Chapter 5

FAYE POV

It's been a month since that incident happened and the guard around our mansion is really closed and when I go to see the Mother there are definitely many waiting to watch me.

We have become closer to each other and my morning sickness is getting worse these past few days.

He doesn't make me work anymore because he wants me to focus on taking care of myself and that he will take care of Mother's needs. It's embarrassing to think about but that's what he wants.

I frowned and turned to my cellphone when it rang.

UNKNOWN NUMBER

"hello?"

"Who's this?"

[what a lovely voice, Ms. Sanchez] I suddenly put the cellphone away from my ear. I don't know but I suddenly felt nervous.

"who is this? what do they need?" I tried to calm myself even though I was stuttering.

[you are MR Kline's wife, huh?] he answered, emphasizing Aze's last name.

"w-what---"

[didn't you see what was on the news?]

I immediately stood up and went down even though I was dizzy.

I caught up with Manang and the other assistant who were watching TV.

"Oh come on, look at what's on the news" Manang smiled at me while I was dumbfounded.

"the famous young successful business man Mr. Azrael Gray Kline married a gorgeous girl Ms. Khianna Faye Sanchez---" I immediately went back to the room. I don't know what I should feel. The screen flashed Aze and I look like each other.

I just remembered that the person I don't know is still on the other line.

"Wait, who is that? bye for now]*Without my heart I hung up and threw the cellphone on the bed. I don't know why I'm nervous.

It rang again but I hesitated to answer it.

I immediately looked at who it was and ...it was Aze.

"h-hello?"

"what are you doing? why did you take so long to answer" Saad on the other line seemed annoyed.

"nothing...what have you seen the spread of the News?" yes

"Did you inform--"

"Not me but my grandfather. Btw I was called to ask if I could buy you something on my way home" I heard the horn of the car so I knew it was driving.

'Don Enrique?'

I met Don Enrique the other day when he suddenly visited his only grandson, Aze.

"ah what... yes, I'm fine" I won't tell him until later, maybe.

A few minutes ago I heard a car horn outside. I know it's him.

Suddenly I remembered that person's voice again. He looks familiar but I can't remember who.

"hey are you okay?"

I came back to my trance when someone tapped me on the shoulder.

"A-Aze"

I didn't notice that he entered my room

"your spacing out, Yanah. What's wrong?" He asked then sat on the sofa on the side of the bed.

"Why does his Bose's seem familiar?" He frowned at my answer.

"what do you mean?"

I held my breath before telling him what happened earlier.

"Who is He?"

"just don't mind him. Let's go downstairs. They're waiting. Manang's food is ready," he answered without emotion and stood up.

He was with me as we went down the stairs.

In the past month that I've been here, I can't deny that I've fallen in love with him. But I know it's not possible and he's only doing it because I'm pregnant with his child. So I should stop my feelings for him.

THIRD PERSON

"What's up?" The man directly asked when he entered his friend's house.

sit down first dude" he laughed as he opened the laptop in front of him.

"Make it faster, David" He reluctantly promised as he sat in front of his friend.

"I know it's unbelievable dude, but it's still good news," David added with a mixture of his face.

"don't take too long--"

"He is the son of the former governor, Mr. Montevero. It is said that he was left near the house of the Sanchez couple before the enemies killed Mr. Montevero and his wife. The Sanchez couple first settled in the province. And . ..."

"and what?" He asked with raised eyebrows that made his friend laugh.

"Khianna Faye Sanchez or better known Yanyan or Yanah"

"Y-Yanah?"

"I know you'll be surprised.....Faye and the one you've been looking for since you were young, Yanah....are one and the same"

Faye held her blue bracelet and looked at it with a smile.

"Where are you? You're cheating again" muttered the girl as she looked around the entire beach. haha"

"What are you doing? Where are you hiding?" the girl snorted.

"haha I'm just behind that tree" laughed the boy as he pointed to the big mango tree.

"Faye son, you're right there..come, your dad is looking for you!" shouted the lady in the distance.

"Yes Mother...ah cge Uno ah I will go home first--"

"I wish I could give you something" The boy said shyly while holding a bracelet

"What's that-- a bracelet? That's really nice. Is it really for me?" the girl replied amused. The boy nodded with a smile.

"Thank you Uno" the girl laughed and hugged the boy.

"ahmm cge Uno I'm leaving"

The boy's gaze silently followed his departing friend as his waist-length hair waved.

"That's it"

Faye immediately looked up at the person who had just entered her room.

