Chapter 2 II

Every twelve years, the families of a North American colony who reside in Tokyo wait for the birth of the next baby who can serve them well. They call them genius babies, with superpowers or futurists.

The last four babies who were waiting for their arrival with great care, did not manage to survive. Some indicate with some fear that the men of science did not let them live. Whether this is true or not, the point is that another long-awaited baby will be born today.
