Chapter 5 Life Was Really Unfair to Her

At first, Marsenia thought she was going crazy by hearing voices in her head. Her first thought was that her unborn baby was talking to her, but that was impossible. So, the silly treant had to show himself to her.

Although the little treant showed himself, Marsenia was scared silly to a coma. Only a few hours of explanation, was when her mind put at rest.

Turns out little Bean was her past life contract beast. He'd been dormant all along because he couldn't wake up by himself. Only when she was in a difficult situation would he be awoken.

The extensive bleeding from the miscarriage was what made him awoke from his deep slumber.

Actually, what surprised Marsenia most was the big space the small treant brought along with him. Little Bean said it was a world which they both created but its area has been sealed due to insufficient energy.

Marsenia asked, "How can it be unsealed?"

"With precious item like jade, gem stones and any other rare artifact." Little Bean grin foolishly. "I need a lot of it. My energy has hit the bottom."

Marsenia: "..." Just say you're f**king hungry

Marsenia was discharged earlier that evening. Upon getting home, she called her lawyer. Danielle, her lawyer was quite surprised she called. Hearing her request, Danielle knew she must have suffered a lot. She couldn't help but feel pity for her but she knew this was not a situation she could butt in.

"I'll prepare the necessary documents right away. Are you sure you don't want any compensation? With the evidence at hand, we would surely win the case."

"Not at all. I don't want any of his things."

"Okay. Let's meet tomorrow." The call ended. With a sigh, Danielle stood from her desk. "It's really great you come back to your sense. That f**king dude doesn't deserve you at all."

Tired of the small treant whining all day, Marsenia ordered the servants to prepare a lot of foods.

Once it was brought to her room, the little guy jumped onto the table taking as much food with his little branches.

He stuffed them into his mouth one by one. Dancing around, he cried out, "It's so delicious master."

"Mhmm, I know. Eat slowly, no one is taking them from you."

Marsenia left the treant and went inside the bathroom. Heaven knows how she detest the smell of hospital. Turning the tap to the fullest, the bath tub was filled with water. She spent a lot of time in the bathroom, trying to get rid of the sickening odor.

Once she was done, she threw clothes she wore earlier into the trash. Her whole body felt refreshed.

Stepping out from the bathroom, Marsenia saw the small treant asleep on the table. There was a slight bulge in its trunk area which was supposed to be his tummy.

Smiling, Marsenia got dressed and walked towards the yard looking at the wide stretch of flowers. The evening sun flicker on them creating a beautiful sight.

While admiring the view, her hand instinctively went to her flat stomach. Thinking to herself, there was once a child in there but now...

With a sniff, Marsenia wiped the tears away from her cheeks. She couldn't believe the child she waited for ten years was gone like that.

"I'm sorry baby." Marsenia sobbed. "Mommy failed to protect you." She cried hard.

Marsenia doesn't know how long she cried, the phone in the room rang out. It was a familiar ringtone she set for Josh number.

Why? Is he feeling pity now that he wasn't a responsible father? Well, it's too late for that.

In anger, she strides into the room, took the phone ringing on the bed and threw it out.

That didn't make her feel relieved at all, instead she felt hatred and anger boiling in her.

Why was she so stupid. If... yeah if. What's the point of saying that.

The deed was done and her baby would never come back.

Clutching down onto her stomach, Marsenia cried in agony, "My baby." She doesn't believe this was an accident.

Why was the dog released in the first place? Davis was a gentle dog but recalling the craziness in his eyes that day, Marsenia sobbed harder.

"Why me?" She cried till she could no more.

Looks just like yesterday but Marsenia was pretty doing fine. It's been five year she divorced, now she feels refreshed once again. She felt foolish for not appreciating her parents love for her. They were always there for her and she would always appreciate them.

Sitting on the sofa watching a reality show on the TV, Marsenia felt a wave of tranquility and peace in her mind.

Not maintaining the peace for long, a small chubby figure with a face like her pounced towards her.

"Master. Grandfather is taking me to Slyand tomorrow. He's going to buy me many jades."

"Mhmm. Make sure to be good them." She pats the head of the figure wobbling in front of her.

"I already planted Grandfather favorite tea."

"What about grandma." The figure of a woman appeared in their midst.

"Grandma." Little Bean figure rushed towards the woman.

"Mom." Marsenia greeted.

Marsenia never hid about the space existence from her parents.

They knew about little Bean being a treant. The reason little Bean was able to advance and take human shape was due to them.

She might be a rich miss but she wasn't really rich. All her hype about her being a rich miss was due to her parents.

She really made a good decision telling her parents.

The small world was so big that she couldn't see the end of it.

She was sure it was now big as a whole continent.

There were lots of buildings, resort, hotels, including amusement park.

When both of her parents and little Bean were discussing how to make the space a better place, she was being lazy ass.

Who knew it would be transformed into such state by them. There was no need to talk about how much they spent.

The tons of luxurious cars and high-end building proved how much was spent.

She was amused at first but now she just wants to lay low and watch TV. She doesn't even know how the project in the space was going.

"My baby boy. You look just like your mother." Her mom touched little Bean cheek.

Grinning, little Bean nodded, "Yes. People said that I look like master."

Marsenia: Who wouldn't say that. Look at your face as if carved out from mine you little face stealer. Only a fool would doubt that I'm not your mother.

When little Bean was about to take shape, Marsenia was so excited that her feet couldn't touch the ground.

After the transformation, she was stunned to see a face which seems to be carved out of her.

The little face stealer excuse was that he finds his master pretty, so he chose to look like her.

Who give a fuck about being pretty. What would people say when they see you.

Just like she predicted, people started asking if little Bean was her son.

She couldn't say no nor yes. But her parents introduced little Bean as their grandson to the public.

On an encounter, she met Josh and Olivia in an event with their two kids. Yeah. They got married. Those cheating couple got married instantly she divorced her scumbag ex-husband.

Josh eyes flashed instantly when he saw little Bean but was quickly replaced with his cold like expression known to everyone.

"Is this your kid. He looks so cute." Olivia walked towards her and said when she saw little Bean.

The little one face was round with lip pouted out as he stares. He really wants to made those aunties pamper him and dote on him.

Fake! That's all fake. What cute expression but she wouldn't tell that to anyone.

"Yeah, I know. Everyone says that." Marsenia replied and the conversation turned awkward.

"Excuse me." Olivia left.

"Pftt, what a two-faced person." Is she here to gloat on how successful her marriage with Josh was? Well, she wasn't interested in any of that.

Her gaze wandered to where Josh was. The young man stood there looking domineering as he chats on with the people in front of him.

He was still the young handsome man he was back then. Is he a heavenly blessed man? Life is really unfair to everyone.

Maybe realizing her intense gaze, Josh raised his head and looked at her. Their gaze met.

"Scumbag jerk." Shifting her gaze away from him, Marsenia looked at the little cutie in front of her who was busy stuffing himself with some delicacy.

"Yeah. You're really cute." Pinching the little one small cheeks, Marsenia mood brighten.

Yeah, what's the point of reminiscing about the past. She should just live well.

Marsenia took upon the duty to fly around the world and enjoy her life but who knew the plane she board would crash. Truly, life was really unfair for her.
