Chapter 2 The Unanticipated Reunion

Well, here goes nothing as I think to myself. After slowly (intentionally) by the way back to the house that she was currently living in and the last place she had seen both Xaiver and Javier . This was not an reunion that she had planned and wanted . So, this was very unanticipated but it was one that she had no choice but to follow through with this reunion . If nothing else to find out why exactly they went through all the trouble to track her down after all these years and cornered her at her home .

Though it would be a lie if she said she wasn't curious to at least here what they wanted and why. Because as mush as she is cautious and a "little miss mind my own business I'm not interested in yours." She still had a "okay my curiosity is peaked I must know " side. which usually revolves around the phrase " curiosity kills the cat". So, if nothing else she will at least hear them out before she really deicded what decision she would make. Unless, they tried to force it and kidnap her which she didn't see happening because as good as the two of them were she was better and they knew it because neither one of them could ever beat her before. But, then again they might think that she has stopped training in the nine years that she was gone but little did they know that she had spent every day training just to stay sharp and prepared no matter the circumstances.

Xaivers POV:

Well, its been nine years since I have seen my older and only sister . After all this time here she was. I can't really believe it . I mean I was only fourteen when she ran away. I couldn't start helping to look for her until six years ago when I tuened seventeen. Javier my partner in crime recently though has been looking for her since the day she left. But, Javies is three months older then Tyra and they were best friends and thicker then and set of siblings I have seen . There were times when I was younger that I felt they were the real siblings and he was just the seperated best friend from the rest of the family in there eyes. But, when Tyra left I realized that was the case at all because when she ran she left me a four page letter explaining the reasons why she was running and what her feelings and everything she had been contending with. Which is made it easier for me to understand . But, also out of the actual family I was the only she even left any reasons as too why she did it. She did leave Javier a letter too but his wasn't as long . I guess he had already started figuring out the issues and she left him one basically to tell him he was right.

I however, did not tell any one that she left me and that I knew all the reason's and issues as to why she ran. The only piece of information that she didn't leave me was where she was going . But, honestly I don't think she even knew where she was going at the time other then staying in the area of home or our normal trip spots all over South Florida from the Keys , Port St Lousie , West Palm Beach, Dade city and Melbourne . But, I also firgured she wasn't gonna go anywhere near where her mom lived which was in Ocala, but she would also stay away from KIssimee , Clermont, Tampa, Leesburgh, Daytona and Orlando. I know this because the first half she goes to with her mom and that family and the other half because she has been to the other places enough with the club that anyone kcould recognize her there and giving her away in an instant because of who she was. Which is definitely not something she would chance . So, when I turned seventeen I decided that I would help take some of the burden off of Javier and his brother Gabriel who is also a friend of Tyra looking for her because dad was starting to get antsy about not finding her and getting more and more pressuring on them and the rest of the searchers in the crew on finding her. those all the extra searchers didn't know her except by sight. Even after all of the information they had received from those of us who do know her . They still didn't understand her and where to even start looking for her . But, now after all these years, all the searching finally paid off and here they were in the backwoods of Juniper Florida in this tiny little town with one dollar general, a circle K gas station, and four traffic lights in the entire town. That was as redneck as I have ever seen. Which I would never have guessed and according to Javier he never thought it either.

Javier looks at me and says "well, I guess this is as good a place to hide as any . I mean we never thought to look for her at any place like this much less any one else. But, if we think about it this is pretty smart on her part. I mean why not go to some place that no one would ever picture her being in. I mean we would have never even thought about checking any where near here if Chuck hadn't said he seen someone that matched her descrisption at rainbow river at a bar-b-que that he happened to be invited too because it was his neices birthday and they were celebrating. We just got lucky that she didn't recognizing him there and decided to take off before we got her". To which I nod and decide he is right we got damn lucky that that was the case. I'm just happy we got here in time before she realized that she might know chuck from some where and not from town.

Now, we are sitting here outside her house in the twenty sixteen ford F150 four door pick truck waiting for her to come back. With no doubt that she knows they are already there and that she is trying to decide if she wants to here them out or try and run again. I'm just hoping that she still has her curiosity tick that will make it so she will at least hear us out . Oh, look just as I got done thinking it she appears coming around the corner by her mailbox and she stops and looks at the truck like she still wants to run but decides to lift her head up and decides to walk towards us. We decide to climb out of the truck with our hands out and up so she knows that knows we didn't plan to do anything to her in any way. As soon as she seen this and us . Tyra broke into a run with a big smile on her face and threw herself in to my arms and squeezed me as tight as she could . She kept telling me she had missed me so much and she was so sorry but she had to do this . Then, she decided to back up and jump at Javier and grab his face with both hands and planted a big smacking pecking kiss on him and saying I knew you wouldn't give up on finding me until you did and that you would come for me eventually . And, then she jumped on him wrapped arms and legs around him whispering in his ear something that made him smile and chuckle and squeeze her tighter. Now, the old me would have been so jealous that even though she had launched at him first and showed him a huge amount of affection to him for her, But now it was like the two of them back into their own little world and there hasn't been years that they had been seperated and they were the only ones in it. But, it just felt like everything was back in the proper places and all was finally right for the first time in just about a decade. And, that made me feel settled for the first time in a long time and he couldn't help but smile and laugh out loud at the two of them. When they finally registered that he was there and laughing . They finally looked at him and said in unison "What?!! Why are you laughing and what did we miss?."
