In Islamic boarding schools, relationships between educators are often in the spotlight for the entire community. Ustadzah Aisha, who had special feelings for Ustadz Rafi, felt uncomfortable when she saw the excessive closeness between Sara and Ustadz Rafi.

Ustadzah Aisha: (with dissatisfaction) "I understand, but as a student, you must respect existing boundaries. We must not give the wrong impression to other people."

Even though Sara tried to explain that her closeness to Ustadz Rafi was only in the context of learning, Ustadzah Aisha still felt dissatisfied. The jealousy and special feelings that Ustadzah Aisha has for Ustadz Rafi further complicate the dynamics within the Islamic boarding school.

Ustadzah Aisha: (calmly) "Sara, I understand why you feel that way. However, I want to emphasize that my relationship with Ustadz Rafi is a professional relationship and full of respect. There is nothing more than that."

Even though Sara still felt doubtful, Ustadzah Aisha's answer made her feel a little relieved. However, his suspicions still remained, and he promised to keep an eye on every interaction between them.

Sara: (with doubt) "I just felt something was unusual. Sorry if this sounds strange."

Ustadz Rafi: "Don't worry, Sara. I will give an explanation to Ustadzah Aisha so that there are no misunderstandings between us."

Even though Ustadz Rafi gave an explanation, Sara still felt unsure. Sara's anxiety and doubts create additional tension within the boarding school, and the relationship between the three of them becomes increasingly complicated.

Ustadzah Aisha: (talking to Ustadz Rafi) "Ustadz Rafi, I noticed that Sara often violates Islamic boarding school rules. I think, maybe now is the time to give stricter punishments so that she can be more obedient."

Ustadz Rafi: (with a cool head) "Are you sure, Ustadzah Aisha? The punishment must be appropriate to the offense committed. We must ensure that every action has a strong basis."

Ustadzah Aisha: (in a sharp tone) "I think his actions are quite frequent and detrimental to stability in the Islamic boarding school. He needs to know the consequences."

Ustadz Rafi: (with affirmation) "I will consider it wisely, but we must ensure that justice is maintained."

Ustadzah Aisha, with jealousy and a desire to see Sara punished, continued to monitor every step Sara took. He looked for minor violations or shortcomings in his hopes of providing a basis for punishment from Ustadz Rafi.

Meanwhile, Sara, who felt pressure from Ustadzah Aisha, tried to be more careful and tried not to break the rules. The conflicts that occur behind the scenes create greater tension within the Islamic boarding school, creating dynamics that are complicated and difficult to overcome. Ustadzah Aisha: (in a worried tone) "Ustadz Rafi, I am worried about Sara's behavior. I have noted several violations she has committed and I think further action is needed."

Ustadz Rafi: (seriously) "What have you found, Ustadzah Aisha? We must ensure that every action taken is based on justice and strong evidence."

Ustadzah Aisha: (with full confidence) "I have a record of his violations. I think it is time to give him a strict punishment so that he can be more obedient."

Ustadz Rafi: (nods) "Thank you for the information, Ustadzah Aisha. I will review the evidence you provided and decide on the next step."

With her plan working smoothly, Ustadzah Aisha felt confident that Sara would receive the punishment she deserved. However, behind his satisfaction, there was a feeling that his actions might create more conflict within the Islamic boarding school.
