Chapter One

Astrid Pov

I sat down silently praying to God to hear my prayer just this once and send my son home safely.

I remembered the night I prayed so hard like this, was the night Nathan handed me the divorce papers, I prayed to him to change Nathan heart but got nothing.

I looked at myself in the mirror, the red lingerie I had on complimenting my figure very well.

Nathan had been busy and stressed out lately and I wanted to do something to help him ease out his stress for tonight.

I took a deep breath looking around to room, making sure everything was ready.

The sound of a honk blast through the quiet compound, a car driving in.

I quickly rush to my position, sitting down on the bed crossing my legs seductively, waiting for him to come in.

After a while the door opened and he barfed in looking furious, before I could ask what was wrong he matched towards me wrapping his palm around my neck.

My eyes widen in shock as I stared at him.

He chuckled bitterly his eyes dark. " I guess I was really going soft on you ehnn " He said making me confused.

" Nathan. What are you doing? Stop it. " I said trying to push his hands away from my neck, by his grip only tightened the more.

" You really think you can make a fool out of me and go free? " He asked in a dark voice, making me scared.

" Please. " I pleaded in a weak voice, starting to feel light headed.

" Oh, less I forget, before I kill you sign these paper. " He said releasing my neck and going towards the table, picking up the paper from his briefcase and throwing at me.

I looked at him disbelief, before slowly picking up the paper checking what it was. My eyes went big as I saw the content of the paper.

" Nathan. What's this ? " I asked him my voice breaking, but he only glared at me more.

" Nathan what's wrong? Why are you doing this? " I ask in a got of the made making my way towards him.

He took out an envelope from his briefcase throwing it at me, I picked up the envelope and shattered photos on the floor looking at them.

I gasped as I saw an image of me and Ryan, Nathan's younger brother on the bed naked.

I shake my head my hand going to close my mouth in disbelief, I looked up at him shock.

" You don't need to say anything, sign those papers and get the hell out of my life before I make your miserable. " He yelled. I looked at him fear running up my spine, as I could clearly see the reflection of the old Nathan coming back.

" Nathan listen to me, deel down you know I won't do something like this and even if I wanted to, wouldn't it be with someone who will not know. " I said trying to make him see that someone was clearly trying to set me up.

But it only got him angry as he matched towards me, slapping me hard.

I held my cheeks tears streaming down my face, he refused to stop there and he used in back hard to hit me again.

I shook my head in pain but refusing to give up, I knew how Ethan was when he is mad, I knew this wasn't him, it was the jealous of a mess part of him.

" Nathan.."

" Shut the fuck up. " He yelled dragging my hair pushing me to the floor, ripping off the lingerie I had on, leaving me naked on the floor.

He then stripped himself, positioning himself between my legs.

" Nathan waited let's talk first. " I tried saying to stop him from giving out sex as punishment, even thought it was good it was equally painful.
