Chapter 2 Maybe No Vows

This is why I always run to my mum whenever my home becomes too toxic. She has a way of making even the most toxic situation look little.

"Mum I need to go home before Alex returns" I said to my mum

"So soon?" She enquired

"Yes, my mum. I do not want another rough day mum" I said to her.

"ok, take care and stay safe," my mum replied.

I hugged her just before I stood up and headed for my car.

I drove back home thinking about how my family has been reduced to this.

I got back home but noticed that the compound was unusually silent. I was not in a state of analyzing my surroundings.

I walked into the house to discover that the door was slightly open.

"Heck! Alex must be back home" I said to myself

I walked into the building when I heard noises coming from the master bedroom upstairs.

My curiosity got the better of me. I walked up the stairs to know what was really going on in the master bedroom. I got to the door of the master bedroom and my heart sank.

"NO, this shouldn't be what I am thinking" I said to myself.

I heard moans coming from the master bedroom. Obviously, it was the moan of a lady being pleased. I opened the door and just like I expected, I saw my husband on top of another lady making love with another lady.

He turned back when he noticed that I was in the room and had caught him in his treacherous act.

"you whore, who asked you to come into this room without taking proper permission or knocking before you entered" he barked

"Alex!" I exclaimed

"What do you want whore or do you want to be part of this bliss and be part of a threesome if only you agree to act as my underdog?" Alex said.

I was battered and felt totally betrayed.

"I will make you pay, I promise" I said as I left the master bedroom banging the door behind me.

I felt real pain for the first time.

I ran to my room crying because I felt truly betrayed by the beast I called my husband.

I thought hard for a way to get back at him but I could not find any sensible thing to do that would truly hurt him so I decided to cheat on him.

This way, I will feel happy and have a sense of revenge.

I cleaned my eyes and prepared to take my bath because tonight I will break my marital vow.

I looked at myself in the mirror and could not believe who I saw staring at me.

This was certainly a different Emily from the one I know. I stared at myself in the mirror and almost called myself a slut.

My red sleeveless top barely covered my cleavage and my skirt was so short that it barely covered my panties.

I bit my lower lips anticipating my sweet revenge on my husband.

I felt odd but this is what that beast called my husband deserves for treating me like his slave. I took a jacket from the closet and walked out of the room.

I walked out of the gate after ensuring that my husband did not notice me going out. I had already booked a taxi through an app on my smartphone and in less than ten minutes, a taxi arrived right in front of me.

He rolled down his windows and greeted me.

"Hello ma'am" he said to me obviously trying to feed his eyes by staring at my cleavage.

"Hello" I replied, seemingly being uncomfortable. I hope my voice did not betray me.

"hop in" he said to me trying to regain his composure after he knew I caught him staring at my cleavage.

"ok" I said and entered the taxi after he opened it.

He drove towards the popular "Las Vegas" known for different kinds of immoral acts and atrocities. It was named Las Vegas for its popular slogan "what happens in Vegas dies in Vegas."

I picked this spot because as much as I wanted revenge, I do not want to tarnish my reputation.

I feigned ignorance even though I caught the driver stealing an occasional glance at my body. I kinda like the feeling of making a man horny. I only wondered how big his bulge would be down there.

Soon we arrived at the spot where I was to alight and I stepped down observing my environment.

I went straight to a club and I took my time walking to the bar. The club was not that full because it was a week day. I took off my jacket slowly and I made sure that every eyes were on me.I can as well do this well since I came all the way here

I sat down and ordered for a glass of rum. When the drink came, the server was almost fucking me with his eyes.

Few minutes later, a man came into the bar and was just looking around. He didn't have my attention. So I kept drinking and moving to the music. I was probably already drunk.

"Hello pretty lady," the man said to me. Obviously I assumed I was just another slut just like the other girls here.

I was not ready to give him the pleasure he wanted so I decided to snub him at first.

"I will just assume that you did not hear me" he said

I outright ignored him. I was not ready for an easy lay tonight. I want to take my time and choose a man that befits my kind of person.

"I like girls with your kind of guts miss. But I will have to pass a message to you. You have caught the eyes of my boss and he wants to have a nice time with you." he said looking at me as if I was another toy or asset to be observed keenly, obviously by his 'boss'

"And who's your boss" I shouted in order to be heard over the loud music.

"You'll see when you come with me" he shouted back.

Well, I've got nothing to lose here. I stood up and staggered on my heels but I did not mind. I picked my jacket and followed him.

We went to a room that was dimly lit, I could not see anything. There was smoke everywhere.
