I gently cleared my throat trying to signify to him that I'm still around. Obviously, he knows I'm still there because the door had not made a clicking sound so he says

I effected the changes because I suspect foul in your decision to be my security official. Also, you studied sales administration as your résume reports, right?

The need for that perfume project to be done and dusted is very alarming so I won't tolerate any excuses since you said you are very good at designing. And because you were so insistent, I would like to see your hardwork therefore be ready before2pm, I will have some men bring you to me.

I swallow deeply when I hear his words and I'm wondering why I'm so obedient. Still staring at his back, I pick up courage to mutter some words.

Yes Sir, i will be downstairs by 2pm.

He nodded and I turn my back to leave.

Heavens, I've never felt so intimidated like today. Haven't I been having inordinate ambitions towards my boss but today..

It's 1:30pm. After working so hard with my computer, my eyes began to ache a little and my buttocks hurt so much because of sitting down for a long time although the chair was very soft and comfy. I decide to take a walk around the corridor . On reaching the corridor, I sight Mr Dylan's PA and I'm wondering if it was 2pm already, he sees me and walks toward me.

Good day Mr Justin.

He looks more friendly than the last time I saw him.

Good day Miss Edna, you're doing a nice job here.

Thanks, I reply, noticing that yh, he's no way cold and unapproachable like his master.

Well I'm here for my daily routine. Just checking that everyone's doing their job perfectly. Still I have to remind you that Young Master would be downstairs waiting.

Mr Dylan himself???, I was a little startled.

Sure why??

Uhm! Nothing, I suddenly remembered something and I search for something in my pocket.

I think I should return this to him.

Oh!Okay, Justin was a little confused when he took the package from me. It contained Mr Dylan's SIM card.

When Justin returned it to his Master, he waited to see it's content. However, Dylan did not open it for a long time as he was very busy in his work. Curious Justin thought that his Master

had picked special interest in Edna because in his right frame of mind,he wouldn't have employed her, so he clearly mentioned her name that she was sending him the package. But he didn't react for a long time, so he turned to leave and continue his daily scrutiny but suddenly his Master took the package and leaned back on his chair to open it.

When they both saw it's content, they were beyond themselves with wonder. The girl was indeed something else. Of course, many girls who had the opportunity to get his phone would have tried it on and maybe get his contacts and even brag about it in the internet. But Edna Steele was different from them. Why?

Something stirred up in Dylan, the yearning to know the girl ,it seems, begins to feel a part of his mind. But wasn't it so soon??

After the talk with Justin, I rush back to my office to get some files feeling they will be needed before proceeding to get back to the stairs because I know running down the stairs to the ground floor would take so much of my time so I have to start going downstairs now although I still have about 25mins before it knocks 2. Sometimes,I wonder why that event even took place that made me to be really scared of heights but I don't want to think about it...

I'm sure the men Mr Dylan would send to me must be searching for me, it's not my worry anyways. My concern is that I shouldn't leave a bad impression of myself to my boss...

When I got down the stairs,I find two angry men or maybe two heavily built men, looking very fierce standing in front of the door like they were waiting for someone. Me.

I'm patient enough to sit down in my car and wait for my new employee for good fifteen minutes. I look at my watch again and the time is 2:17pm, however I'm not very pissed and that's unlike of me. I'm only angry that my guards returned with an information that they couldn't find her in her office or the elevator. Isn't she fully aware that it's 2 already or was she deliberately trying to piss her boss.

My thoughts were interrupted when I see her walk in between my guards and walk down the outside stairs looking around for me perhaps. My guards point to my car and she begins to walk up to me. Her hair is a bit disheveled so she throws back the loose strands of her hair that was damp with sweat behind her ear. I must admit that her actions gave me a weird feeling. This girl can be compared to a chameleon. First, she bumps to me at the company's door and instead of apologizing, she gawks at me. Yeah, I agree I'm handsome and it's the same reaction from other girls but the situation was very awkward. Again, I heard from Justin about a little ruckus in her office concerning my phone and when I question her, she's playing dumb, and then she sends me my SIM card and it really made me feel warm like she was not like the other girls that I've come across with but now, she keeps me waiting and she knows it. How I hate lateness. That was what I used to test every business agreement with any company. Once they are late for any business deals or dinner, that's a red light for me.

Now, about Edna... Should I forgive her seeing she's just a newbie who is yet to know her boss better or not???
