Chapter 5 Puzzle

They got to my top and I closed my eyes.

"Stop it! What are you doing?" I heard and then people gasped.

I looked and batted my eyelids to be sure.

A goddess was standing before me. She was holding sunglasses on her hands.

The boys quickly let go of me. "She..she..owe us." They stammered.

"How much is that? How much did she owe to deserve this? I can get you arrested for this." She looked at those in the shop.

"Not a single photograph should be taken or that person would face my wrath." They all ran out.

"Who is the owner of this shop?"

The woman came out and bowed to her. She was shaking fearfully.

I just looked on, it was all happening like a movie and I was just shocked.

"Apologize to her now!" She said and the woman immediately fell on the floor and started apologizing to me.

Who is this beauty?

"Kumawo!" I kept saying in the car,and I kept bowing also.

Even the car smelt of wealth.

I still couldn't believe that I was in such a car.

She smiled. "It's alright,I couldn't stand and watch that happen,did you say your sister left?"

I nodded.

I already told her what happened.

She just shook her head

I couldn't even stop staring at her,her skin was so perfect,not even a spot. So bright that they could blind my eyes. Her hair was very long and silky. And she was so beautiful!

Her ear ring and necklace were silver and they shone brightly on her bright skin.

I smiled,her parents must be really lucky to have her,such an angel. Not me that is short, ugly,has bad luck, useless, stupid and....

"What's your name?" She cut my thoughts short.

"Jan di." I said and she smiled.

"Am Nina."

So sweet. Even her name is sweet.

I never knew that a wealthy person could be this kind to a commoner.

"Here." I said, pointing at my house. "This is the place."

She halted the engine of her car and I got out.

I held the door,"won't you come in? Even if it's to drink water."

She hesitated,and later stepped out.

Wait! I didn't think of this. What if the house is too poor for her to come into?

"Wait." I said and pulled off my sweater,I rushed to the door and dusted the floor with it.

She rushed to where I was. "What are you doing?" She asked.

I looked at her shiny high heeled sandals. It looked like it could buy my house and my whole family.

Can she even stay inside?

"Hey!" She brought me back to reality.

"Uhm...me? Oh! Yes me. Am so sorry,our house is...I don't know. I.."

What was I even saying?

She bent down and took the sweater from my hands. "You are so funny." She said.

What! The dirty sweater! Her rich hands!

I bowed at her and took the sweater from my hands,then bowed again. She smiled.

I was about to open the door when min hoo opened it from inside.

"Nina!" He shouted and fell down flat Infront of her.

How did he know her name?

I looked at Nina she looked scared.

"Is he okay?"

"Min hoo,Stand up you idiot!" I yelled and he stood up immediately. His eyes were widely opened in shock.

"Nina, daughter of the second richest man in Korea! Niece of senator chan lee,the biggest model in north Korea who won the best model of the year award last year,owner of....."

I didn't even know when my mouth dropped open in shock when he was mentioning those things. I looked at Nina who was smiling while looking at min hoo.

"Can someone tell me to sit down?" She said.

I looked at her poor seat,looked at Min hoo and then back at her.

How can the daughter of the second richest man sit here?

Am dead.

Nina was driving to the cartel residence.

A smile still hung on her face.

Jan di and her brother really entertained her. They made her forget her problems for a while.

Jan di's cute brother told her that Jan di once finished the food meant for the whole family,and when everyone came back,she lay on the kitchen and pretended to be dead. They ignored her and prepared another meal and she still stayed there till they finished the food. She even slept at the kitchen while pretending to be dead.

Hahaha! What a girl!

Nina thought having siblings as a really cool thing,and even spending time with people that you love. But her life had never been like that,she was an only child,her parents were always busy and she didn't even feel loved while growing up.

She ate fruits at Jan di's place so she was feeling quite alright.

When she got to the cartel residence,she beeped her horn.

Five guards came out and she whined down her glass.

They bowed and ran to the gate immediately.

She drove in. It wasn't even the main gate,she passed through two more gates before getting to the main one.

When she parked and got out. Some maids had already assembled and they bowed as she walked past them.

**It's Nina**

**Ah! Am seeing Nina for the first time. Am so lucky**

**It's true her skin shines like the sun**

They were whispering among themselves.

She got inside the mansion.

It was really large and they were even more maids and guards inside.

'just like in my house.' she thought.

"Where is Daniel?" She asked the maids.

They looked at her in shock.

"He is upstairs." They answered and bowed.

What would she do? Was she going to meet him upstairs or what? She was confused.

"Good afternoon young master." She heard them say and everyone in the sitting room left immediately.

It was him,her heart missed a beat.

He didn't even reply them.

He was putting on White tracksuit and white sneakers. One part of his brown hair was falling over his eyes.

He looked so handsome and innocent.

Nina suddenly became nervous,she was a model and have faced large audience in runways. So why was she this nervous?

"Hi am Nina." She found her voice. He was supposed to know her anyway.

He looked at her,then walked away like she was some piece of trash.

What!

**** JAN DI****

"Why would she do such a thing! You are her sister for crying out loud! Her blood!" Ji won was fuming. He was pacing about,he dipped his hand into his hair in anger.

I shouldn't have told him,I knew he would be upset though but I didn't know that it would be this much.

Min ah even came back and ignored me. The most annoying part was that she was with her phone. I know that if she truly forgot it,then she wouldn't find it because chachong is a big market.

But even if she found it,why didn't she come back or even tell me.

What did I do to her to deserve how she was treating me?

"Did you tell your parents?"

"No! I don't want to put her in trouble."

He was still pacing.

"Ji won! Am okay."

He squatted Infront of me and held my shoulder.

"Are you really okay?"

I nodded smiling. He touched my cheeks.

Ah! It felt like I was in heaven.

"Jan di." He called smiling. He was still squatting Infront of me.

Oh god! This smile,why am I blushing like he would ask me to be his girlfriend.

Am really crazy.

"Jan di." He called again. "You know you are really really ugly when you smile and blush at the same time."

Ah! This crazy boy!

He ran away because he knew what my next move would be.

We were at the park.

We normally come there to hang out.

I chased him around the park.

"Jan di! Mianhae!(I'm sorry)"

"No!" I was still running.

"Jan di! Ice cream! I will give you ice cream!"

I stopped running immediately and smiled.

"Why did you do that to her?" Was the first question that ji won asked min ah immediately she arrived.

"Is that why you called me?"

"You didn't answer mine before asking me."

She sighed in frustration. Beneath her long coat was a short skirt and a milk coloured top. She even did her make up and packed her hair nicely. She should have known that this would be the reward of her effort. Ji won would never come to his senses.

"She is my sister not yours,whatever goes down in my family is none of your business!" She fired at him.

Ji won was trying very hard to keep his anger in check. If it were to be a guy,he would have given him a punch of his life.

"So now you know she is your sister? Do you even treat her like a sister? They could have hurt her."

"Thank goodness you know! She doesn't deserve to be my sister. Not after what she did!"

"What did she do that is so unforgivable huh? What!" He shouted,he was really angry. The fact that Min ah was even playing 'i don't care' angered him the more.

"You know the answer to that question. You know what she did" She said and stormed out.
