Chapter 9 Human World

Currently, Alissa's friends are still shocked after learning that Alissa already has her powers, but Alissa doesn't tell them that her powers are equal to those of the valar.

They then continued to discuss Bubble, Bery, and Leonard who mysteriously disappeared. Of the three missing, all were forest elves. Only Sparkel remained among her friends who survived as well as her dwarf and giant friends.

"We found this in the forest where Leonar was last." Boun gave Alissa a bracelet.

"If you look at the material, the bracelet is not made in our country." Sandy said.

"That's right, and we also found footprints that were similar to those of the Elves." Throw Beam.

"Bubbles and Bery have disappeared since I fell asleep, why didn't you tell my mother about this?" Alissa asked looking at them one by one.

"Two months after you fell asleep, we reported this to the palace. But unfortunately your mother didn't respond, she only sent help for one day and after that they didn't look for Bubbles and Berry." Thanos answered.

"My mother can't possibly ignore this, she will definitely help you no matter what happens."

"You may not believe us, our goal now is to find the three of them. We hope they will be found soon with the help of your strength, Alissa." Gamora continued.

Alissa looked at the bracelet in her hand while closing her eyes, and saw the past of the bracelet. From the shadows she could see, she could see a mysterious figure who met Leonard where they were.

"I saw it, a mysterious figure kidnapped Leonard. " Said Alissa after she finished looking at the past.

" Is it true? Who is that figure?"

"I'm not sure, he does look like an Elf though." Alissa was silent for a moment while thinking about something.

"Let's postpone our search for now, I have to go back to the palace to find out something. " Said Alissa in response to slow nods from all her friends.

Alissa, who had returned to the palace safely without Winola's knowledge, managed to remove her clone and pretend like nothing had happened. Luckily, not long after that, Winola came and checked on his condition.

"How are you, dear?" Winola asked quietly.

"I'm fine mom, don't worry." Alissa said smiling faintly.

"I'm glad to hear that."

"Oh yes ma'am, there's something I want to ask."

" What's that.?"

"Is it true that my friends told you that Bubbles and Berry disappeared two months after I fell asleep?"

"Bubbles and Berries.?"

"They are my friends mom, they are the forest fairy Sandora."

"I know, but I've never heard of a missing report from the forest elf so far."

" Is it true? Are you sure, mother?"

"You met them today?" Winola asked, starting to get suspicious.

"Sparkel came to tell me today, Bubbles and Berry had disappeared a long time ago and were followed by Leonard." Alissa explained.

"Mother won't lie about them, but are you sure they disappeared a long time ago?"

"You can call them so they can give testimony, please ma'am save those who have disappeared." Alissa asked desperately.

"Of course, mother will call them and conduct a large-scale search if they are proven to be missing." Winola's words made Alissa breathe a sigh of relief.

"And one more thing mom, can I go to your room to read a book?"

"Of course, you can go to my room whenever you want."

After gaining access to her mother's room, Alissa immediately looked for a book which she believed was in her mother's room. Winola's room does have a bookshelf that is so large that it can store a lot of books.

Her fingers pointed at the books one by one as she read them, she only looked for the title she wanted until her finger ended up on a brown book with the title HUMAN WORLD. After getting the book, she smiled for some reason, after finding out that her friends had mysteriously disappeared the ones in Alissa's head at that time were humans.

Before leaving the bookshelf, she noticed something strange at the end of the shelf. When Alissa accidentally touched it, the bookshelf suddenly shifted to reveal a door that made her feel familiar.

"Alissa, what are you doing?" Winola scolded, who had just entered and saw Alissa about to open the doorknob.

"Sorry mom, I accidentally moved the cupboard so I could see this door." Alissa replied, taking several steps back when Winola quickly pulled back the bookshelf.

"You must never open that door, understand." Winola said looking panicked.

"I understand ma'am." Alissa replied slowly.

"Have you got the book you wanted?" Winola asked again.

"Yes, I want to read a book about the human world." Alissa showed the book to Winola, but she didn't give any reaction other than nodding slowly.

"Then I'll go back to the room ma'am." Alissa continued then moved as fast as she could.

That night Alissa actually read the contents of the book HUMAN WORLD which was written by ancestors who had previously interacted with humans. In the book it is stated that humans are the most greedy and very dangerous creatures, they are often described as beings who thirst for power, wealth, identity, and are known for their high level of selfishness.

From that book, Alissa learned a lot about humans and everything written was almost the same as what her mother always said. This makes Alissa hate humans even more even though she has never met them.

After reading it to the last page, Alissa got a picture of a human being who had similarities to the mysterious figure she saw in the past memories of the bracelet found by her friends.

"So it's true that the people who kidnapped them were humans." Alissa said while clenching her hands tightly.

At that time the sun had begun to show its beautiful glow, Alissa did not sleep all night to read books about humans. Her emotions became even more intense when she found out about the crimes committed by humans against her friends.

Before leaving the room to find out more, Alissa left her clone like yesterday and she actually put the entire room in magic mode to make Winola unaware of all this.

"I'm sorry mother, I had to do this."
