stay here," Mr. James said.

"These are the rules of this school," Mr. James said, giving the three of them a sheet of paper.

"You can all return to your dormitory," Mr. James said as he dismissed all the students.

"And never break any of the rules that are there."

"Check your ID card; your room number is there," Mr. James said to Muna and Luna before leaving with the other teachers.

"They should have helped us with our luggage," Muna said.

Luna looked at her before walking away.

"Will you stand there forever?" Phoebe asked Muna.

"Go! I will meet you," Muna said, looking around.

"Don't get lost and behave yourself; we just got here. Remember," Phoebe said and left.

"Why am I feeling strange?" Luna said and raised her head.

Blue used his power to cover himself so that Muna wouldn't see him.

"Everything is strange here," Muna thought as she headed towards her room.

"Who is she?" Finn asked, coming out from where he was hidden.

"She seemed interesting," Dion said.

"I can't wait for the drama tonight," Kenzo said.

Finn smirked when he saw Blue on the tree.

He froze the tree he was sitting on, and Blue got down from the tree.

He tried to take his leave, but Finn pushed him back.

"I'm not in the mood for this," Blue said, taking his hand away from his body.

"Did I care whether you were in the mood?" Finn asked.

"Try to stop me again, and you will regret it," Blue said.

"What will you do?" Finn asked and blocked his way.

"You guys should stop this nonsense," Kenzo said and touched Blue.

He removed his hand immediately and looked at his hand, which had turned red from the heat of Blue's body.

"That happens whenever he is angry."

Everywhere became hot, and the atmosphere changed.

"They are at it again. I hope they don't kill each other tonight," Jessica said.

"Who cares? We all know who the winner will be," Sienna said as she fell on her bed.

"I wish I could go out to watch, but I can't risk it. Still, remember what happened when all of us were present back then," Skye said.

Yes! That day is unforgettable; that is why they forbid us from going out whenever the two are fighting," Jessica said.

Phoebe and Muna were unpacking their luggage; they were both in the same room, while Luna was paired with two other students.

"Why is everywhere so hot?" Muna asked, rubbing her body.

"Could it be that the atmosphere here is different from others?" Phoebe asked.

"No! I have a feeling that something is going on outside," Muna said as she made her way to the door.

"Rule number three: 'No one must go out when the weather is hot,'" Phoebe said, reading out the rule to Muna.

"I have not read it, so I don't know what was written there," Muna said.

"But I just read it for you," Phoebe said.

"I didn't hear anything, and rules are made to be broken," Muna said and walked out.

"The outside is also hot. What is going on?" Muna asked as she headed in the direction where Blue and Finn were.

She stopped walking when she saw them hitting each other.

She gasped when she saw the fire coming out of Blue's hand.

"Oh my god," Muna said, not believing her eyes.

The fight between Blue and Finn became so intense that a sudden wind started forming.

The wind became so serious that it swept Muna's leg from the ground and hit her back on the tree.

She winced in pain, and Blue heard her voice.

The fire in his hand faded away, which had never happened before.

Jordan was in his room when he also heard Muna shouting in pain.

"Not you again," he said as he teleported to her location.

His eyes came into contact with Blue's eyes; they both stared daggers at each other before he controlled the wind with his power.

He ran towards Muna, who was falling from the tree, and the wind caught her.

She was covered with bruises, as was Luna.

She passed out when she reached Jordan's hand.

"Take your eyes off her," Jordan mumbled to Blue.

Blue was the only one who heard that since he could hear from a distance.

Jordan teleported away with Muna in his hand.

Phoebe was done arranging the room. She was getting dressed when she heard someone knocking on the door.

"I thought you weren't coming back again," Phoebe said from inside.

She thought the person at the door was Muna.

"I'm going to report you to Aunt," Phoebe said and opened the door.

She was shocked to see the person standing there.

"Can I come in, or should I drop her here?" Jordan said.

"Who?" Phoebe asked and looked at his hand.

"Muna," she shouted when she saw her and made way for him.

Jordan entered and dropped Muna on her bed.

He turned to leave when he heard Muna's voice.

"Who are you?" Muna asked.

"If I tell you who I am, I doubt you will be able to live," Jordan said and walked out without turning back.

To be continued.
