Nicolai, one of the slayers walked briskly to the hall.

Isabella, Aurora, and Victor all sat at the same table rushing their food, Nicolai and Rita both joined them.

She's new to our system, moreover, she doesn't even know how to use her vampire skills yet, you know how hard it is for a human to just wake up one night and realize she's now a vampire, you need to give her some time,"

Sophie was taken to the grand palace of Alexandra, the head of vampires. It was a daunting experience for her, to see the grandeur of the place.

Coming from the Lord's room again," he approached her.

How does it concern you?" she rolled her eyes.

Alexander walked up to Sophie and used his finger to raise Sophie's head.

Didn't you learn to knock before entering," he asked.

Sophie looked up to meet his piercing blue eyes staring coldly at her.

I knocked...but no response's why I walked in, am sorry," she quickly apologized frightened.

What brings you here," he asked.

My Lord, Leona sent me here to get your approval to join the slayers and he said you wanted to see me," she said.

Alexander chuckled a little.

I see...you already started training why need my permission again,"

Apologies my Lord, I was so eager to begin the training, and Master Leona said I can't continue without your approval that's why I came,"

Alexander's expression turned serious as he looked at her.

it's not as simple as it seems. The life of a werewolf slayer is dangerous and demanding. There's no room for doubt or hesitation.",

Sophie clasped her hands together, her eyes pleading.

Alexander nodded, his expression still serious. "Remember, this is not a game. Lives are at stake, including your own.

Alexander chuckled.

You are one stubborn weakling, you dare have a deal with me."Yes, if you manage to complete the training within three months, I'll honor my promise and do whatever you ask for,"

Sophie knew she had a long and difficult journey ahead, but the fire in her heart burned fiercely. She was ready to train, prove herself, and become the werewolf slayer she had dreamed of being, and with Alexander's reluctant support, she knew she had a chance to accomplish it all for her parents and herself.
