Chapter 3 Moving On

The third class for today just ended,the students filed out of the classroom, dragging their feet and looking exhausted.

Their eyes were heavy and their shoulders drooped with fatigue.

"Fuck I'm so tired! I wanna go home" Eclipse groaned and bury her face in the desk.

"Me too! But I've something to be happy about, he's going to pick me up" She mumbled the last word, grinning from ear to ear.

Eclipse raised her head.

"I heard that! You're excited cos your brother's PA will be picking you up? That's new!" She said.

"I know! He never agrees to that,I guess he did I was mad he didn't have breakfast with me,now I want to eat alone every morning as long as I get to see his face" Mikaela giggles.

"You're seriously madly In love with him Micky! What of Kelly?" Eclipse asked.

"I don't like him and I never will!" Mikaela rolled her eyes.

"Ella?" They heard a voice from behind and Mikaela frowned knowing fully who it is.

The only person that calls her that is Kelly.

They both turned to see Kelly walking towards them, he's with his friends.

Travis and Micheal.

"Hi Babe" Kelly waved nervously

"Don't call me that!" Mikaela snapped

"I'm sorry,, Ella. Can i have a word with you?" Kelly ask in a low tone.

"No! We were just heading home when you came,right Eclipse?" Mikaela turn to Eclipse.

"I don't think so,we still have ten minutes before out drivers arrives" Eclipse winked and pushed Mikaela to Kelly.

They both left the class.

"So what is this about?" Mikaela asked immediately they got to a silent area

"I wanted to invite you to a basketball game I'll be joining outside the school, it's this tomorrow I hope you can make it for us to patch things up" Kelly asks slowly

"We aren't fighting Kelly! You're the one that refused to talk to me after what happened" She rolled her eyes

"I know and I'm sorry,I was just a bit hurt but I'll get through it. But promise me you're going to be there,don't say no please!" He stretched his hand out, revealing the tickets

Mikaela stared at his face for a while before taking it from him.

"Thanks Ella!" Kelly smiled.

Mikaela nodded not looking at him.

"I have to go" She said

"Alright! See ya tomorrow" he waved with a smile and she forced a smile as well before walking away.

Kelly had a broad smile on his face as he kept on staring at her till she was out of sight.

Untill someone suddenly blocked his way.

"Why are you smiling? I can see you're still in love with that bitch?" Nikita hissed,folding her arms under her boobs.

"What does that have to do with you? And you're the bitch here not her!" Kelly pushed her out of his way and left.

Nikita held to hold the rails of the stairs to prevent her from falling.

"If I can't have you then no one will especially you Mikaela!!" She folded her fist and descending the stairs angrily.

"Micky!" Mikaela turned her head around when she heard her name.

Her eyes roaming around till it's finally landed on Froggy.

"Froggy?" She called surprisedly

"Yeah it's me again! Have you speak to Eclipse? I'm really getting impatient" he said when he got to her.

"Oh!" Her mouth slowly formed an O. She has totally forget about that.

"You see froggy" Mikaela stated.

"Call me Dylan, my real name!" Dylan smiled.

Mikaela gave a nod.

"I've not been able to speak with her about what happened, but I'll definitely will. You've to understand she was hurt cos of what you did,just give her time" She said

"Thank you! I've to go now, bye!" Dylan said and left.

Mikaela got back to class, but didn't meet Eclipse.

She was about to dail her number,when she got a message from her.

SOMETHING CAME UP, I'VE TO LEAVE FIRST,SO SORRY MICKY! SEE YOU ON MONDAY,LOVE YA

She read and pack the rest of her stuffs,before walking out.

Princeton was already waiting for her by the car.

She halted in a corner to arranged her hair properly before walking up to him.

"Hey!" She waved, when she got to him.

"Ma'am Mika!" Princeton bowed and Mikaela frowned.

"Not again! You're really driving me crazy! Princeton, you're obviously a year older than me, just call me Micky? Please" she blinked cutely.

Princeton said nothing, maintaining his straight face.

"Fine! Can you do something for me then?" She sighed.

"Anything ma'am" Princeton answered.

"I don't want to go home yet,I'll be bored alone in that big scary house alone with Chase-

She paused to look at his face expression.

"Grab a drink with me, please! you can't say no" She concluded.

Princeton hesitates, unsure of how to respond. On the one hand, he doesn't want to offend her or make her feel rejected.

But on the other hand, he doesn't want to cross any professional boundaries.

"I'm... not sure that's a good idea," he says slowly.

"Please! Just for an hour, I'll really be bored in the house" She pouted.

Princeton finally nodded.

"Thank you!" Mikaela grimaced and held his hand unknowingly.

He look down at the hand and she immediately understood and release him.

She smiled and they both got in the car, he then drove out of the school.

Lyric and Gianna were greeted by Starr and Pearl, who ran up to them excitedly.

"Mummy!" Starr exclaimed, as he hugged Gianna tightly.

"My twinkles!" Gianna said, hugging the children in turn."You've both grown up so much since I last saw you! You've changed so much that I almost didn't recognize you!"

"Who are you?" Starr ask

"I'm your mom best friend, just call me godmother okay?" Gianna smiled.

"Does that mean we've a godmother like David?" Pearl asks,her eyes shinning with excitement.

"Stop talking about David! It's annoying!!" Starr rolled his eyes.

Granny Lupe showed up. Gianna greeted her.

"You're just jealous cos you don't have a girlfriend!" Pearl stuck her tongue out at him.

"You really have a boyfriend now?" Lyric asked.

"Yes Mom! I'm so happy!" Pearl smile cutely.

"So tell me all about it! How you both got together?" Gianna said, not wanting to miss a single detail.

"I didn't do anything! I just ask if he can be my boyfriend and he said yes!" Pearl giggled.

"Just like that?" Lyric chirped in.

"No mum,do you guys want me to tell you how i did it?" She pouted

"Of course! I wanna hear it!" Gianna replied, leaning forward in her seat.

"Ok so, Somebody has to be behind you that's a boy! And you've to be another boy in front of you, and ask the boy in front of you,do you wanna be my boyfriend?"

"Then he say no! then you turn to the other person and you act disappointed,and then you ask the other person Do you wanna be my boyfriend? And he'll definitely say Yes! That's how I got David!" Pearl flaunted her hair.

"What the fuck?" Gianna muttered and palmed her mouth when she realized she just cursed.