"A-Aze? I thought you were going somewhere?"

He looked at the man in confusion when he didn't answer, instead he just stared at him and the bracelet he was holding.

"Hey, is there a problem?" he immediately put the bracelet in his bag and stood up.

She was surprised when he suddenly hugged her.

"A-Aze?"

"finally I found you, my Yanah"

"w-what do you mean Aze?" I tried to calm myself even though my heart was beating so hard. Why am I acting like this?

He immediately distanced himself from me a little and carefully placed his two hands on both of My cheeks.

I couldn't stop crying and closed my eyes. I immediately held his hands and felt his warm palms.

Only one person in my entire life has done this to me.

"What?" I asked myself weakly.

"Yeah it's me Yanah"

I just felt his warm lips touching my forehead.

I slowly opened my eyes and looked up at his gentle face.

"I missed you" I cried and hugged him tightly.

He touched one of my cheeks again while his One arm wrapped around my waist.

I suddenly felt his warm lips touching mine. My arm was wrapped around his neck without my own.

KNOCK..KNOCK...KNOCK...

We were both stopped by a knock from the door.

"Let's continue it later" Saad smiled. My face looks like a tomato now so I just bow down.

"hey look at me don't be sh---"

"shut up" I looked at him annoyed so he laughed even more.

"Señorito, your grandfather is here" Said the maid outside the door.

"Alright, I'll follow" He replied and kissed me again.

"You're so busy Azrael, there are things you haven't told me yet," Saad frowned before walking away from him.

"your free to ask and I am willing to answer. Let's talk later okay? I'll be back right after. That old man and I just had a walk" I slowly nodded.

"Be careful" I said and smiled at Him.

He kissed me again so I immediately stared at him.

"bye" Saad smiled before quickly leaving the room.

I was now leaning on one of his arms while his other arm was wrapped around my waist. I buried my face in his chest and continued to listen to his explanations.

"I am forced to leave you and stay away from that place for your safety there"

"I'll go see Mother later" He just nodded and took the documents I was holding.

"I'll come with you but you need to rest for now" he immediately helped me lay down before laying down next to me and hugging me tightly.

I don't know what I should feel because of what I will know now. I took a deep breath before closing my eyes.

I felt his lips touching my forehead before sleep engulfed me.

I woke up because I felt a kiss on my face.

"Did I wake you up?" I looked at him in his eyes and it was obvious that he had just woken up too. I immediately gave him a smile and shook my head.

"It's early and we haven't eaten lunch yet. We have to go down" I just nodded at him then got up and fixed my tangled clothes and he did the same.

"we need to get ready right after we eat" I suddenly stopped walking. I looked at him with a frown.

"why? didn't you say we were going to visit Mother---"

"Oh yes, by the way" I answered scratching my neck before pulling him into the kitchen.

We finished eating, so I presented to help the assistants move away from what we ate. And Aze went upstairs first?" Aze shouted from the stairs and quickly approached me.

"s-sorry it suddenly slipped out of my hand" I replied depressed and looked at the broken two plates. I suddenly felt nervous for some unknown reason.

"no it's okay. are you hurt?" he asked worriedly and carefully looked at my whole body. I immediately shook my head.

"I told you, we'll just stay here because you still need to rest. Are you okay?" Manang asked me worriedly and I just nodded.

Aze immediately supported me away from the bumps.

"are you really ok?"

"y-yes, I'm fine" I answered him. It's true that I wasn't hurt or injured, I just didn't feel nervous.

Aze slowly moved as we neared the house because there were people outside our house.

"w-what's wrong?" I don't know but my chest is pounding.

I didn't wait for him to open the door for me, I immediately went out and joined the crowd.

"What's wrong?" I nervously asked which Terry.

"My God, Faye, son. It's good and you weren't here earlier and maybe you were caught---" I didn't wait for him to finish what he had to say because my tears were already running down my face. I quickly entered the house.

"Mom?" I said faintly when I saw Mother standing in the kitchen near the dining room table.

"Did you notice someone coming here before this happened?" Aze asked with no trace of emotion as he continued to comfort me.

"it's nothing, we just heard her scream so we immediately came here p-but she's not life anymore. We were going to take her to the hospital but it's too late"

He had a wound on his head that was obviously beaten and he had three stab wounds, one in the back and two in the stomach.

There are so many questions in my mind. Why? why are all the people important to me dying? I just recently found out that my real parents were killed just to save me, my father He died because a car hit him and now my Mother?
