Chapter 4 Dance

Jason POV

After dinner we had a small party inside the white house here in the USA with some high -ranking officials as well as the president of the USA and his wife were still with us. Some musicians play a romantic tune here while the couple dances in the middle with other foreign officials. While Jaya and I were just looking at them and watching, of course we also included her chewing chocolate again.

"Philippine president, are you not going to dance your girlfriend?" The prime minister of Saudi suddenly asked. I just smiled then shook my head.

"Can I dance her?" He asked so I immediately lost my smile. I look of Jaya who doesn't know anything because she's just chewing on her chocolate. I looked back at the prime minister.

"Wait I'll just ask her if it's okay to her." I said smiling he nodded then looked at Jaya.

"Woi Jaya, the prime minister wants to dance you." I said. "Kpop?" She asked

"Tsk, make the Arab dance." I said angrily so she looked at me then looked at the prime minister and looked at me again.

"Is that okay to you?" She asked "What do you think?" I'm pissed at the question.

"Yes?" "Tsk." I sighed and looked at the prime minister who was waiting for an answer. "She said--"

"I don't want to dance, i'm busy eating chocolate." Jaya interrupted what I was going to say so I could see her chewing her chocolate again.

"She said what?" The prime minister asked. I turned my gaze back to the Arab then smiled.

"She said she's busy eating a chocolate and she's not feeling well she hope you understand." I said.

"Oh okay." a bit disappointed said then left. Now that Jaya and I have been left here again, I smile because she didn't go with the Arab. Get that again.

"Why don't you come with him?" I asked her

"Because you're jealous." she didn't want to answer then took a bite of the chocolate.

"W-what Me be jealous of?" I asked annoyed and then I looked at her. She took a deep breath then looked at me. She was staring at me seriously so I was nervous.

"When I go with him, will you be happy?" She asked while looking at me seriously.

"Yeah, so you can enjoy this time and you're not chewing chocolate." I said. She took a deep breath then let go of the chocolate she was holding and stood up so my forehead wrinkled. Does she plan to go to that Arab ?!

"A-are you going to that Arab?" I asked.

"No." she replied then held out her hand in front of me.

"Let's dance." She said reluctantly as she held out her hand in front of me.

"W-what? i-I really don't want to." I said and looked at the others.

"All right, I'll just dance with the Arab." She said and was ready to walk when I stood up and quickly at four o'clock I grabbed her hand and then pulled her to the middle. When we were in the middle I put my two hands on either side of her waist while her was on my neck.

A tune started playing that if I'm not mistaken it was Ed Sheeran's song, it was played in a romantic way so I smiled. This is the first time I've ever danced with Jaya like this. I smiled at what I thought, I saw Jaya sigh so I laughed.

"The depth of what you're thinking" I whispered that only the two of us could hear. She looked into my eyes very seriously so I was nervous. When she gets serious I get scared.

"As deep as I love you." She said seriously so I laughed but I was surprised that she didn't laugh at her own joke.

"Jason I have something to tell you." She said seriously. "W-what's that?" I asked.

"I don't know if you're aware but I hope you control your jealousy." She said so I stared into her eyes. You can also see the pain she feels. "Jealous? Me? Jealous?" I asked.

"I don't know if you're really like that or what but I'm choking." She said frankly so I kept quiet.

"I try to understand that, that's how you really behave that you've been really jealous since you were a fetus but there's a part of me that says you're jealous because you don't want me to lose." She said seriously.

"Which of those two are you?" She asked so I became even quieter. I can't answer. Why is she saying those things?

"N-nothing?" I replied. She took a deep breath and smiled but there was pain in her eyes. Pain that I do not know what kind.

"I want you to answer me truthfully. Is that really how you behave? Have you been jealous before?" "No."

"Don't you want me to disappear?" My eyes widened because of her question. I do not want to lose you. "Do not know." She just smiled bitterly and then stopped dancing. So I stopped too.

"I hope you don't show your jealousy again especially if you don't know why you're acting like that." She said and took a deep breath.

"I don't know but the longer I've been with you, I'm hurting and the times I'm hurting I love you even more, I hope I didn't get to the point of getting tired and thinking of quitting because you know I want to quit but I'm still fighting because I love you. I love you not only as a fake husband, I love you as a real husband and I hope you feel the same way but that's all because I know it started when there was another woman in your heart and it wasn't me." after she said that she smiled very sadly cause to break my heart then she turned away from me and walked away from me.
