Chapter 3 A new identity

"Erm, I think I should leave now." I muttered, hastily turning to leave, but instead, he grabbed me and pulled me into his arms.

"I said I want you." He uttered, still smiling.

"I heard you the first time, and I'm saying I'm not interested."

The last thing I wanted was to get involved with another Alpha with so much power and influence. I am never threading the doomed path my mother threaded.

"I'm sorry, but I want you, and I have to have you. What is your name?" He asked, his hands still firmly cupping my waist.

"I don't want you. You can go ahead and pick from one of the girls they prepared for you. I am not in this club for this." I uttered firmly, pretending not to melt by his touch.

'If I want to keep a low profile here, I have to avoid attention as much as I can. I should leave now that I got the chance.'

"Let's talk outside. Away from these prying eyes." He uttered, grabbing my wrist and pulling me out of the clubhouse through another exit.

"Please let me go. I need to leave now." I muttered as soon as we got outside.

"Name your price. I'll pay you any amount to spend the rest of your night with me."

"What?! Is that who you think I am?! You do this all the time , don't you? You're having so much fun." I retorted, feeling offended.

"No, I don't. I have never offered to pay any amount to a lady just to sleep with her. They always come willingly, but you..."

He called the gap between us, cupping my face in his hands.

"There is something about you. Your eyes keep drawing me closer and closer to you. I don't know why, and I don't hate it." He uttered in a low tone, brushing some hair strands from my face with his hand.

He leaned closer and inhaled deeply, clenching his jaws.

"You smell so good." He muttered, shutting his eyes.

Everything he did kept pushing me closer and closer to insanity. 'Why is he so soft to me?'

Maybe saying yes to him wasn't such a bad idea after all. I could collect enough money to keep me away from my father, and also, he was handsome and hot!

'What's bad about having some fun in your down days?'

"One million dollars and I'm yours tonight." I answered without thinking.

'Celine! Who asks for a million dollars for a night stand? Are you crazy?' I scolded myself as I waited anxiously for his response.

"Fine. I'll give it to you." He answered with a grin.

"In cash." I added, causing him to chuckle.

"Fine."

I furrowed my brows, watching him closely. That was way too easy. The meeting, choosing me, offering to pay such an amount... super suspicious.

'Is this another plot of my father? I follow him now, and boom! I'm back in my father's house tomorrow morning, just in time for the marriage.'

"Can we go now?" He asked, pointing to his black Bentley Bacalar car parked not so far from where we stood.

"Where are we going?" I asked, looking at the car.

"My house."

"No. Let's do it at a hotel." I answered and he frowned.

"Why? My house is way better than these hotels." He answered boastfully.

"I have my reasons. I'll pick the hotel and we'll go alone. I'm not so comfortable around bodyguards."

He nodded and let out a chuckle. "Okay. Anything for you."

Without further hesitation, we hopped into his car. He dismissed his bodyguards, including his driver.

"I want you to be as comfortable as ever." He said to me, igniting the engine.

"What's your name?" He asked, and I scoffed.

"Do you love knowing the names of your girls before you do them?" I asked, looking outside the window.

"No. But like I said, you're special."

"Why?" I asked almost immediately, turning to look at him.

"Your eyes, your smell... everything about you." He answered, rendering me speechless.

This would have made me melt if I didn't have the thoughts of my father possibly being behind all this roaring in my head. He's always a step ahead.

"There... that hotel. Let's do it there." I said, pointing to a hotel just ahead of us.

"Okay. Can you at least let me call one of my bodyguards to bring the cash?" He asked, and I nodded slowly.

'I think I should give him the benefit of doubt.'

Getting into the exclusive hotel room, I began to remove my clothes.

"Why are you in a rush?" He asked, unbuttoning his shirt.

"I need to take a shower." I responded, getting rid of my last piece of clothing. His gaze fell from my face and lingered on my naked body. I saw nothing but pure lust in his eyes.

"Join me." I added with a smile. It would be stupid of me to leave him alone for a second when I could hardly trust him.

"Right away." He answered as he began to get rid of his clothes too.

Removing his shirt, my jaw dropped as I gulped hard. He had a seemingly perfect muscular body. Starting from his tattoo, down to the contours that decorated his chest to his waist.

"Done." He uttered, standing akimbo, but I couldn't move or talk. My eyes were fixated on his hardened shaft.

"What the hell?! How does he have such a large shaft?! How will it even fit?" My head became filled up with unreasonable nasty thoughts.

I was no saint, but I had never seen such a huge one before. It wasn't only huge, but also pretty. Its cap was pink, and its veins were visible.

In a twinkle of an eye, he was right in front of me, tracing his finger on the side of my neck, and I melted into his bosom, my eyes falling shut.

"Maybe we don't have to shower." He whispered in my ears, slightly biting my earlobe.

For the first time, I instantly agreed with him on something. With his breath slowly caressing my nose, he lifted my head with his hand and our lips locked. We both took deep breaths, savoring the feel of our lips against each other.

'F**k, his lips are so soft!'

Our lips and breaths entwined and soon, I began to moan softly as I felt his hand run down my back and grab my butt.

Without breaking the kiss, we moved to the bed and both fell on it.

I wanted it all. Everything he wanted to do to my body. I was so down, I could hardly think right.

"Alpha Kilhan." I moaned.

I opened my eyes slowly, moaning softly as I turned on my side. His face was so close that I could feel his breath on my face.

I smiled feebly as I kept staring at him sleeping peacefully like a baby. I didn't want the moment to end, but it had to.

'We had the best night ever and I wouldn't mind spending time with you again, but it's impossible. Not when my father is still breathing. I need to keep a low profile and you are not part of this plan.' I thought, as I caressed his pretty face with my fingers.

I turned to look at the couch in the room, and on it was the bag filled with the money I asked for.

'I have to leave now before he wakes up.'

Gently, without interrupting his sleep, I got off the bed. I put on my clothes and picked the bag of money.

Getting to the door, I turned to look at him one last time.

"Let's not meet again." I muttered, turning the doorknob and walking out. I shut the door quietly and headed down the hallway to the elevator.

Getting out of the hotel, I waved down a taxi.

"Where, miss?" The taxi driver asked.

"Beacon city." I answered, hopping into the car.

My eyes were fixed on the hotel until it was completely out of sight. I heaved a loud sigh and looked away.

'Hopefully, no Alphas are waiting for me in Beacon City.'

I just wanted a normal youthful life, far away from a chaotic father and a too-good to be true one night stand. Fortunately, I have never liked social media fame.

I hardly had pictures on my social media handles. All thanks to my father. I never wanted anyone to know I was related to him, even though that was almost impossible in New Orleans.

I wanted to be a nobody... a lone wolf. I craved a new identity.
