Chapter 4 Four

"Oh, Kadon!"

Scarlett moaned, writhing on the queen-sized bed.

Her hands clutched the duvet, jerking as his finger left tendrils of electricity in its wake as he traced the outline of one of her breasts.

Kadon's head dips, and he takes a rosy tip into his mouth. She groaned while clutching his head. Her back arched, and she shoved her breasts up so he could assess it more.

The feeling of Kadon touching every part of her body was new to her. It wasn't like anything she had ever felt before.

The only contact she had with people of the opposite sex was just staying close to them and nothing else.

She hadn't been with any man before until now. It was pretty embarrassing telling it to Kadon, who seemed far more experienced than she could ever be.

He didn't mind that she hadn't been with anyone. Rather, he seemed pleased and had said he was glad because she was specially made for him.

"What, darling?" He rasped.

She stared into his mesmerizing electric blue eyes, which had turned Amber. More like liquid gold. Maybe due to desire.

"What do you desire?"

Scarlett's eyes went wide as he clutched her legs. She shivered while another spark shot into her at the contact.

"What do I desire?" She mumbled, licking her lips as she eyed him.

What did she desire? She asked herself again.

She didn't know, but what she wanted this instant was to have him kissing her till she became breathless. She wanted him to do what he had been doing to her body without halting.

"I want you to..." she faltered, gasping.

She pinched her eyes close, and a loud moan escaped from her lips as she felt his hand inside her wet core.

She clenched her legs together to restrain him from getting access, but he smacked her right high while spreading her legs apart again.

He came atop her, and swiftly, he thrust into her.

"K-Kadon..." Scarlett winced, trying to shove him off as pain flared within her.

He didn't stop. Instead, he clutched her hands above her head and quickened the pace.

Her eyes rolled into my head as a wave of desire came crashing into her.

Her eyes shot open, and she glanced at him; he didn't look like Kadon.

He had freaking transformed into his wolf form!

Before she could utter a word, he growled, "Mine!"

Scarlett wheezed, jerking awake.

Her heart palpitated, and she placed her right hand on her chest as she stared around the room.

It was a fucking dream!

And it wasn't the first time she was having a sensuous dream about Kadon.

It had been so since she returned home almost a month ago, and it was a bit infuriating as she felt it right even though they were not physically doing it.

She sighed, shaking her head. She believed there was nothing she could do about it because he was with a woman already, and she didn't think wanting a man that was taken would make any sense.

Even though she felt he was the one for her.

"Scar!"

She jolted at the loudness of the voice. A soft rap sounded on the door, followed by the yell of her name again.

"What?!" She grunted at whoever was at the door.

"A pleasant morning to you, too." Remy barged into the room.

Scarlett rolled her eyes while running a hand into her dishevelled hair.

"You seemed quite grumpy this morning. May I know what has gotten your pants in a twist?"

"Oh, it is nice of you to notice Captain Obvious." Scarlett deadpanned, turning to grab her phone which was sitting on the nightstand.

She swiped through it in search of messages and missed calls. Just like every morning, it stared blankly at her. She huffed, tossing it aside.

"It's great to see you are still as sassy as ever." Remy grinned.

Scarlett shrugged, jumping down from the springy mattress. She groaned as she stretched, her back and muscles popped.

She stepped towards the window and pulled the flowery curtains aside. She let in a deep breath as fresh air slapped her face.

A grin spread on her face as the light from the ray of the sun flooded into the room, illuminating it.

Outside seemed friendly and a good day to go hunting. Unlike yesterday, that had been stormy.

She always liked the aftermath of storms because she liked to go out of the house to scavenge.

Although her father had talked her out of it a lot of time. But, since she was young, she had always rebelled and did the opposite of what he wanted.

Also, she didn't get into a lot of trouble now because she was older.

But, he was still the overprotective father he was.

"So..."

Scarlett's eyes snapped to Remy as she began.

Remy glanced to the floor, bit her nails which had now become a habit to her.

"So, what?" Scarlett lifted a brow whilst staring at their friend.

"Was I saying anything?" Remy inquired, feigning innocence.

"No, you were eating." Scarlett rolled her eyes, walking away from her.

"I came here to borrow a dress." She rushed out.

"Why?" Scarlett creased her brows.

"U-umh." Remy stuttered, glancing away hastily.

"Spill the tea, already." Scarlett snapped.

She could feel her patience running thin. There were times she felt like smacking Remy because whenever she was supposed to say something, she tends to leave it out or stall.

"Remy, I swear if you don't tell me the reason, I will lock you out of my room forever for giving me an unfinished sentence..."

"Fine." Remy cut her off. "I'm going on a date with someone."

Scarlett's eyes narrowed as she gazed at her reddened cheeks. It was rare to see her blush. But, she knew whenever she did, boys were involved.

"Who's the lucky man?"

"I didn't say anything about a man."

"You don't need to because I know that looks too good." Scarlett pointed to her face. "So, are you telling me who you are going out on a date with or do you want me to find out myself?"

Remy shrugged, sighing. "It's Jed."

Her cheeks were still red, and she twisted her fingers as well as a glance to the floor.

"You mean Jed Hanson?" Scarlett grinned as Remy nodded. "It's about damn time."

Remy had been sneaking around with Jed Hanson, a Beta from the Wolf Moon pack.

Scarlett knew it wasn't her business and she shouldn't be nosy because it was her life. However, she couldn't help but follow her whenever she went to see him.

Remy had been her best friend since forever. They had done everything together. She was a werewolf herself but she was an Omega. Also, she wasn't as skilled as the other Omega in the Crescent Pack.

Scarlett didn't want to see her get hurt. She wouldn't forgive herself if anything like that happened. Hence the reason she had often followed her without her consent.

"Y-you knew about us?" Remy stuttered.

"Of course, I do," Scarlett said. "Now, I need to look for the perfect dress for you."

She flung the wardrobe open and ransacked through it.

She sighed whilst glaring at the clothes in the large closet. She hadn't worn most of the clothes in there and sometimes she wondered why she had them.

She brought out a mini dress which would be a perfect fit for Remy as she was curvier than she was and an inch shorter too. The dress was covered in sequins and she loathed it because it was in one of the colours she didn't see herself wearing.

"Take this." She tossed the pink dress towards her, along with several others.

"I will wear this!" She grinned, whilst placing the sequined dress close to her body.

"Whatever," Scarlett mumbled, laying back on the bed.

"Wait." She halted her as she was about to walk out of the room.

"What, don't tell me you want it back?"

"Of course, not b*tch." She glared.

"I was joking." Remy giggled.

"As soon as you come, the juicy details of your date, I want to know. Don't think of leaving anything out." Scarlett warned.

"I wouldn't dare," Remy promised, slipping out of the room.
