Hailey and Mira sat Side by side at the front row chairs were arranged in a spherical order leaving a large space in the middle.

tonight is known as the bloody night in the clan this is an event whereby trainees are made to fight each other to death only the emerging winner is allowed to join the main gang meaning there would be countless death tonight

"You sure you'll be okay" Mira asked Hailey

"You don't have to be worried about me, but do we really have to watch this" she asked

she could see the excited look on the other's face how could people be this heartless she wondered

that means one thing, there's no room for friendship in here, make friends and you'll have to use your own hands to end them

"What if one day we also have to do this" Hailey suddenly asked facing Mira

"I'll never hurt you I'll rather die than lay a finger on you" Mira replied and Hailey smiled

"You are such a fool" Hailey said facing her front as the bloody battle is about to start

Two bulgy Men were the first to go one had his hair braided while the other was bald,they stared at each other meanly and as soon as Harry gave the order they attacked each other

Each participant are allowed a weapon each, within few minutes the two were both covered in blood both badly wounded

The one who had his hair braided was winning while the bald one is loosing, his head was covered in blood and he look much weaker.

Hailey couldn't bring herself to continue watching the brutal fight and turned away and Mira held her hand

"Shall we leave" she asked

"I'm fine" Hailey replied, her gaze shifted to Leo, he was seated up at the balcony watching the scene coldly, his face was void of any emotion

"That devil" she muttered

By now the first round was over as expected, the bald headed Man Lost and his lifeless body was dragged out of the scene

Hailey bit her lips slightly, but then she remembered these people weren't forced, it's what they wanted why would she pity them, even if they survive it won't be any better they would also become beasts who harm innocent people

"They don't deserve my pity" she convinced herself and her gaze turned cold instantly, she doesn't care they all deserved to die anyways.

It got to the turn of a guy and a young lady, they were equally good as none of them was able to get the other even after fighting for several minutes, after a while the guy began to gain the upper hand

He punched her in the stomach and the girl staggered back, the guy attacked her again made to stab her with the dagger he was holding, but she was able to stop him and kicked him hard instead, before he could balance she raised her legs and kicked him in the head again

And He staggered back a bit before going down on his knees as dizziness overcame him

the girl rushed to him to attack again but what happened was unexpected, the guy had only pretending to be dizzy

And when the girl had let down her guard and rushed towards him he took the opportunity to stab her in the, her eyes widen in shock as she held the guy's shoulder tightly before going down limp.

"No" a guy screamed from among the participants and ran to the scene madly and held the girl in his arms crying

"You f*cking bastard" he yelled and made to attack the guy but as soon as he stood up he was shot straight in the forehead and he went down his eyes wide open

The Two were both dragged out of the scene for the next match.

The brutal fight only ended at midnight and a guy by the name Mateo won,it is a surprise how a guy as skinny as him could win,though he was also wounded badly
